My daughter was complaining that her ear hurt, called her pediatrician to get her in for a visit…read morebut TCP did not have apts until the following day at 7pm! I decided to call other locations to see who was willing to squeeze us in. I was not successful and it was getting late. I researched walk ins and my initial search didn't pull up a minute clinic. My second search did. I went to the website and was assigned an apt at 5:03, I scheduled it at 4pm. That gave me enough time to pick my daughter up and take her there. We arrived at 4:55. I checked in the kiosk and waited less than 5 minutes. No one was in the wait area. The nurse practitioner Ugochukwu was friendly and listened to my concerns, by 5:09 (I texted my husband at that time) we had a diagnosis--ear infection. She spent some time inputting in her comments, asked if we had gotten flu shots. She administered both my daughter and I shots, sent the prescription and took payment for the services. I was blown away by how quick this was. She also took my daughter's temperature, weight and ensured she was ok. I will be returning here again given the ease and quick diagnosis. I went to the pharmacy after the appointment and the medicine was ready for pick up by the time the appointment was over. Will recommend to people.

I asked her if I still need to do the checklist. She said she got me and obtained all my information. Told me I was next up and the doctor would be right with me. Waited at this point past my appointment time as a doctor was wrapping up with a patient, then went to several offices to talk to other clinicians. I'm the only one in the waiting area. Another person comes and gets triaged ..she is told that they'll fit her in between patients...lol I'm the only person there waiting. 12:35 rolls around no one has come out get me. A little bit before 12:40 someone grabs the other patient that came after me and said they'll be right with me after her "it'll be quick".... Finally about 10-12 min later I leave because my appointment was at 12:20, I arrived earlier than the 10 min requested, no one is really there and now it's approaching 1 o'clock... if I wanted to wait 40 minutes past my appt time to be seen I would go to my regular doctor not a MinuteClinic. They don't realize I've left and called me until 12:56 asking where am I? I explained I had an appointment at 12:20. I came abundantly early. I shouldn't have been waiting that long especially if a patient comes after me, and I was the only one waiting....they tried to tell me that patient had a 12:10 appt but that patient showed up over 20 minutes late if that's the case. I would know because I was waiting in the room to be called by the doctor and it was already like 12:35. I shouldn't have to wait for someone who was late. And rather than apologize, the physician said well we've already seen you..implying I'll be billed basically and asking when am I coming back. Another manager called to say they'll same thing, that I misunderstood. If it is in your practice to triage patients so that you can delay timing for them to be seen and lock them into paying you should be reported or this clinic at least should be reported. Trying to explain to me as a patient that I'm wrong for not wanting to wait almost an hour to be seen in an empty clinic because of their poor time management is a failure on their part and I will never participate in another minute clinic again

This has to be one of the largest Target (#1) stores I've seen. The selection is vast, the number…read moreof employees working here is practically an army, the parking lot is enormous, and one can fulfill their 10K step count by just simply showing up. This is the kind of Target where most folks would be happy to shop at. As a result of being so large, it never feels all that crowded here. Some areas are smaller than regular stores, such as the electronics and select clothing areas. One thing they haven't scaled back on now, is cach up to electronics, which are more dedicated iPhones and laptop demos and bigger TVs. The only thing I didn't love was that the main public bathroom was out, forcing eveyone to use family bathroom next to the pharmacy. It wasn't all that clean, but I hope they've got it all sorted now. While I don't always make it out to Target, I can appreciate a good one when I see it. And perhaps, I might be a tinge envious of this store and I'd become a frequent patron, guaranteed. ___________ (#1) i.e. Super Target

I've always liked Target. In fact, I've often been willing to pay a little more at Target because I…read morefelt the shopping experience was worth it. After my experience at this location, I'm not so sure anymore. The whole thing started with a return. I was returning an item that cost a little over $10. The employee told me that my only options were to receive the refund back to the original debit card or onto a Target gift card. I was confused because the customer immediately before me had received a cash refund. So I politely asked, "Are you sure? Could you check again? That doesn't seem right?" She was extremely confident that those were the only two options. I then asked if I could see what was showing on her screen. She blocked the screen. And then, somehow, the cash option appeared. I took the cash and said thank you. No response. I thought, okay; maybe she was having a bad day. Then came the pickup orders. I had four small pickup orders to collect for friends. One was a $5.83 bag of rice. Another was a $5.29 box of croissants. The four orders together totaled $22.78. I was already going to Target, so I was simply doing my friends a favor. There is also an important reason why I have been willing to do this so many times. Over the years, I've picked up Target orders for friends on many occasions. My friends have always appreciated the favor, and Target employees have generally been courteous and appreciative as well. Those positive experiences are actually part of the reason I continued doing it. From my perspective, I was doing my friends a favor by saving them a trip to the store, while at the same time helping Target complete their orders smoothly. It was a simple situation where everyone benefited. I wasn't trying to circumvent Target's procedures or obtain some special privilege. I was doing something I had done many times before, based on the way Target employees had previously handled these pickups. That is why this particular interaction felt so strange. The employee told me I needed to show my ID. I explained that I was picking up the orders for friends and that I had done this many times before without being asked for ID. She told me my friends needed to add my name to the orders, and that I would then need to show my ID. Fine. If that's teh policy, that's the policy. I contacted my friends, had them add my name, and got back in line. Then I was required to show my ID four separate times; once for each order. Again, I didn't argue. I did exactly what I was asked. But then I noticed something. She wasn't actually checking my ID. My name is only a few simple letters, and each time I handed her my ID, her fingers were literally covering my name. She would glance at it for maybe a second and hand it back. So apparently the important part wasn't actually verifying my identity. It was making sure I handed over my ID. Four times. At that point, it became difficult not to feel like this had stopped being about security and started feeling like a power trip. And here's what really bothered me: I watched other customers picking up their orders. Nobody else seemed to be going through this. Their orders appeared to be worth more than my four orders combined. Just last week, I picked up my glasses from Target Optical at this same location. I simply gave them my name. This time, I had the order numbers, the full names, and the pickup barcodes. If I were picking up four iPhones, I would completely understand Target being extremely careful. Honestly, I'd appreciate it. But four grocery orders totaling $22.78? A bag of rice, and a box of croissants. And somehow this required an ID inspection for every single order? I was actually more cooperative than necessary. I didn't argue about the policy, and I contacted four different people and had them modify their orders. I waited in line again. I showed my ID every single time. I did everything she asked. And when I finally received all four orders, I said thank you. Again, nothing. Not even a "you're welcome." At that point, I asked for her name. I'm intentionally not posting her name here. I asked for it because I want management to know that I'm referring to a specific employee and a specific interaction, rather than making a blanket complaint about the entire team. There are Target employees who provide excellent customer service, and I would never want a review like this to unfairly reflect on people who had nothing to do with what happened. I know this employee's name, and I'm happy to provide it privately to Target management if they would like to investigate the interaction. I hope they'll be able to identify her based on the date, approximate time, location, and transactions involved. But there is a larger issue here that I think Target management should consider. If this employee was simply following Target policy, then what does that say about the other employees who have handled these same types of pickup orders for me, and apparently for other custom

I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever while 5 people just walked around talking to each other but not even saying "we'll be right with you". Not only that when the lady got to me she was completely rude and what makes it worse is she spelled my name wrong on the form and said it wrong. When I let her know it was Rachel she caught an attitude with me. It's Rachel for God sakes how hard is that. What makes it worse is that she was the person to give me my booster shot my luck I know. So I couldn't really let her know because I didn't want to get jabbed multiple times by "accident " not only that I been here for an hour waiting and I was in fact on time for my appointment and then proceeded to make me go last. Update: had to ask the pharmacy manager to give me the shot because I didn't feel comfortable with her doing it and he was able to resolve the issue. He was super friendly and he understood I was a bit uncomfortable so he helped resolve it. Shout out to him he took this from a 1 star to a 3 stars.

It's not like they don't have tracking software letting them know that a prescription is about to expire and needs to be refilled. Even worse, their inventory system is absolute trash. They'll call you telling you a prescription is ready, but then when you go to pick it up, they never actually filled the order and you're stuck there waiting for them to fill it rather than picking it up and leaving. Don't waste your time placing an appointment for a flu shot, Covid shot, etc. over here. Just walk in and wait to be seen. You're going to be waiting 20+ minutes either way. I'm in the process of moving my default pharmacy with my GP to another place.

While I'm at the self-check out, this new guy, who I have never seen before named DOUG, a tall chunky white guy with glasses, is standing at the photo counter watching me the ENTIRE time, without moving a muscle. He then asks me "do you need help with your water" while i'm already packing up and heading to the car. I looked at him and asked "why would I need help with my water? please find you something to do and stop watching me." He proceeds to follow me and tells me to get out and tells me he's banning me from this location and not to come back before he calls the cops. I have never had this type of treatment here before today. I'm pretty sure this new guy DOUG, saw a young black 32 year old male and expected me to run out the store without paying, being the reason he watched me and tried to intervene with my transaction when I had no issues or needed anyone to intervene. He is PREJUDICE and downright DISRESPECTFUL, and I could care less about shopping at this location if someone like DOUG, the tall chunky white guy with glasses, is going to be working there.
