This place has been going downhill in recent years. The pharmacy was always slow, but now they're constantly out of stock on items that they should have readily available. It's not like they don't have tracking software letting them know that a prescription is about to expire and needs to be refilled. Even worse, their inventory system is absolute trash. They'll call you telling you a prescription is ready, but then when you go to pick it up, they never actually filled the order and you're stuck there waiting for them to fill it rather than picking it up and leaving. Don't waste your time placing an appointment for a flu shot, Covid shot, etc. over here. Just walk in and wait to be seen. You're going to be waiting 20+ minutes either way. I'm in the process of moving my default pharmacy with my GP to another place. read more

I don't want my cosmetics burning by the sun. They should close the drape at sunset hours at least to protect these stuff on the top shelves facing east. I came to this Walgreens store to take care of a nature's call. Then, I decided to do a quick grab shopping. I really enjoyed watching the monitors on the high tech coolers. It was too fancy, so I skipped. Store was pretty spacious and clean. Customers were very cordial. Cashier was accommodating with my request for price match. Very aggravating. One of the employees had decided to turn everything that should be SPOKEN into ad-libbed SONG!!!! She was at the Register, Mgr was right there watching & hearing. Then the gal went to do work elsewhere, incl photo counter. Continued the damn singing. Sang in front of Boss including "I don't care if they don't like it." Worst pharmacy service ever gave my mother wrong medication returned it they charged her 758 dollars would not refund it. Told me I could not file a complaint. Filed Medicare complaint pharmacy manager called next day accused me of not understanding how busy they were and "we all make mistakes" I am a nurse and they have my mother a medication she was allergic to. A typical Walgreens with some funny customers... The scene: A patient employee with elderly confused couple. The couple has many many coupons. Employee: That'll be $1.79 for the first item and the second is free. Customer: But the store special is 2 for $3, isn't it? And I had a 1/2 off coupon for the 2nd item. Employee: Yes, Ma'am that is correct. The first item was $1.79 and the second was $1.21. Therefore it is $1.79. Customer: So the identical items aren't the same price? Cashiers have always been polite and patient when I walk in. Thankfully they are usually stocked with the random items I need to get. I give a 3 star because of the pharmacy.... The pharmacy in general is not the best. Aside from always having to wait in long lines, they lack customer service. I've been given the wrong prices multiple times for the same medication that's paid through insurance. They don't seem to update your personal info either. read more

This place is hard to review, because the store and pharmacy are on whole other levels. I would argue that the Walgreen's store itself is a solid four, bordering on a five. The pharmacy however, can be a hot mess and I understand why someone would want to give all of Walgreen's a 1 or 2 based on the pharmacy alone. I'll start with the Pharmacy. They are incredibly slow and everyone there always seems to frazzled and overworked, while one or two people are lazy and disinterested. This accounts for the terrible wait times in the car, when picking up your prescription. This is one of the few locations, where parking and picking up your prescription inside the store is actually faster. They will also put back your medicine without alerting you, if you don't pick it up immediately. I had put in a refill order and didn't pick it up. I did get a friendly reminder to pick up the prescription and each time they let me know it was ready. At least other Walgreens and CVS will be friendly and tell you, hey you don't pick it up by this date, it's going to be put back. If you observe the pharmacy it seems to be mad chaos, however, the solid two would be that the pharmacist and the frazzled hard working people have a good relationship with the community, remembering names and asking customers how they have been. (Too bad it's too chaotic for that to be noticed.) The store itself is a typical, clean, friendly Walgreens. I can get whatever I need here and have been able to find some really awesome makeup prices and beauty products that rival my perks at Ulta as a platinum member. I always check them out before Ulta, if I need say a new Loreal mascara or Burt's bees lip gloss. The variety is nice. The people are great, but the disorganized mess that is the pharmacy tends to turn people off and leave the impression that this is one of the worst Walgreens of all times. It isn't, but the pharmacy could definitely stand to have a stern words with some of the assistants as they are bringing the overall caliber of this place down. I do hope it changes, as I would like to update this review with positive news about the pharmacy. read more

Customer service at the pharmacy is pretty bad will not be coming back here ever. The young lady at the pharmacy counter was rude for no reason. It was really unwarranted. I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever while 5 people just walked around talking to each other but not even saying "we'll be right with you". Not only that when the lady got to me she was completely rude and what makes it worse is she spelled my name wrong on the form and said it wrong. When I let her know it was Rachel she caught an attitude with me. It's Rachel for God sakes how hard is that. What makes it worse is that she was the person to give me my booster shot my luck I know. So I couldn't really let her know because I didn't want to get jabbed multiple times by "accident " not only that I been here for an hour waiting and I was in fact on time for my appointment and then proceeded to make me go last. Update: had to ask the pharmacy manager to give me the shot because I didn't feel comfortable with her doing it and he was able to resolve the issue. He was super friendly and he understood I was a bit uncomfortable so he helped resolve it. Shout out to him he took this from a 1 star to a 3 stars. read more

New year so new health insurance plan and new pharmacy for the Mrs and I. We chose Walgreens from many pharmacy options because this location is the closest to us. So far, the service from this Walgreens exceeded expectation. Everyone was so helpful and nice. We had no issues transferring our prescriptions from CVS. By signing up with their notification service, we get e-mails and text messages when our medications were ready to be picked up. In addition, e-mail includes the cost of each prescription, so no unhappy surprise at the pick up window. Our interactions with non pharmacy employees were friendly and helpful too. read more

Very disappointed at service provided for developing a 35mm film roll. 1- dropped roll on 9/15/22, took 3 staffs to process order but received a date of 9/30/22 for pictures to be ready for pick-up. 2-stopped by early Oct but pictures were not received by store yet. 3-stopped by on 10/21/22 and was told by staff that film roll was still in store and had not been sent off, he reassured that he will be sending off that day, he also offered a discount once pictures were ready for pickup. 4-returned to store on 11/16/22 hoping to finally receive photos but staff said photos were not ready yet. When I asked what the update was he said the system was just showing "processing." He said he would have to call Fuji for more details. 5-received a call on 11/16/22 by store staff and was informed that, roll had been returned to store around 10/21/22 by Fuji noting roll was "un-processable" but the staff that tended to me on 10/21/22 returned it to Fuji anyways. When Fuji received the roll a second time they discarded the roll. I asked why would they discard a roll if it was not processed and why not just return noting that information as clearly the first staff didn't even see that noted anywhere in the system. The staff on phone said he wasn't sure. I maintained my composure and asked what will happen to my photos on the roll that I captured?! and staff answered, I'm not sure. I asked what was the resolution at this point and he didn't know that either. If you can't process a roll, don't offer the service! read more

Like so bad at one point I decided to drive to a Walgreens about 10 min away (this one is literally 60 seconds away) to ensure I would not have issues getting my kid's scripts filled. Every time I come here which is often due to it being the closest store to me, I'm always happy leaving. I end up getting more than what I came for. I had to come and get a wine opener since the one we have is with the moving company, got distracted with the Nightmare before Christmas display. Ended buying 3 pairs of socks. Lol They have a wide selection of products. And always seem to be in good stock positions. Store is never a mess and employees greet you as soon as you enter. Pharmacy alert! I would not recommend picking up any prescriptions at this location. They've messed up my scripts at least 3 times and they've never apologized. They once alerted me that my script was ready, when I got there, they didn't have it and it took them an additional 45 minutes to fulfill my order. I was a annoyed. read more

Walgreens is the mini version of Walmart, and the high class Dollar Tree, let's be honest. If you expect anything more than average, the joke is on you. Given that, you really shouldn't cut off the hand that feeds you. This is Walgreens people, we need one in our life, usually once a week. Unfortunately, for those of us living near this particular location, fate dealt us one of the below average stores. Not everything about this store is bad, but alot is. Let me break it down for you. Photo: I love having the option to print 1,000 photos on the cheap, at any given time. You can do that here, but only when the employee for the photo dept. isn't on break (which is the majority of the time). They do provide great photographic product here, though. Pharmacy: This is by FAR the thing I hate most about this store. Terrible service and overall experience, EVERY TIME. Staff is consistently rude, and never changes from their mistakes. Lead pharmacist argued with my wife, and wouldn't own up to her mistake with crucial dose instructions. Food: Not the freshest, but it's a Walgreens. Way better than the gas stations in the area. Inside+Outside: Clean enough, with an average amount of wear+tear. Parking lot is large, and not efficient. Location: Unfortunately there is and has been construction all around this location since we have lived in the area (5 months). Overall, this place is below average, but we will still go here out of necessity, not choice. Hopefully they change their ways and the surrounding roads will be finished soon. read more

This Walgreen's is what you'd expect a pharmacy to be but in a good way. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. I come in here for contact solution, personal toiletries and the like. Stock is well kept and the store is clean. Sometimes I am surprised by the cute little finds I happen upon - one of which is an all natural, organic lip balm in a unique case. The customer service is crappy, and they are not interested in making the customer satisfied at all, it's pretty much take it or leave it. They are definitely not coupon friendly . Pharmacy fail. The staff has been rude to me twice here, once over the phone and again in person. Initially the pharmacy tech told me they did not accept my health insurance which is under a major carrier. The tech was wrong and the pharmacist called and apologized. I called yesterday and they did not get me with a hi or bye. A male tech answered the phone and I asked him to transfer my prescription from another location. He said he did the transfer and told me I could get it 8 a.m. Saturday. Then he hung up without saying bye or anything. I had him on speaker and was just stunned by the lack of respect. Not only that but he did not give me the correct hours either. They do not open until 9 a.m. on Saturday. If you want good customer service I do not recommend this location. read more

I used to love this Walgreens, it is only about 2 minutes from my Homs, however over the years the pharmacy has been very slow servicing customers, out of certain prescriptions & the drive-through time is extremely long. Worst customer service. I got my passport photos printed and I just wanted to have them cut into the correct size. They had 3 different people that didn't know how to do it and finally someone who knows how to do it doesn't want to provide the service. Basically I didn't buy their passport service because their quality doesn't meet the passport requirement, so she didn't want to cut it. With that kind of attitude just shows that you belong to that store and keep restocking the items. read more
