I had my yearly eye exam here today. The staff were quick and friendly. They are very transparent about prices, expectations, and addresses all of my concerns. Dr. Nguyen is very easy to chat with, patience, and super understanding . Parking is in front and free. They're right off the grandparkway on the feeder. read more

My whole family has been going to Dr. Nguyen and her staff for over 10 years. Even when we moved farther away from her office and there are a bunch of other doctors closer to home, we have no problem making the drive to see her. She is attentive and a joy to see! read more

My husband and I got a recommendation to come here when we moved to the area. It has been a wonderful experience. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. The team here is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My husband has a pretty strong prescription, and at previous places they had trouble with his glasses. Here, they have gotten it right every single time! He is so happy! We recommend everyone in the area to come see them for their eye needs. They are so thorough and have the latest technology, which helps give you the most information about your eye health. Absolutely recommend! read more

What happens when one need an eye exam to see? Go find a nearby location who won't take an arm and leg from you! Okay, I made a mistake with my health insurance selection last year. I tried to wait it out till June when my eye health insurance kick in but I couldn't wait any longer. I'm a healthcare worker and need contacts to see. It's too annoying to wear glasses while wearing a mask all day, running back and forth. Making an appointment was easy. Cost me about $150 for both glasses and contact appointment OOP. I did have to come back for a follow up to change my contact brand (happens when you start to age out of your 20s). Getting update glasses was a breeze. They don't carry high end glasses (such as Gucci, Dior, etc) but luckily I just wanted to update my lens so that's what I did. Hand over my glasses and pick it up within a week. They text you to remind you of your appointment and text you when your contacts/glasses are ready. Dr Tran and Dr Nguyen are both knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Front receptionist/medical assistants are friendly and efficient. All-in-all, a great local eye clinic for anyone who need to get an annual exam. read more

This was my first time here and it was a really great experience! Nancy made sure I felt comfortable. She also educated me on some things about my eyes! The ladies at the front were very helpful as well. I was very indecisive about which frames I was going to get. The young lady was very patient with me and my decision. read more

I saw Dr. Nguyen to get my eyes evaluated prior to retina surgery as well as glaucoma. She is very thorough and gracious. My exam and diagnosis was unhurried and explained step by step. Anyone will be well served by Dr. Nguyen if they have vision needs. read more

I rarely write reviews. Something really good or bad has to happen for me to do this. For my 94-year old mother-in-law I order a pair of 7.0 power readers. Being a one-time purchase, I checked out as a guest and had the order shipped to her. This morning I had emails from Eye Needs about my order and about my new account with them and all I had to do was click to set my password. Promptly I responded to the email regarding my new account telling them that I did not want it, it should not have been created and that all of my data should be deleted from their systems. I never will do business with a company that forces an account on me. Here is the last response I received from Eye Needs employee Evelyn Singer - "We will be cancelling your order and refunding your account. It is best you shop some where else." What great customer service. NOT!!!!!! read more

Wow! The customer service here is amazing. I had an eye exam and fitted for glasses in almost an hour. Very tentative to my needs have been coming here for years and they even ship my glasses to me. It's pretty darn lucky that I have such an exceptional eye place and eye doctor located out in my area, miles outside of Houston. There really are no negatives here! The staff is very attentive and informative, friendly, and patient with your questions/concerns. I love how the place feels trendy and laid back, with a wide selection of frames to choose from. I don't think I've ever been to any other eye place that carried such an impressive set of designer frames. I myself picked out some cute black and purple Kate Spade frames. Dr. Nguyen herself is also very personable, friendly, and attentive during the exam and in passing by up front at the desk. Love her! Hooray for not worrying to have to make a drive into town to get to a great eye doctor! I'm glad she's there to address the eye needs of the "boonies." :) read more

Hot looking staff + wide selection of specs + great service = I can see again!!! They carry a ton of great looking glasses and offer great service. Also, hot females alert! I'll be going back to get my eyes right with them. If your mom had shitty vision.... I'd take her here! read more

I'm so grateful that a friend recommended Dr. Nancy for my yearly eye exam. I've never had an exam that went like the one I had with Dr. Nancy she was so welcoming, friendly, and made me feel like one of her good friends. After the exam I was able to talk with her and we had an amazing conversation we even cried a little bit. I recommend her to several of my family and friends for their next eye exam. Our new family Optometrist... over the past year my entire family of 4 has come here all at different times. Each visit has been pleasant. The doctor is easygoing and talks to you like a person rather than a patient/client. She even slapped my hand once for holding my devices too close to my face! LOL Some may have been offended by this but it made me feel like she actually cared. The office staff is so nice too. The only reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 is occasionally there is a little wait time but never more than 15 minutes. read more

Dr. Nguyen is great and friendly but her front office staff not so much. Only the office manager Rachel was helpful and friendly.

I went in and after a few minutes of not really being helped or guided in the right direction, I left. I went a few blocks away and found a different eye doctor. read more
