I've been coming here for 15 years now and I love the staff here. They have always been friendly and efficient. They work with the customers to get the fastest and most affordable prices. The front desk have been the same two women along with the woman that has helped me with my glasses. They are so professional and sweet. I can't imagine going to another annual eye exam anywhere else. Highly highly recommend! read more

I had an incident with my eye on a Friday morning, couldn't get into my regular eye doctor or anyone in the practice, but my dad told me to go to this place not far from my house. They got me right in to a doctor, and the issue was taken care of right away. I read some negative comments online, but I didn't see evidence of anything bad. The place was clean, bright, and may have been remodeled since a few complained. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I have used this place for years due to previously having great service here but that has changed. Let's start at the beginning. I made an appt. for my kids & myself to get our yearly vision exams. On the exam day, 10 mins before we are due to arrive I get a call apologizing & telling me the dr. that is scheduled to see us has called in ill & will not be able to see us today. I feel that was very, unprofessional to be notified right before we walk in as we were en route to the office already.I was shocked but ok things happen. The young lady tried to assist & we tried a few different days with different times but we could not make anything work out with my new schedule. A few hours later, I got a call & I was told that 1 of the Drs can see my kids & me at 230. We made last min changes & we went to the new appt. Let's just say that several of the staff obviously do not like or love their job & it is more than obvious. Walking in there is not any sense of a good vibe, welcoming, how can i help u, or even polite small talk, depending on who u speak to. The office air is stale & stuffy with the same vintage, retro decor I recall from visiting this place with my mom when I was a kid. If retro is the look that they are still going for they have achieved it. There is not any kind of music or any sounds in the background besides the usual workings in the facility. The young lady with short hair that called me for my appointments seemed bothered, annoyed & after I corrected her incorrect pronouncing of my name, still said it wrong again, almost as if to assert dominance. As i said there are 4 of us in my household & i scheduled my appointments to fill our need. Again rude to me in general but I can take it as i have thick skin. No small talk, no friendly convo, short with me. When it came to my boys the same, no how was your summer nada zip. The dr that ended up seeing my boys was frustrated with them & would not give them clear instructions on what to do or what she needed them to do during their exam. They kids did not understand the 1/2, 1/2 part of the exam & the dr rushing thru the exam could not care that they may be confused & were still trying to focus to see clear as needed. The ppl that you perform eye exams on don't do this everyday, however you do. Why don't u take the time to instruct them instead of just gunning thru it because u have no kind of demeanor with kids or because u possibly may be burned out. If the issue is that we were using medicaid & they did not want to see them because of that, we could of addressed that head on when the initial appointments were made. My kids were puzzled but just like the dr wasn't very nice but oh well. After that it was time to get glasses& ALL of the ladies helping with glasses in glasses area were polite, friendly & eager to help. They took the time to listen to what we actually needed & went out of their way to help me with our orders. Linda had a lot of patience with me & the many questions i had abt my glasses. I would give these ladies 5 stars in customer service. The rest of the staff could use training in customer service, general manners & even the golden rule. I did not catch the name of the Dr. that did our exams today but I think she needs a vacation, a new career, and she does not have any comprehension on how to talk to or deal with children or even adults that ask a few questions. It really seemed to bother her I had questions about contacts vs glasses. I think I can use my insurance elsewhere next time. read more

I enjoy my visit, and have even started bringing my 87 year old mother. She was so happy with her experience. The doctors and staff are so pleasant and helpful. Even listening to them deal with other customers, they are so kind and patient. It's a great experience to see courtesy and respect practiced in this office. read more

Dr. Ohan is a very good doctor and I feel very confident in his assessment of my vision and eye health.

My family and I have been patients of Vision Trends since moving to the area in 2012. I could not be more pleased with their level of service and care. Each doctor we have seen over the years has been wonderful, with excellent bedside manner. All staff members are pleasant and helpful. Many have been there the entire time we've been patients. Costs for exams, glasses, and lenses are excellent, wait times are nominal and the service is top notch. We're customers for life! read more

Outstanding doctors. Great diagnosis. Very professional. Couldn't be happier. I have major concerns due to my age. Dr. Ohan took time to check my eyes and came up with a great diagnosis. Now I know what I have to do. The whole clinic is simply fantastic. read more

In these days of a pandemic, this office adhered to every safety precaution. Masks were worn by all employees, they expected patrons to wash hands and use antibacterial lotion and they did also. I did have to wait to get my eyeglasses and sunglasses ordered but it was lunchtime and only one lady was working at the time. Excellent place for all ages to get their eyes checked and to get glasses/sunglasses/contacts. Great people. read more

unless you are looking for a run down od house look, a liberal and extremely rude eye care, I strongly discourage anyone from going to this place. getting in immediately can tell that the whole place has not been renovated in decades. the staff are rude, incredibly short and very clearly would rather be anywhere but here. on the tv in the run down waiting room they had the proud family on which if you don't know is one of those gay shows meant for kids. me and a family member were both getting our eyes checked so when we were called back by the (very rude) assistant she did the normal eye check but instead of the air puff they have a device that actually touches your eyeball. in between me and my family member the device was not cleaned. I'm not a medical expert but from my research on the device it's supposed to be cleaned or have the tip changed out in between people. when she was done we were sent back to the waiting room. we got called in by the doctor next and the exam was very thorough. but in my opinion you can find a thorough exam at a much nicer place. their contact fittings are very unprofessional as well. the woman walked in, handed me two contacts and walked out (they charged 85 dollar's for just the 2 contacts alone not including the original exam). the manners in this place are nonexistent! afterwards the lady who did the glasses and everything was actually nice and the only good thing about this place. she did share personal information about her dating life and kids that was incredibly unnecessary and very out of the blue. overall, I would strongly advise finding another place !! read more

Very friendly staff, large selection of frames and glasses, awesome and thorough doctors. Vision Trends has it all!

Vision Eye Trends is a very competent eye care business that has been in the Rosenberg area for many years. My Mom used them, I use them and my daughters now go here. The staff is very helpful and well informed of insurance, co-pays, etc. Dr. Ohan is great. He answers all my questions and keeps me current on newest studies, articles, etc. regarding eye problems that may concern me. I will continue to trust Vision Eye Trends completely, to care for my vision needs. read more

Vision Trend has been my family's choice for vision care for over 20 years. Why change what works so well.

Needed a new place for my daughters exams and lenses. I liked the office. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr was super courteous and very good at informing us what type of issues my daughter had and how to correct it. I am very happy with this office so far. We have to go back to get the prescription filled as we did not have a spare pair of classes for you at the time of the visit. So I can't really speak for that yet. The only thing that might need improvement is informing newbies of the need to bring spares but I understand this is a case by case issue. read more

Very nice staff, prompt & they don't overcharge you or sell you things you don't need.

My family and I have been going here ever since Dr Wilkerson took the time to identify why my eldest daughter could not see the from the front of the classroom. 3 previous eye doctors refused to look beyond her one eye that was 20/20, the other eye was half blind. The day we walked out with her brand new glasses, she was stunned that the clouds had detail and the trees had leaves. The entire staff is great and very helpful! read more

I switched to this location, since they are listed as an in-network provider for my eye insurance. Everybody I spoke to were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The fact they have a good variety of eye glass frames to choose from is very nice, as well as a variety of contacts on-hand for your contact fitting. I very highly recommend this place! read more

After experiencing a medical issue with one of my eyes, I called and was able to get an early Saturday morning appointment with Dr. Ohan. He thoroughly examined my eyes, diagnosed the problem, fully explained the issue, and immediately contacted a specialist. With his recommendation, I was able to get an early Monday morning appointment with the specialist to treat and help resolve the issue. After trusting my eye care to Dr. Ohan for a number of years, I really appreciate his professionalism, expertise, thoroughness, and caring attitude, A big thank you Dr. Ohan! read more
