Sight Eye Care's site was very informative representing their services. Making an appointment was very simple with injuries getting priority. The staff gave great first impressions of confidence and professionalism. My interaction with Dr Hoang was incredible, she gave simple "classroom" explanations of each step of the examination which was very appreciated. I shopped around for a new pair of glasses on this glorious MLK day and visited a few places that didn't seem to have what I was looking for but then I made a leap of faith to visit Sight Eyecare, fairly new and close by my house, and was glad I did! I was helped by Yanci and Isabella who helped me find the perfect "out of the box" frames that did not give off that "boring & dry" vibe! Yanci was very patient with my Indecisiveness and explained every detail of my insurance plan & discounts (I love a good discount)! I had a headache and was offered water! I briefly met the optometrist who was super personable and friendly like the rest of the team! Sight Eyecare carries designer frames, budget frames, kids frames and they all are cute! Not just your basic frames although they have those as well I am looking forward to putting on my new glasses (my accessory) as soon as they come back from the ! Dr Hoang and her staff are the sweetest! The office has a very nice modern feel with plenty of frames to choose from. We started out with my 5 year old son for his check-up. He was so comfortable with her that he went to the back by himself. He went home and raved to my husband about his experience. My husband ran out of contacts and his emergency glasses shattered in the midst of Covid-19. I emailed the office and Dr Hoang emailed me back almost immediately and scheduled my husband two hours later! I love how quick and caring they are at the office. She explains what my prescription means to me in terms I can understand and suggests enhancements according to my prescription to make sure I am getting my best vision possible. You won't be pressured into anything that doesn't better your vision or lifestyle needs. I just want the world to know how wonderfully supportive, kind, professional, and helpful everyone in this office is. When I called, they answered promptly and quickly worked with my schedule to get me an appointment same day. I was very nervous to go in because for two years, I have tried endlessly and failed to get contacts anywhere near my eyes. I felt defeated and I was embarrassed to visit my old doctor's office again after they told me, "If you can't get them in by now, it's probably never going to happen". My appointment time arrived and as I walked in the door, the smiles on everyone's face made me feel welcomed and calm. Dr. Hoang assured me she was confident I could do it and she would continue to work with me (so patiently!) until I accomplished my goal. Well, Monday was the day! I finally was able to get those bad boys into my eyes and I really believe it would have never happened if it wasn't for them! Another added bonus is that their location is so easy to get to and the parking is a breeze. If you are new to town or just looking for a new optometrist I highly recommend Sight Eyecare. My kids, 3 and 5, got their eye exams here. First time for both, so I didn't know how cooperative they would be but Dr. Hoang was amazing! She made the exam fun and let them see "behind the scenes" and now my son says he wants to be an eye doctor. The kids were actually fighting over who got to go first on all the machines. Also, a little bit of bribery from the super convenient next door boba place didn't hurt either. Smoothie reward for them and boba reward for mama. I def recommend this office! read more
