EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ABRAM was an excellent cashier and he handled all of my concerns with courtesy and a smile. As I entered the store I was returning an item and did not have a bag. When I walked in store with the item Abram assured me it was okay to proceed to line. I wanted to make sure there was no suspicious activity of stealing due to no bag of entering store and getting in line. As I proceeded to cash register ABRAM greeted me with a smile, completed the return in which I had a receipt and made sure all of my needs were met. If you get kept at the bottom of a Well, you can't go here... you have to go to Wellgreens. And put the lotion from Wellgreens on your skin or you gets the hose again. I stopped here to get a few toiletries and things and of course it's very expensive but I'm glad it's here and it was convenient and the people working here we're nice. I was very very happy to have Amani in the pharmacy line.. she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady could NOT help me because she was the only one there and they closed TWO hours before I went in. TWO hours because they closed she couldn't fill a 875 mg amoxicillin prescription. She couldn't even read my DOB & name off of the ID IN FRONT OF HER. Pure laziness. Her job is to help others period, and if she feels understaffed she should speak with someone besides a customer about that. read more

I have used this location depending on if I am on that side of the freeway. Its a chain drug store and they handle prescription and over the counter drugs. They also carry a variety of candy, mints and gum as well as snacks and a few grocery items,like milk etc. I have never had a problem with the staff or service here. The store always seems neat and organized and I havent had any problems finding items. It is one of my go to Walgreens stores in my area. read more

I have yet to have a poor service experience at this location they earned a five. This time we had gotten a call from the robot caller telling me my wife's meds (just had surgery) were ready for pickup. I was just back from picking up our dog from vet After taking my wife this morning at 5:00 to Sugarland center and spending time with her in recovery- needless to say i was knackered and not ready for any issues when i had to run down for this prescription. My girlfriend put this order in yesterday at the pharmacy with an Indian lady in the drive thru. The lady told her it would be ready for 7:30. I get here today and it seems she put it under the wrong name. My girlfriend gave her my ID and my insurance card and she typed my name in wrong and apparently did not put it in because the prescription was not filled. There was an awesome lady named Tykesha (think I'm spelling it right, African American lady with box braids) and she figured everything out, was patient with us and got it filled within 10 minutes. She saved the day ! I was in the ER the whole day before with gallbladder problems and really needed this medicine. If it would not have been for her this review would have been a 1 star ! read more

This has to be the worst Walgreens in the history of Walgreens. I understand being busy but half the time that don't even be the excuse. The staff is just lazy. No one picks up the phone. It says there's one calling ahead of you yet every time the phone rings someone answers it to put you back on hold. I'm always charged incorrectly. If you do go they ask you come back back in 40 mins which they could have did on the phone if they answered! I've called twice tonight and be waiting for over and hour to get through and speak with someone. Not to mention if you use the drive through line you can be sitting there for forever and they don't acknowledge you or let you know they'll be right with you. read more

Pharmacy is so slow and rude. They will make matters take longer than needed. Prescription has been delayed for over a week. I have been on hold via phone for over 40 minutes. FOUR times an associate answered to tell me to hold when my question could've been answered in 3 minutes tops. Then I got on the Walgreens Live chat, waited 15 minutes to get someone on chat, when the chat ended due to inactivity on Walgreen's side. Now I have started the chat again, only to lose my spot and wait in a line now. This is ridiculous. The store was tidy, but the staff member I talked to spoke so little English it was a 3 minute conversation to find out if there was someplace else in the store that had gum, as I did not see the kind I wanted. Second Walgreens tonight with the LAZIEST pharmacists I have ever seen. Left ER with my daughter and the prescription wasn't written correctly, pharmacist said she could call for correction but was closing soon so sent me to the closest 24 hr pharmacy (even though that one said 24 hour on building). Drive across town to this one and the pharmacist said she couldn't call because she wants the ER to know they made a mistake and just wouldn't call. Are you kidding me Walgreens? If Bluecross blue shield would end their relationship with Walgreens I wouldn't be forced to use them, but after the call I had with the pharmacist this morning, I will be moving all my medications to a different location. It's Tuesday 5pm. Waited on the car lane for a medication for my sick child and the pharmacy needed more information, they made me leave the line and go back on the line bc they had to wait 2 minutes for the extra info they needed. Service has declined greatly. I'm sitting here with two kids in the car, one sick child waiting another 20 min 2x now. I called the manager to let them know the situation and no one answers the phone. Terrible example of what a service should be. A lot of pharmacists. I go back on the line and they tell me they need more information so I had to leave with no medication for son and I could see them laughing through the glass. Between printing for my classroom and home, I print pictures like there's no tomorrow. I have a lot of trouble from their photo department. A lot of times, I get an email that says they are ready for pickup and I show up and nobody can find them and they end up reprinting. Not to mention, they take forever to find someone from that department to come and help. Even though they are called to the P.A. system, nobody shows up for a while. read more

I have never had a problem with customer service at this Walgreens. If anything, the workers here are too helpful sometimes since they may ask me multiple times if I need helping finding anything. When I needed to take a new picture for my passport, they didn't just take the pic, but helped me place it properly since it might be rejected otherwise. The store is always clean and always open! I find their prices very reasonable, especially since I don't need some gimmicky card to get them in exchange for tons of garbage mail and cold calls. I especially like their pharmacy. We recently went here for medication for our dog (yes, it was a first for us) and the pharmacist said it was a pretty high dosage and that he would talk to our veterinarian about it (she had never prescribed this before). read more

I'm so very disappointed. My grandfather dropped off his prescriptions earlier in the day, after about 2-3 hours he drove back up to the pharmacy to pick them up. These two medications are extremely common medications and even the smallest pharmacy would have them. They stated that they didn't have 1 and sent him away. He just told me the story and obviously I found that very strange they wouldn't have these two basic meds so I decided to call. After being on hold for 8 minutes, someone picked up the phone and put it down on the desk..I assumed that they were finishing with a customer and would be right with me. Nope never picked it up. I then hung up and called back. I was on hold this time for 45 minutes until someone came to the phone. Turns out, they did have both and were ready for pick up. Unbelievable. For the last few months every time I go to this location does not matter if I go inside or wait out in the drive thru I wait for no less than 30/40 minuets and once it is my turn it takes less than 5 minuets!
