Store #234 · I have been patron of Love's Truck stops for years when I take road trips but now not so sure. I stopped by this truck stop and bought some items and used my debit card. Forty minutes later my bank sends me a message that my card has been hacked into and someone tried using it at an Ace Hardware Store in Oak Book, Illinois for $831.00. This place needs to have their financial electronic system fixed or upgraded. From now on if go to any Love's it will be cash only. read more

Clean bathrooms and not a long queue for gas pumps. There is construction going on just be careful on your way out and on your way in for pot holes due. Make sure you follow the signs for auto and truck entry for courtesy. Overall no complaints. A good gas station stop to refuel and pick up snacks if you any to avoid the madness of Bucees. read more

Has an air pump for $2.00. They accept quarters and tap to pay! Convenient. Easy. Affordable. Enough time to fill up all tires. We only filled up 2 and it kept going. Automatic shut off. read more

They have gas, but you should go to Buc-ees or the Timewise station down the road if you want anything other, including clean pump handles Loves has its features, so I'm giving them two stars. I already mentioned that you can get gasoline here. The second positive I saw was that you can park-and-ride from here though I am not sure the gas station knows or notices the number of drivers who do this. The service area isn't dependable at all they tell you they'll call you and put you in line for a service but it's very likely they won't you're much better going somewhere else to get your truck fixed unless you just have to get it done here but trust me there's way much better options I've been waiting since 4pm and was told they'd call in around 3 hours just to be told I have to wait for the morning. That's some BS I can see why some loves are starting to close down they service department. read more

Nasty! Never have gas! Pumps never give you a receipt. Every time I stop here, I'm kicking myself thinking why did I do this.

I accidentally left my Driver's license at the counter during checkout. I called and asked if they could mail it to me since I am a OTR commercial truck driver and wouldn't be able to be in that area for weeks. The manager swore he mailed it, but it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received it nor will he call me back to confirm a confirmation #. The employees that answer the phone swear my license isn't there and that their manager mailed it, but it's janky. I really thought Loves treated their cdl drivers better. Very sad and disappointed. read more

This truck stop is one the truck stop in Texas that will ruining life in one park there. I park my truck there just go home on Friday and come back on Saturday by the I got there. They have vandalized my truck and stole my two rear tyre with rims. They tried to break in my truck as well. This is an horrible truck stop don't park there read more

I thought Love's Travel Stops are located outside of major cities. But oh well. My first time here was eastbound from Austin. I needed to relief. Then, I thought I could wait until I get to Katy Mills, before stop at a strange location out of nowhere. But the traffic suddenly backed up for miles. I had no choice but coming to this travel stop. Eh! What's up with those fourteen-wheelers? The guy in front of me stopped a full half-minute at each stop sign. Those minutes added up and my urgency got worse. Oh my. Bathroom was not the prettiest, but it was functional. Sink had running water - that's sufficient. I tell ya, it's better than the portable toilets in the park. At the end, I didn't want to feel guilty of coming here just for the bathroom. I bought something, even when I had lots of "something" in my car already. read more

Love's is a truck stop. It looks like a truck stop and smells like a truck stop. It is located on the far west side of Katy on the westbound side of I 10. I only stopped here when I am in desperate need of a urination station. It is approximately 105 miles from Bucees in Luling (for those traveling to San Antonio) and 35 miles or so from Hruska's on Hwy 71 (for those traveling to Austin). If you can make it to either of those places, I would highly suggest you do so. Love's is a parking lot that is typically very crowded, not very big, and a mix of automobile travelers and truckers. Even when the bathrooms are clean, they still stink. They serve their overall purpose but that is about it. This particular location does have an Arby's connected to it if you are hungry. Maintenance problems as far as pumps being down. Also showers dont have a sit area for your bag or clothes . Only toilet and sink area. Uncomfortable when getting out of the shower you have no place to sit and dry your feet properly like other Love's and truckstops have, here you have to do it standing. . Arbby's food inside is great. Gyro tasted fresh and so did the salad on it. A little more maintenance and this truckstop will go from decent to good. read more

my boyfriend is a truck driver and we' ve been to plenty of loves across the united states by this why by far is the worst one, today we stopped by to get a shower my boyfriend had a photo copy of his rewards cards for showers usually when we go to loves everyone scans it with no problem we literally came to this one yesterday and the young man scanned the phone no problem we go back today and they saying they not scanning it its company policy, lets start by saying this a shower for god sake we not asking for its literally being paid!! my boyfriend got upset raised his voice because its like a shower its not like its coming out anyone check what is the problem so my boyfriend walks away and just went to use the restroom as im sitting out the rest room waiting the manager calls the cops he comes in and ask him to leave he ask the bathroom as we leaving my boyfriend ask him why he called the cops the managers starts getting aggressive and start approaching my boyfriend as we leaving if the cops is there why are you approaching him they handling the situation i think that was very unprofessional of him that was not good customer service even if that is your policy as a " manager" you should never be going back and forth with a customer i will never go to this loves again and i will be reporting this location on all my social media platforms instagram tiktok facebook and youtube because this was totally unexceptable!!!! luckily we went a few exits down to the flying j where the nice gentlemen gave us a free shower cause we told him about our experience at loves read more

It's really hard for me to walk into any place and not engage in some light chatter with the staff. After a very very long day in the Houston area it was a nice change to be around people who didn't hate their jobs. I guess I was more impressed that the guy working the counter actually understood my off handed joke (or at least he acted like he did). He then kept the process going and made the entire check out process a little more enjoyable- beyondswiping a card and saying "Thanks Come Again". The bathrooms were clean and the highlight of the whole experience-- Right now they have Monsters 2 for 5 (the big ones) - Oh how I wanted to buy the place out... I do believe I will stop here again and see if I have the same experience. I would like to find a decent place to stop at night when traveling to and from Austin. read more

Some Staff members always on their phone even when your there waiting to purchase your items. Staff Greeks you but without looking at you, it looks as if it's just a routine for them. There's no meaning behind their greetings. Bathroom smells and it shows the lack of attention to detail. No paper towels on the fuel pump area. I hope they really turn it around. read more

On my last road trip out of Houston, I had to stop to get Gas, food, and you know the rest. This place had an Arby's! We went ahead and got a sampling of all of their value items. My favorite was the curly fries and and potato cakes! Their roast beef sandwiches are still good, and I love how they have all the sauces available on the side. The restrooms are pretty clean, it's no bucee's but it did the job. read more

This Love's is an important landmark for me in my travels. When I am headed east on I-10 it means I am about to hit the city and when I am headed west it means this is my last chance to stop for awhile and am finally out of the Houston traffic. Overall this Love's location is decent. The restrooms at times could be cleaner. They do have a nice selection of energy drinks, snacks and candy to munch on. It is easy to whip in and out of this Love's location and will continue to do so in my travels. read more

Stopped here to get gas on the weekend, and it was very crowded, and unorganized. It's survival of the fittest int he parking lot, there were a ton of bikers and cars, it was a huge mess. The parking lot isn't suited for being a travel stop it's very small. The store was well just about the same as the parking lot. The bathroom was gross. It smells in there, and it very dirty. It's not Buc-ees that is for sure. I wouldn't really suggest stopping here unless you absolutely have to. read more

Used my debit card at the pump and by the end of the night my bank fraud department called me about suspicious charges to my card. They "phished" my card and charged $3500 in sales. Was reimbursed by bank but had to cancel debit card, account frozen for 3 days and file a police report. Never again use this gas station. Keep going read more

This gas station sucks. One pump was missing a card reader, the next one had a broken screen. What's next you run out of gas?? Luckily that didn't happen which is why this place gets one star. read more

Horrible customer service, very dirty facility. Clerk extremely rude. Messy store, trash everywhere. Felt like I needed to go home and shower after using the restroom. Would not recommend stopping there, try and avoid. read more

Good overall stop. Clean restrooms and clean store. Nothing over the top that makes this a stand above gas station. But we had an enjoyable stop for gas, snacks, and some "relief". I would stop there again. read more

It's no Buccees, but will do in a pinch. I even found a double-feature dvd of Chevy Chase of $6.99 while waiting to check out. Well worth the stop. read more

Most of the gas pumps have no credit card readers. The staff is rude when you go inside to prepay.

Card reader didn't work on plump 14. Line inside was 15 people deep. Not hurting for money, fix your pumps.
