The woman at the counter told me only 1 of my 3 prescriptions was filled. I asked if I could quickly make a call to find out why, she said yes, and while standing right there in front of her, I found out my insurance issue was literally caused by one letter being off in my name. As soon as I explained that, instead of helping, she immediately said, "I can't help you, we close in 30 seconds." The time was 7:58 PM -- not even 8:00 yet. She didn't even bother checking me out for the one prescription that was already filled. I understand employees want to leave on time, but refusing to help someone who just came from the hospital, standing there in an ankle boot, over a matter of minutes was unbelievably cold and unprofessional. I was literally trying to move as fast as possible while injured, only to be dismissed. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dr. Ram greeted me as if I were a long-time customer and asked me to have my pharmacist call him. At 12 noon EST, I called my pharmacist who is PST: I explained I inadvertently left a prescription at home. She then called Dr. Ram and I drove the couple of blocks to pick up my prescription. It was a pleasure doing business with Dr. Ram! I took a few of his business cards and gave them to my sister and her neighbors; as he had several existing clients on her street.

I was simply standing in the cosmetics section looking at products. Before I came in, there were some teenage kids in that same area. When they left, the door alarm went off. I overheard the employees talking, and the manager asked Naima if the kids were all gone. Naima responded, "No, one is still there and just put something in her pocket," clearly referring to me. I was shocked and humiliated. I immediately approached her and said, "How dare you accuse me of stealing?" I showed her that I had nothing in my pockets. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I was treated like a criminal in front of other customers. I felt completely berated and embarrassed. No customer should ever be falsely accused without proof. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

The pharmacist picked up the phone and did not let me talk for a second. He was talking to me as if I were his child. This pharmacist needs to be more professional and know how to talk to customers.
