This isn't just a rebuke on big box pharmacies; OPP actually cares about their customers and customer service

Love them. Fast, convenient, service-oriented, no attitude. I will never use CVS for Rx refills again!

I hope management and all other levels above know how much the team members at this store care…read moreabout the guests and go above and beyond. Living in Montgomery County, I often deal with cold people. Right now we are experiencing some personal challenges. So I wanted to write and say that Paul and I were treated particularly well yesterday 4/7/26 by more than one team member at this store. Starting for me with the pharmacist who came from behind the pharmacy and assisted me in finding an over the counter product that has since helped me tremendously. She was so kind and willing to help without question. Then later after purchasing my items, I was standing waiting for my husband to finish with the groceries. Another team member from customer service saw me and asked if I needed anything. I told her I was waiting and she invited .me to sit and wait on one of the benches. Its nice to have such a kind store in our neighborhood

Customer Service is non-existent at this location. I would not recommend. So many bad experiences…read more Today's was I drove out of my way to go there to make a return WITH receipt for my handicapped mother since its hard for her to get around. I waited 15min while they intercomed for someone to come to customer service area to help me and then another worker knocked on the management door where there were 2 people inside...they were informed there was people waiting for customer service and they shut the door and didn't come out. Employee knocked again, they took their time and finished what they were doing and came out. The lady also waiting to make a return behind me was complaining that their customer service is the worst at this location and they make simple things difficult. Someone was finally coming over to help me, customer behind me warned me that the person coming was not nice...she was correct. From there, she would not give me cash back for the return even after verifying my phone number. I had a receipt (proof of purchase) and they were giving me a hard time. I did not have the exact card my mom paid for with me, She would not do the return. I wasted 30min and another 20min driving there and went home with the item in hand to tell my handicapped mother she had to go in and make the return herself. There was no care or customer service. Manager apologized to person behind me for having to explain to me why they couldn't give me a return stating it was for security reasons. This makes no sense. We don't need this kind of security of making a simple small return with receipt and verification this difficult. I told the lady helping me that I would leave them a not so great review because there was no customer service -she shrugged and didn't seem to care. Better management is needed and customers are what is keeping your stores in business, they should be treated with more care and respect.

I was in this store today in the 8o click am hour…read more I can't stand passive aggressive racist and age biased people. Let me tell yall wth happened today. But... Before I do, I want to ask the CVS Supervisor to come back. Stop leaving just anybody in the store. You run a good store and keep it clean and friendly. You treat everybody with respect and love so why would you do this to us today? Huh?! Lol. Please take me for coffee to explain. Lol. Today was a horrible experience. It was only 3 or 4 no more than 5 of us in the store. Keep in mind, I like to be aware of my surroundings and how people are being treated. Everybody in that store was over 65 except me. I ran in looking for a sewing kit to fix my coat and I couldn't find so I asked for help. Asking for help should be acceptable right? If it annoys you, customer service isn't for YOU. Anyway, I went to the front because the pharmacy was closed and I asked for help. I asked for help and the lady ignored me. She didnt even look up. An elderly young man came up and she pointed her finger to the self check out. That young man was African american. Then 2 more elderly people can up and she pointed to self checkout and basically sent the other African American couple to self check out. Rolled her lil nasty eyes and everything. While she was rudely handling the customers I was still waiting. She finally rang the bell for someone to help me and the other girl got mad. She was either mad she had to help, was mad she couldn't personal shop or read ingredients, or she was mad she was rang to the front. Either 1 doesn't matter, presentation matters. Representation matters. Your attitudtriggers others others. Yall, the elderly white man though, he got to get checked out at the register. With help and a bag. When she took me to a random part in the store she said they don't have what I was looking for. I got other items I came for and tried to go the the register. She put the closed signs up and pointed to the self check out. When I started to self check out she was getting mad she had to help. Then wanted to argue with me. She said" you need to put your items to the left and I need to use cash for the self check out". I told her no and I tried to go to the register and she didnt want to help which is cool HOWEVER, If the self check out is broken don't blame me for the machines malfunctions. Do your job and leave me to your devices. Once I was done she came over 3 times to fix errors. I paid and once I grabbed all of the things I had,THEN, she wants to be helpful and say do you want a bag?. Ugh. Gurl BYE! I waited for help so you could feel free to mistreat the eldery. I was so upset. So, to my original thought process. To the CVS Supervisor. The black lady, the friendly, welcoming, cheerful, helpful, honest supervisor. We know you need a break, time off, a raise, a hug for all the hard work you do. However, ima cuss the next time I see you. After the hug but before I ask you how are you. You finna get this ear full. I wanna KAREN so bad. I wanna speak the the supervisor. I wanna file a formal complaint. Im writing a letter to the corporate office. And ima calling ICE. (Not whats in the ice machine the other ice) I feel like I got the Karen part right but it's my first time. Lol. I havent practiced Karening before. Lol. I respect my elders and everyone around me. I'd be damn if I allowed such travesty to take place on these young folk and DO nothing. What could be different is respecting the current staff, hiring respectable staff and doing a solid background check. We don't need this stress and we want the same energy we always get from cvs staff. Happy, hopeful and helpful.

"Are you here to pick up?" "Yes," I said. "Date of Birth?" "Are you going to scan my pick up code?" "Date of Birth?" ***I provide my date of birth*** "Robert?" "No," I said. "I thought you said 57." It dawned on me later that she meant the year birth...but I said, "No, I've only given you my birth date." Thinking she was asking about an order number, I don't know but clearly a miscommunication. Then silence. I was ignore for about 3 minutes until the pharmacist came over and opened the glass window; I said, as I held up my phone," I thought this was supposed to make things easier. "Yeah," said the pharmacist. "Inside the store but not so much the drive through" as she scanned my bar code halfway through the sentence. Then nothing. She went back to filling prescriptions. I wait another few minutes and the pharmmacist goes and grabs my scrip and hands in to someone else. She takes her time getting to the window, tells me how much, takes my card, and gives me my scrip. No words were spoken by the tech other than the price. I say "Thank You," she says nothing.
