Sid has always given me outstanding advice about health products. My doctor told me to take a probiotic. I do not know how Sid can keep that much product knowledge in his head. I am disabled. I have good days and bad days. Rollins will deliver because I am not far. When they did not have a product I needed, because there was a shortage of it; they knew of another local pharmacy that would deliver and that had that product in. Sid and the team are a credit to the healthcare field. Because it is very important to me to be fair. I do have to include the one negative thing I could think of as well. Out of concern for customer health numerous drug stores stopped selling tobacco. Kudos to them for that. As a non-smoker, I can tell you it is way too long coming. Rollins takes this concern about health too far. Not only doesn't Rollins sell tobacco, they are so concerned about your health you cannot buy a candy bar.

They seem to be a smaller chain but hopefully with word of mouth they can open more stores. They carry a lot of h.b.a. stuff for a dollar, so that's a plus. 5star service!

No one came so I went to the consultation window. After a long wait, a woman named Marcia checked me in again and told me to wait where the shots are given. There was no one else waiting. After about ten minutes the same woman showed up wearing latex gloves holding the red bio-waste container. She proceeded to touch the trash can and all manner of items as she set things up at her table while wearing the same gloves. Then she was about to give me the shots wearing those same gloves. Who knows how long she had then on and what else she handled in the back before coming out to the front so I asked her to change gloves and she willingly complied. Before she gave me my shot I confirmed that is was pfizer. This is when she accused me of having an attitude. I said I have a right to ask and she argued with me saying I should have asked when I first checked in. I said what does that matter? From hereon she continued to verbally berate me the entire way through the appointment even as she put the needle into my arm and squeezed the vaccine into it! I always confirm shots before they are given and no one has ever had an issue with it. I suspect she felt uncomfortable that I asked her to change gloves which highlighted her unhygienic practice. The gloves are there not just to protect her but also me. She seemed to have forgotten that part. I know this CVS location is not popular and people have had poor experiences here. I learned my lesson and will never go back to this CVS for a vaccine. This woman's behavior was unacceptable on so many levels and I felt very vulnerable on the other end of the needle.

Was impressed that they were able to look up my insurance information without even getting my insurance/prescription card. I looked around for about 5 minutes while they filled the prescription and saw a lot of homeopathic meds and essential oils, things that I use and thrive on. I also asked them about other medications that other chain pharmacies had trouble getting and they indicated they wouldn't have a problem in getting it for me when needed for a trip. I'm highly impressed and the pharmacists seem to have a much better grasp on questions as a whole. They were friendly, helpful and super quick in filling my prescription. I will be coming back more often when I need a prescription, even if its a little out of my way. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing Service Since the Change in Ownership…read more Since Jimmy left and the pharmacy changed ownership, the service has gone completely downhill. The customer service is beyond frustrating, and the lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. My medications are set up on automatic refill, so why am I repeatedly waiting 3-5 days for my medication to be ordered? The pharmacy knows these are daily medications that I depend on, yet this has happened multiple times. I have even called ahead to confirm that my medication is in stock and been assured it would be ready on my scheduled refill date. Then I show up, only to be told, "Sorry, there was an issue." The explanation is always that the supplier is to blame. I understand that supply issues can happen, but when this becomes a recurring problem, there needs to be better communication, planning, and accountability. Automatic refills should make managing prescriptions easier, not leave customers scrambling to figure out why their medication isn't ready. Since Jimmy left, this pharmacy is simply not the same. The customer service has deteriorated, and the reliability is no longer there. Patients should not have to repeatedly call, double-check, and chase down medications that they rely on every single day. If you depend on your prescriptions being ready on time, be prepared to follow up repeatedly. Unfortunately, the level of service I have experienced has left me seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I have now changed pharmacies and somehow my prices are now cheaper!
