Terrible staff a woman was literally throwing up in line on 03/26/2026 nobody moved to help her there was one person at the cash register who offered to call an Ambulance after multiple customers tried to get her attention saying the lady needed help. The other two staff members just kept pretending to work ignoring the woman who was practically dying in line. The staff is incompetent and should be replaced. I hope they do not represent what cvs thinks of its paying customers. read more

I asked the pharmacists for advice on lidocaine vs benzocaine vs any topical pain relief for my friend who had a pepper sprayer leak and cause lasting burning on her hand- it's purpose is to irritate and these idiots are telling me it's not possible. The pharmacy is a joke. The doctor sent over a script on Monday of this week! I went to pick it up Saturday of this week! And I was told it was put back :) and I had to wait an additional 20min. Just to clarify, I believe put backs are conducted weekly or biweekly. Won't be returning. read more

I drive pass two CVS and a Walgreens to go to this specific location because the store is well kept, I feel safe going there, and 99% of the time they have what I'm looking for. I like the people who work there as well, they're pretty friendly. read more

This is my first review after being a customer for over 30 years. Wow. CVS Pharmacy customer service has gone down. Do they realize that without their customers, they would be jobless. What puzzles me is that the senior Pharmacist(s)/supervisor(s) allow such behavior. They need some training. Just a thought. read more

My prescription is frequently out of stock so I have to call around to see if they have it. Whoever I spoke to on the phone around 6pm on 3/26 refused to tell me if they had the medication in stock, saying it was not allowed -- even though I do this every month & the previous 6 or 7 CVS pharmacies I called the same day had no issue with it. She was extremely rude about it as well. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I've used them 4x and everytime there is an issue. No matter which doctor I use, they always say "they didn't receive the perscription" despite my doctors sending it multiple times and confirming. Further getting someone on the phone is a miracle. In all the times I've called they only answered once, this most recent time. Currently, I am extremely sick and was told my prescription would he ready at 230, so when I came at 230, I was told 430, then when I came at 430 I was told 530 and when I pushed back explaining I've been there twice already the pharmacist said oh well, I'm the only one here, come back at 530 and it'll be ready. Super unprofessional and this is the LAST time ill use this pharmacy. read more

1000 MINUS STARS!!! They seldom get my prescription right. It's always a problem on their end. As I write this review I've been on hold for over 10 minutes and still waiting. They didn't have my insurance information although I gave it to them twice, and my insurance company gave it to them once. I never get my prescription right or on time. They don't even get one star. The pharmacy staff member allowed me to wait in line with 4 people in front of me only to tell me they are closing for lunch after the person right in front of me was being helped. The sign for the closing is on their registers where someone in line cannot see it. I asked her since I was the last in line could she take me since it was right at 1:30 and I was already in line and I don't live in this state so I'm not aware of their policy. She then got loud and rudely said it's been like this since pandemic no we cannot, we have to go to lunch. I asked her where was the sign coming in and there is no sign for them closing the pharmacy at 1:30 as you enter the store. She rudely said again we have to take lunch and closed the shutters. This is THE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY. I can't imagine how she has treated others and she needs to loose her job. read more

My doctor called my medicine in to this pharmacy, and when I arrived on 5/3/2022 at 3:15 p.m., the African staff member stated that it would take 20 minutes to fill my prescription. I waited 35 minutes and called my uber. Before leaving the store, I asked the African staff member if my medicine was ready, and she started yelling at me for no reason, saying quote (YOUR MEDICINE IS NOT READY, AND TO GET AWAY FROM THE CASH REGISTAR). I then left without my infection medicine for my toe. This African female has been with CVS for a while, and it seems like she would know how to treat customers. I didn't argue with her for her nasty and rude behavior. I just left. I will be changing my medications to another pharmacy. Just be aware of her!!! read more

I have been a loyal customer at CVS, this particular location especially, for a number of years now. I bought an item approximately 4 days ago, but turned out I didn't need it. Went in the store to return the item, that had never been open- still sealed in its original packaging, and was told by the cashier that because of the coronavirus outbreak that I wouldn't be able to do so AT THAT TIME. OK fine, I then asked her if & when this pandemic is over, will they be processing the return of items bought during this time frame...she didn't know, so she called the manager to the front. I asked him and he immediately said NO!!!, and pointed at a computer printed piece of paper taped to the backside of the register saying all sales are final as of 3-25-2020 . I made my purchase on 3-23-2020, when there was no signage of any kind posted. I am very dissatisfied with this matter and the way I was dismissed. I understand the worry about contamination, but were you worried about it when you sold it to me after it was handled by manufacturers, shippers/transport, employees that stocked items, and other customers before me that may have handled the product. CVS has just let me down. Now I understand why Walgreens & Rite aid have been able to expand do rapidly. read more

This vaccination site is very unprofessional. I set back to back appointments for the second dose for my father, mother, and sister. My father had the initial dose at 10:30am which is taking up a 30 minute slot and then I set my sisters and mother for 11am which took another 30 minutes slot. Total of 1 hour or so to give 3 vaccines that take no more than 5 minutes to give. They all showed up at 10:35am and the lady refused to give the vaccine to my father. It took a lot of fuss for someone else to finally give it to him. They also don't even check on you 15 minutes after the dose like they're supposed to. When I got both of my doses, they had me wait 20 minutes from my appointment time (even if I was on time) to get me seated. They pretty much forgot about me. So it's okay for them to be late on the schedule but can't be lenient for a family who has the schedule blocked off so it wouldn't really effect anyone else, especially if they don't follow the after shot protocol of observing for 15 minutes. read more
