Oh my goodness we needed that! When you need that and this? We can count on a CVS to be there! This was the point of the visit ! We needed greeting cards to mail and a gift card. We had to navigate the store and pick what we needed. The store was literally empty except for the cashier. Since we were in a hurry we had to ask for directions to greeting cards area. We were greeted by the cashier and pointed in the right direction and then rung by her. She was kind and polite with the transaction. She was kind and helpful. Now that we are done time to mail . Thank you for a wonderful experience and visit. You had a store that was stocked well and kind employees. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Hopping Bunny Joy! - Drugstores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I'm not one to complain about health clinics as I truly value healthcare workers, but my experience here was poor enough for me to have immediately switched pharmacies. I had been to urgent care and they urged me to go to this pharmacy that same day for my medication. Upon checking in with the front, I was told that my meds would be ready momentarily. An hour passes, so I check with the tech working and he assures me that they're working on it. Another hour passes and that's when they ask me to come back up to the counter, asked for my name again, and informed me that they never received a script from the Dr. for my medication. I would have appreciated getting this information at the beginning of the visit instead of spending 2 hours waiting. As a fellow healthcare worker, the lack of communication and care was beyond upsetting. read more

I just want to give a huge thank you to Carolyne! I went to the CVS at this branch yesterday to buy some gift cards and she went above and beyond to help me. She not only helped me track down the tags, but she even checked through the trash box with me to make sure the gift card I needed was part of the $20 ECB promotion. When it came time to pay, we accidentally forgot to enter the number, but Carolyne didn't hesitate she immediately spoke with another staff member and made sure we still received the $20 ECB. She is truly caring, cheerful, and clearly loves what she does. Her patience and willingness to help made the whole experience so much easier. Carolyne absolutely deserves both a raise and recognition. If you ever visit this CVS branch, look for her she is without a doubt one of the best staff members there. Thank you so much, Carolyne! read more

CVS Pharmacy - 20 ecb - Drugstores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

It's located on the corner in a big parking lot, with a drive thru pharmacy. I went in to grab some essentials (as I'm traveling and forgot some stuff.. the usual). The shelves are stocked but I saw no employees on the floor to ask where some things were, so walked around like a lost puppy for a bit. Parts of the store were also getting new flooring so you couldn't go fully down some aisles. I had to grab a prescription for my grandma as well and they took forever, with two people ahead of me. Once I got seen the young guy was helping me and there was a lady helping someone at the drive thru, and left the window open which led a huge gust of wind to come through and knock everything down. Well if you close the window you wouldn't be getting everyone inside whiplash! Anyways there's barely any employees in here, can't find things and the prices are overpriced as usual. Good luck grabbing your prescriptions from here too, waited a while before we got helped. Better off going somewhere else! read more

Nothing more . The associate or tech was great. I think it was a busy time. The person was maybe expecting their co-worker to the left to anticipate the next move and the person wasn't on the same page but it worked out. It was a tedious and time consuming process. Thanks so much! read more

On 12-22-2025 at 8:15 a.m., I went to the CVS on Wigwam Rd in Henderson after realizing I had left my prescribed nausea medication at home while traveling from California. I am 32 weeks pregnant with my second child. A male pharmacist, standing with multiple female staff members, dismissed me entirely. I was told to "try natural remedies" and then asked if I could "just wait it out" because nausea is common in pregnancy--despite me clearly stating that this prescription is the only thing that works for me. This was not advice--it was minimization. It showed a serious lack of pregnancy-informed care and basic empathy. I was not asking whether nausea is normal; I was asking how to access a medication that has already been prescribed to me. I left feeling angry, invalidated, and brushed off, and not a single staff member spoke up. This was unacceptable behavior in a healthcare setting. read more

Ismael is incredibly rude, I left without purchasing anything because I was so offended and I won't be back to this location. Please CVS have better hiring standards with customer service roles. read more

Very incompetent people work at this pharmacy. The prices on my medication went up recently just like it has for so many others so I called and spoke with a male pharmacist to get pricing. He is a black male from another country and I can't even pronounce his name. Well, he quoted me a price over the phone and when I got to the pharmacy he told me it would be a higher price. I got frustrated and left. After a few days I thought I would try it again hoping I would be dealing with someone different this time but unfortunately I ended up dealing with him again. Once again he gave me a totally different price. I will never go back to this pharmacy. I'm surprised they are still in business! read more

I had to transfer several prescriptions here since I'm living in Henderson temporarily. The staff made it effortless. I'm not sure if the transfers I called in or actually processed since it seemed like I had to initiate the transfers online. The websites easy peasy to maneuver though. After all my prescriptions were transferred, I access the website to have them delivered to the location where I'm currently staying. It was that easy! They were up my door within 30 minutes. You do have to pay a little more if you want same day delivery. read more

Good luck talking to the pharmacy. You leave a voicemail and hopefully they call back. Good luck talking to the pharmacy

I went into the store to download some money into my PayPal account. I was met by a very rude worker there he had no idea on what I was talking about then he started giving me extremely rude service. I asked to speak to the manager the manager came, she did the same exact thing. I was very surprised by the lack of customer service this place has, I was made to wait at least half an hour. There was no one there because they both don't have a clue on what they're doing and then I just left. I was so pissed. I just left to this place management. Maybe try to supply them with some training it was terrible. I don't recommend going to that store itself. read more

I had to switch to this pharmacy after my other location closed down. I've been through drive-thru a dozen times and it's always been as quick as can be. I love the texts you get where you can check the progress of your prescriptions. Either the other location didn't offer this, or I didn't know about it. This is a well run pharmacy, and a very busy one. Yet I've never called and been put on hold for more than a few minutes. Employees there are friendly and very hard working. Very professional. Ryan seems to be an awesome Manager, he was one of the reasons I chose this location. Guy knows what he is doing. Unfortunately I am moving out of state. Figures, just when I found a great pharmacy. But I highly recommend this location to anyone. I'm on a lot of medications, so I have to go to the pharmacy often. No problem with this location at all. Good job, guys. read more

Grace and the Pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacy is very helpful and friendly. Recommend this store with very high ratings.

Used to be a great pharmacy. They hired a new pharmacy manager whose goal is to ruin the pharmacy and make sick people's lives a living hell. Now I have to remove my octogenarian family member's prescriptions to another pharmacy which is going to be a nightmare getting prior authorizations etc. it's like something had to give- I finally found a great pharmacy with great pharmacists and now this happens. Who is this new 'pharmacy manager' and why do they get off on making sick people suffer? read more

There is always, always, always a 20 minute wait, no matter what. And don't bother taking time off work to show up around 1:30, because the ENTIRE pharmacy closes down for 30 minutes while ALL the pharmacy workers take a lunch break AT THE SAME TIME. I am not sure why they close the entire operation down rather than simply staggering their lunch breaks like EVERY OTHER STORE IN THE UNIVERSE does, but I assume it has something to do with CVS' core mission to waste hours of each of their customers' time. DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS STORE, PERIOD read more

COVID-19 Drive-through testing review I've never been to this CVS, but I went here because they could fit me in the same day for a COVID test on Saturday afternoon. What you should know before you go: When booking your appointment, PLEASE fill in your insurance info and take pictures of your cards if you can. The two people in front of me didn't, resulting in my sitting in line for 40 minutes, while I was out in about 5-7 minutes. The person behind me actually gave up because the two in front of us took so long for their insurance to be verified. If you fill in your info and upload the card photos, they have the test waiting for you. Also, if you value your privacy, you might want to bring a pop-up shade and put it across the front passenger window once you get in line. Anyone picking up their meds in the drive-up line will be sitting there and able to see you. A lady was staring at me the whole time I did my test and I didn't appreciate it. You administer the test yourself. First, you drop your ID and insurance card into the basket and verbally verify your name and birthdate. Then they put your cards into a bag along with your test kit. A pharmacy employee will observe and walk you through it. Sydni walked me through mine with verbal instructions, as well as holding up the pieces from a demonstration kit. There are also printed instructions with illustrations in your bag. After you confirm your name and birthdate are written on the collection tube correctly, it's time to pop open the single test swab. You'll put it up your nose, rotate it in a circle twice, then hold it there for 15 seconds. The pharmacist will tell you when time is up. Then you reuse the same swab in the other nostril. Then you open the collection tube and put the swab in it. Then you put the tube in a baggie and seal it up. Lastly, you drive forward and wipe off the collection box, put your sample in, and wipe it off again. You'll get results in 24-36 hours. Honestly, the test wasn't THAT bad. Not pleasant, but not as horrible as I imagined it to be. You need to download their MyChart app within 24 hours of doing your test. There are instructions provided to you in the paperwork. The app is super easy to use. I have to say Sydni was AWESOME! I was scared and not feeling great. She was so friendly and encouraging the whole time. She walked me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. I would come back to this CVS just because of her! read more

This pharmacy is awful. They are very slow, aren't helpful and act like I annoy them when I ask questions. I needed a night dose of my medicine but they didn't have it ready because my doctor didn't specify something. But instead of calling me or calling my doctor to ask for clarification/inform me it wouldn't be ready, I had to come in myself. This blood thinner is necessary and when the pharmacy tech questioned if they even had it in stock the pharmacist (tall, bald man) simply said "if we don't have it, we don't have it." Oh, and they don't pick up the phone so don't even bother calling. read more

I've been getting my Parents Rx at this location with no issues, up until today that a person from the Pharmacy Name Koi answered with a frustrated voice and abrupt attitude, stating that , you have to call your Dr's office to change the plain Prep liquid to a flavored one , and he proceeded, ee can request it but you have to call and ask in a bossy tone of voice... RUDE and disrespectful. read more

I just went into this CVS pharmacy and they allowed someone to walk in shop around stand less than 1 to 2 feet away from me why other people complained and the two cashiers saw the person not wearing a mask and they said absolutely nothing to this person. it is out of their control that people walk in but it's in their control to tell them they cannot shop there and not to check them out if they do not wear a mask it is a mandate in the state of Nevada and it says so on the front of their door but it does no good if they don't train their employees to enforce the rules they should be held accountable and those employees should be terminated instantly if they choose to ignore the rules to keep their patron safe, if they're too concerned then they should hire somebody who operates the front door who is a security guard who makes your people before entering wear a mask with many stores have done but to simply ignored and do nothing is unacceptable and part of the problem I will never step foot back in the store cuz obviously they don't care about people's safety. read more

Very poor customer service and they are constantly out of stock. Inconvenience to go elsewhere but worth it.

Something is wrong with this CVS pharmacy. I have called them 5x and have waited over 10 mins each time and no one has answered the phone. If you are corporate you may want to do an audit of this locations management. Someone may be sleeping on the job. read more

So efficient Mr clement was so knowledgeable fast too wish my local Texas CVS was that smooth

Went in just to pick up a few things. Regina helped me out and made my shopping trip so much easier.

This place suck this is worst customer service ever. I've been waiting for over 40 minutes this place is a joke.

Never had a problem with cvs until this location. The guy was not helpful and wouldn't open the register for me to pay but opened it after I started paying on the self checkout. I was having trouble with the payment at self checkout and had to switch my form of payment because he wouldn't open the normal line up and didn't want to do his job because I look young. I'm 25 and look 16, and I'm sorry I don't want to use self check out. Going to Walgreens from now on. I was able to get my stuff but just because I look young doesn't mean I have to use self checkout and that he can take the older guy behind me on the register after me asking. I wouldn't have been as upset if he hadn't opened the register for the other guy after me asking 2 min prior I was literally just finishing paying. So frustrating read more

You should never ask a customer/patient loudly about her body or prescriptions in relation to her decisions she is making with her body. Pharmacist and Pharm Techs behind desk were very loud when asking my information and about my very personal prescription matter. I felt very uncomfortable waiting and did not feel like this should have been handled this way. Will consider transferring all prescriptions to a different CVS. read more

This pharmacy is the worse place ever!! Every month there is an issue with my medication. THIS time around I received my text my medication was ready. I went to pick it up...not ready. I said ok I'll come back tomorrow. I received ANOTHER text this morning saying my meds are ready and when I go to pick them up I am RUDELY informed that they lost it. When I asked her what do you mean you lost it...she got a whole attitude with me. I will NEVER walk into that store again. read more

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is an absolute joke. I have been a loyal Walgreen customer for years but my insurance changed and I had to switch to CVS. So for the last two years as a CVS customer I have spent HOURS of my life on hold trying to speak to pharmacy staff. Never have I ever been on hold less than double digits and today it was a whopping one hour and 11 minutes before a human answered. In an attempt to find better customer service I contacted a different CVS and told them I wanted to move my prescriptions to their store from the store on Pecos and Wigwam. The customer service person on the phone literally laughed and said to someone standing near her, "we've got another one transferring from 2594!" Even staff know the CVS on Pecos and Wigwam is a joke. read more

CVS Pharmacy - On hold for over one hour and six minutes! - Drugstores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

About two weeks ago I bought CVS brand children's Ibuprofen. A few days later I went to open the package and realized that it expired in 6/2021 (it's now the end of 9/21). I brought the chewable tablets back to exchange them and when I looked, over 10 packages were ALL expired. There were only two boxes that weren't expired (they both expire in two months). I ended up getting Advil brand name, which expires in 2023 and I brought all of those expired boxes to the cashier. The guy didn't act surprised, apologetic, or anything. Clearly this isn't a new issue. read more

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used, wait times in the drive through are astronomical. I parked and came into the store in person because I was ignored in the drive through and there were 6 people working and no one in line to pick up. I get everyone's stressed right now but maybe have some common courtesy and let drive through patrons know it's going to be a minute read more

CVS on wigwam and Pecos is the worst. Numerous times they have sent a text saying your prescription is ready and it is not. This is after you sit in the drive through for 30 minutes. Im currently writing this on Oct 4, 2021 at 5:50pm. read more

I have always received exceptional service from everyone in this store from Lisa the store asset manager to the pharmacy staff. Fast forward to 5/24/18 I called my prescription in thru the automated system and about 10 min later I receive a call from Grace in the pharmacy trying to help me get my outrageous prescription cheaper!! I was literally blown away someone would help!! She called me back 2 more times within about 20 minutes... low and behold she saved me $150 dollars on my monthly prescription!!!! This is what I call going above and beyond!! Thank you Grace for EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! You rock and I'm so appreciative of what you did for me! read more

I went in this evening at 9:00 PM and the store closes at 10 PM. I was only there in for a few minutes but my purchase to complete it. I needed to do it at the register. I was told I was not allowed to complete my purchase because at Night time they keep the registers closed. And I asked what time they close and they told me at 10 and I said so basically you're closing the registers an hour before the store is closed. In my opinion honestly that's just laziness because there should be no reason that the registers are closed an hour before the store is closed. I wish I would've asked and not tried to convenience the workers when I went to check out. Because I brought some items for me and my daughter to have movie night. So I checked out at the attendant on duty. Because the two ladies that were on duty look like they were too busy, talking the whole entire time why customers were in the store about personal business then they were about helping me. I understand closing registers 10 or 15 minutes before but a whole hour before. I will be contacting corporate to find out the policies because I had to go to Walgreens down the block to get the same services. read more

This pharmacy has lost my families business after 25 years. I called in a refill five days ago and it hadn't been processed. I was on hold for 28 minutes before the call dropped. I called the corporate number and they could not reach the pharmacy. Corporate told me to go in an hour. Not only was it not filled, they had none in stock. This is the second heart medication that they have not had in stock in two weeks. The girl that looked it up told me to call other pharmacies to see if they had it. Is that really m job? I am pulling everything and going to Walgreens. Pathetic! read more
