I am very dissatisfied with the staff in the pharmacy department. I told them that I needed medication for my high blood pressure as I ran out while vacationing in Henderson. I was told to call my Kaiser pharmacy and have them call CVS. I did as I was told but Kaiser said they are supposed to call Kaiser themselves. Kaiser has given the number they have to call. Went the second time and still they declined to call Kaiser even I explained to them that my bp was too high. I decided to go to Walgreens and finally gotten my prescription medicine without any hesitation from the staff in the pharmacy department. CVS staff is incompetent and lazy and doesn't care if the patient is almost dying of high blood pressure. They don't care at all. You lost a customer. I will right a review on yelp so people knows what type of staff you have in your pharmacy department. It's disgusting!!! read more

I've been going to this CVS for years. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Needed a refill on some medication so I called 5 days ago and got the recording that they were working on it and it would be ready shortly. Day two and still nothing so I called my Dr and asked him to call it in. Great! Day 3 and still nothing. Day 4. I call CVS again and get the recording saying "it will be ready shortly." Day 5. Still no text saying the prescription is ready. I call my Dr a second time and he assures me that he called it in last week. I am now completely out of my blood pressure medication. I call CVS again and I get the same recording saying it will be ready shortly. I call CVS yet again, wait on hold for 8 minutes and 54 sec and finally speak to a person who tells me he will fill it immediately and to come pick it up in 15 minutes. It took CVS on Horizon Ridge 5 days, 6 phone calls and 1 trip to fill the prescription. read more

I have to agree with most of the previous reviewers that this pharmacy's customer service is atrocious!! Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, line to pick up your RX is ALWAYS long and the majority of employees working behind the counter could care less! I have made repeated calls to follow up, holding for up to 30 minutes at times, complained face to face to the store manager Angelo to no avail. On Friday when I called to see about my prescription that was promised the previous Monday, which still was not ready, I was actually told by the only nice employee there that they'd never seen anything like this in their entire decades long career. Sorry to say that after using this pharmacy for over 20 years I will be taking my business elsewhere. Obviously, CVS doesn't care about their deplorable customer service.....shame on them!! I needed to refill ONE prescription and called in the refill TWO days early so the prescription would be ready when I stopped by today. No luck it's still not ready, was told they are backed up. They said 15 minutes they can have it filled, I told them I'll be back tomorrow and was assured it would be ready!! We will see what happens tomorrow? read more

I don't like to be one to complain, but this is the SLOWEST CVS pharmacy drive thru I've ever experienced. This is the closest one since we've moved, but after coming here once a month for the past year and ALWAYS waiting at least 20 minutes no matter what time I come, I'm going to have to switch and drive a little further. Came to the drive thru to fill a prescription. The lady asked to go inside because she didn't know how to input new customers. I have a newborn baby and walking in is not easy or convenient. After waiting about 10 minutes in line with a crying baby because I had to get her out of her car seat with all eyes on from the pharmacist to people waiting in line and and I'm sitting area. Not to mention I did not need them to process insurance since I was paying cash. They asked me to come back in 4 hours. You need to check any prescriptions you have filled here. They often make mistakes and have horrible customer service. Update: only the second prescription I've needed to fill, but after 2 days, a common in-stock inhaler isn't ready to pick up? Shake my head. Just hoping my life doesn't depend on it. She even looked up the cost of a med for us on GoodRx to help with the cost of a med insurance wasn't covering. She went into detail on a few interactions as well. She was a breath of fresh air! Store #5286 Today, Mar 4 2019 Spanning 2pm-4:41pm (according to the receipt) First store at Target on Lake Mead claimed they could not fill my prescription and it was against company policy to call other CVS pharmacies to see if they could. This is false, and the pharmacy tech's manager has called for me before. Store #5286, after 10 minutes of dawdling, said they would fill the prescription and we could wait while they worked. I sat in the store for over an hour, and when I asked how much longer, the pharmacist asked me if I had dropped off my prescription there 3 times. No one had touched my prescription and we were asked to come back at 7:30. The pharmacist offered no reason for the delay. I spoke to the manager of CVS (I will get his name tonight) and he dismissed me, claiming he "could not speak for the pharmacy". He is the manager. Whole afternoon wasted. read more

I have been going to CVS for 30 years and have only started to experience an issue within the last six months. My husband is also having the same issues but at a different CVS. He was told that Cvs Corporate is cutting back and so there isn't enough help in the pharmacy. Well I can attest to that and I am going to move to Walgreens ASAP. For six months they keep telling me they're going to put my five prescriptions on the same timeline so they can be picked up at once. That hasn't happened yet and it has become a huge fiasco. I refill prescriptions that should have neen automatically refilled. The automated service tells me it will be ready at a certain time however it's not when I arrive there. I have waited on the phone for at least 15 minutes waiting to try to get this rectified to no avail. I have waited numerous times in the drive-through for 10 or 15 minutes and had to leave because I was never assisted in that time. Corporate Cvs will definitely need to cut back the hours of the pharmacy help as they are scaring everybody off with their lack of organization and customer service!!! read more

This pharmacy is truly the worst, I'm pretty sure the only reason anyone comes here is because of the location. It's convenient for all of us that live in the paradise hills area. I have turned in countless prescriptions and they take HOURS to get filled. Even when I follow the rules and call to see when they will be filled, even then they still don't have them done in the FIVE hour timeframe I am given. I am currently waiting in the drive thru and am on minute 15 with two cars still ahead of me. It's not better inside either because I've tried that as well. Beyond the slowness of filling prescriptions, when I've gone in for over the counter medicines like Advil allergy, they've left the "in stock" cards out. I grabbed one, then waited at least 10 minutes inside with my kids and husband in the car only to get to the front and be told they're out. It's just constant like this. I don't know much about how a pharmacy works, but what I do know is that this pharmacy is the worst. The employees always provide great customer service, however that doesn't make up for the fact that my prescriptions are NEVER on time. 1. Went to the Target location for convenience. However, the pharmacy is located way the hell at the other end of the Target front entrance. Great for someone who can physically walk that far and doesn't have a bad foot! Did I mention that locating the pharmacy also requires you to look down each aisle because there is no "PHARMACY sign hanging from the ceiling in plain sight. Five stars for the employees though. 2. Switched to the one on Whitney Ranch Dr @ Sunset for convenience. However, getting ANY dept at a CVS pharmacy by phone is total bullshit. I don't want to hear a recorded blah blah blah about the virus vac, etc., so suggestion: PRESS 1 for all covid vaccine information PRESS 2 for store hrs PRESS 3 for pharmacy and for GOD SAKE please don't leave customers on hold for 15 min because CVS obviously can't afford to hire an ADEQUATE amount of pharmacy staff to include more than one pharmacist! Had to pick up a new prescription today and had the best pharmacy experience ever. Not only did I get my prescription in a timely manner (the place was busy) the young intern named Taylor gave me a flu shot and made sure all of my info was updated in the system ( just moved here last December).What a pleasant young man and totally was able to answer all of my questions. read more

Worst service ever. They used to be great if you had automatic refills they actually filled Them without asking and text you and called you saying they are ready. Now they don't fill them and when you call they say they will and don't. Called Wednesday morning they said an hour, went Thursday at noon wasn't ready so they said an hour went back Thursday night still not ready. Friday at 2 pm I go and still not ready. I went into Cvs at 945pm tonight, I felt really bad because it was so close to closing time! I couldn't find what I was looking for, so the sales associate (Megan I think her name was) helped me out happily!!! When I apologized for coming in so late, she said, "don't worry about it!!! You have plenty of time!" so we walk over to the isle and Megan looked through every item trying to find what I needed. When she finally found it, she read me all of the ingredients in the item and said, "this sounds like it will be perfect!" When she was ringing up my purchase, she told me that if the item didn't work, that I could return it!!! Honestly, I've never had such awesome customer service! Megan was so so so nice, patient, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help people. Hopefully that's her name, it was on the receipt!!!! Give her a promotion please! She's awesome! read more

AHHHH!!! F this place! Everytime I go to the pharmacy here it is a complete ship show. It inevitably takes 20 to 30 mi utes to get through the drive thru with only a few cars in line. 75%of the time my scripts are wrong or I'm told they're filled but when I arrive they are not.
