Pharmacy Customer Service Complaint I visited the pharmacy today and was assisted by Shivani B. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Shivani was extremely rude and came across as though she was unhappy to be there. Her attitude and demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable and left me feeling that my concerns and needs as a customer were not being treated with the respect and professionalism I would expect from a pharmacy employee. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated courteously and professionally. I hope management will address this situation and ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve. read more

Arrived to pick up my daughter's meds which was ready to go and some rude employee went up to my face before I had a chance to speak and said, " WE ARE CLOSED for ONE HR". I am in health care and even on a BAD DAY I am never RUDE to any patients or family. I highly advise to train your employees about respect bc they certainly do not understand that concept. In oder to improve this store ratings you have to start at the top whomever is the manager is OUT!! There's a young man there Alex who should be the Manager when it comes to customer service he demonstrates the ability to lead and resolve issues at hand. Senior citizens beware of this place line is always long because it's only 1 cashier, you wait up to 10min to get something locked up and then the person coming acts like I shouldn't be there. The only 5 star is the pharmacy the people working in that department is very nice and respectful and tentative to your health needs. CVS I was in the community before you were and so was walgreens but you see what happened to them poor service to the community that tried to support a company that didn't care about the needs of the community they're in. Had I looked at the reviews prior to going to this location, my expectations would have been setup for poor interaction with the drive thru worker. Must have been having a rough time and they were transferring it through their service. The one star reviews definitely track. I would be disappointed to know that elderly or anyone are at risk to this type of interaction. The pharmacist stepped in and was more pleasant, but from the call out, I hope there is some sort of corrections being made. Customers are human and should be treated with care. read more

Mission CVS pharmacy idk where they find clerks but they need to address on how to assist with customers without treating them like they hate their job. The lady that didn't help me efficiently got an attitude because I asked for the pharmacist she literally rolled her eyes, then when asked why she did such she was shocked that I seen her I do see I'm not blind and then gets an attitude because she got caught and I told her that it's not okay. I would have given zero Stars if I could because of her attitude alone I didn't choose this pharmacy because I wanted to I chose this one because it was the closest to my house unfortunately the one that I had closed I would highly recommend not coming to this location. read more

I checked out a few CVS locations but couldn't find the items I wanted. This was the last location I was going to drop by before heading home. The store was quite clean and organized but a lot of items were locked up. After locating the items I wanted, I pressed the button that was on the adjacent shelf. After a few minutes, an employee came to help me out. I pointed to the items I wanted and the employee took them out of the case but she wouldn't give them to me. She told me that the items would be at the cashier station, waiting for me. This was the only CVS location that did this to me. Anyways, I told her what other items I wanted. Then I told her that I would wait at the cashier station for her. The employee was friendly so it didn't affect my impression about the customer service here. The Pharmacist Carol was able to help me find my meds immediately. My dr and the 1st person that answered the phone said my prescription was not available because it was insurance was reviewing the claim. I called again because I literally felt like I was dying a slow death. Pharmacist Carol said immediately that your insurance will not pay for that it is over the counter. I rushed in as soon as the lunch was over. Carol helped me find what I needed and compare products. I really appreciate her help! read more

Pharmacy never tells you or prescriber that they are out of stock on a particular medication. Instead you find out when you attempt to pick it up. Imagine going 2 extra days without eye pressure drops when the prescription was for asap (this is a new prescription, not a med that was running low)! If they had informed me or my doctor of the issue I/we could have searched for a pharmacy where it was ready to pickup the same day! read more

This Pharmacy is a ripped off went in today this small India girl told me that my prescription is not cover by insurance and the cost of 30days is $100, I said Doctor prescribed is only for 14 days so give me 15days, she said is going to cost me $70 so I said then give me the 30 days for $100, this girl change the label that said $100 print another one and said it $157. I was so mad and just told her she is a thief working in the pharmacy. Don't go to this CVS for your medications. read more

OK, don't tell anyone but I got a fever around a week ago and all the symptoms seemed to point to it being Covid. I was looking for a place to get tested the same day and this CVS location which is quite far from where I live seemed to be the only option. I was super thankful that I was able to do it on a weekend and the drive-through testing was slow but I am not complaining... Oh yeah, the test was negative. Phew! read more

Store hours online and posted in front of the store state closes at 10pm. I arrived this evening at 9:25pm and the store was closed. There was a gentleman out front, yelling trying to get the security guard and workers to open the door for him. He was having a bad allergic reaction to shellfish and needed Benadryl. Not being from the area, he didn't know where the Lucky's or Safeway was and had raced just to find this CVS location. The workers refused to open the door or help him and he was having a medical emergency. I was there just to drop off my Sharps container in the disposal box near the pharmacy. It's awfully irritating that this location continues to close early (read older reviews) when the hours of operation clearly dictate a later timeframe. Overall, the attitude from the workers is unacceptable any time of day and service is lousy from all departments. I'm really unhappy with the way things transpired tonight and their attitude to let this man die in front of their door. They didn't even offer to call 911 or get him some help. I at least offered Benadryl from my purse and directions to the nearest grocery stores. I just hope he's OK, since he flew out of the parking lot in a panic and clutching his throat, his neck covered in red dots and beginning to welt, and his heart racing (his omission). read more

Whats there to be said about CVS; it's one of those places when you are to lazy to drive to Walmart or Target or you really don't want to go to different store and it's in the area. So you go to CVS. It's kind of like me it's not the 1st choice but I have been texting you none stop so you are like lets give it a chance. CVS located right off Mission BLVD. They have a very large parking lot and always have at least 1 or 2 people staffing the register. Sometime the lines can get pretty long and even longer when someone is doing like normal shopping with a full cart here. This place is the 1 off place. You go in here to buy 1 or 2 things at a time. It's kind of like a 711 but with way more pharmacy stuff and way more alcohol for sure. I will go here if I need guy stuff. Lotion, Medication, Drinks, Snacks, A card for a birthday I forgot about and need something last minute and lets not forget they do offer small sized condoms; snug fit the kind I use when they have them in stock. They place does have many things in stock. Just don't think you are going to get a good deal. They have like weekly deals and sometimes they are really good. But most normally priced things will be $1 to $5 more so don't got into CVS thinking you are going to get a good deal without a coupon or there mobile app giving you a deal. So if you area CVS coupon shopper and don't want to deal with a real store CVS is a good choice if you are not a frugal cheapskate like myself. It's there a for a reason and it's a store I'll keep returning to just out of convenience. read more

Sooo, came to pick up a prescription and we checked out in the pharmacy area by Olga. Picked up a pack of pencils and a small calculator for a state test I'm taking. Proceed to check out and Olga completely ignores the items that I placed on the counter barcode up so she wouldn't have to touch them.. Just scan them with the hand scanner, because I understand with Covid people don't want to touch things. Olga proceeds to check me out for my prescription and ignore my two items that I placed barcode up. I asked her if she could check me out here while I'm picking up my prescription and she proceeds to say "No, that's another line." I've gone to CVS my entire life. I'm not stupid, they have the same point-of-sale system in the entire store. She could have done this but she chose not to, it wouldn't have cost her anything to do her job. I wasn't going to push the issue, since there's Covid, but she also didn't explain herself either (Ex: Policy change due to Covid) just sent me on my way to wait in a 12 person line for two things that she could have just scanned... read more

The amount of medicine is given differently every time, completely disregarding the doctor's orders. Afterwards, patients go to find them, they don't want to solve the problem at all, they just tell you that they will give you the right one next time, and if you want the rest of the medicine, please pay for it yourself. This store is supposed to close at 10pm everyday according to their website, the automated voice person, even yelp! I showed up today at 9pm and as soon as I parked n started looking for my face mask, someone inside the store quickly turned off the lights! Like really?? Apparently nobody wants to work here till 10 so why not change the hits so that people are aware and don't show up expecting it open..I'm coming back tomorrow to speak to the manager . Been here twice for Covid Testing. The first time was fine, and the lady working took us early (about 10 min before our appointment time) with no issues. Today though, the person on the other side of the window not only sounded sick with a scary raspy voice, but they were rude. We were again 10 minutes early and only a few other cars behind us, but they would not take us early for our Covid test. So we ended up driving around and around through the drive thru 3x before our appointment time hit and finally we were able to take our test lol. Kind of ridiculous. This location is beyond Rude over the phone. I never call with attitude or frustration but somehow I always receive it. I've called numerous times this month (spoke to someone different every time) because my insurance was not covering my prescriptions and I needed to find out why. They've already ran out and I'm trying not to go into withdrawal. I was given totally different answers by everyone (one said I needed to call doc and increase RX to 90 days then it would be fixed, next one said "idk we are not your insurance", the next one said call the doc who requested, the other said to just call insurance). I did it all. I always speak to my insurance and prescriber before I call, I'm not stupid. But I do so again and follow the directions they, always rudely, give me. So.. I called again Friday 1/21/22 at 10:49am to check again and got yelled at and talked over when I tried to explain that Ive already done what she's telling me to do and I've gotten different instructions- none of which are working, so I suggest -maybe I should read my insurance to you because it DID get updated as of Jan 1st. She wasn't having any of it and not telling me why. It's not easy to get me angry but by the end of the call I was shaking. I deal with customers/ clients all day long especially rude ones. But I address every single one politely and calmly because being rude doesn't help anyone-but no they deal with angry karens and bring that energy to customers like me. I'm fed up being talked to this way and won't do business over the phone anymore. But I'll bring that same energy in person since that's all they seem to know. read more

This location is just flat out awful. They never have your prescriptions ready on time. Both me and my mother get ours filled here and it never fail that we have to make several trips. My prescription was sent in yesterday 4/19 and I called before even leaving the doctors office to make sure it would be ready. Made it before closing and was told it wasn't. Came back the next day 4/20 at 1:30pm only one was ready for pickup. Asked her about my other one and she told me they still needed time and to come back after 2pm. Came back again at 5:45pm and again im told it'll be 15-20 minutes. The customer service is non existent. Everyone is rude like they don't want to be at work. Its frustrating to have to continue to waste gas and time coming to get a prescription that you need and it isn't ready. Unorganized and unprofessional employees. This location needs an entirely new staff! I will be changing my pharmacy I refuse to have to deal with this any longer! read more

This is my go to place for my family's medicinal needs, wether it be for prescription from the pharmacy or over the counter meds. Everything in that section is labeled clearly on the shelves and I even get advice from the doctor at the pharmacy every now and then when I'm not sure exactly what medicine I need. Staff is always ready to assist. I would add that the place can be more clean and organized, the first glance at walk in is not the best. read more

Well let me start out with saying I only come to this CVS becuse of the pharmacy. The pharmacy team at this location is wonderful always fast on refills, friendly, and eger to help. On the other hand the young ladies on the floor restocking and at the cashier (with short French braids)*. She is the rude, nasty with a snappy additue. Like I was bothering her to do her job. I accidentally made a mistake and used the wrong card for my purchase and then the wrong pin opps kill me. She was so insulting. People need to have compassion and patiences.
