I echo the lack of customer service at this location. I will never return to this location. The store manager Dani/Danny is extremely rude, has a terrible attitude, and obviously doesn't care she is showing it. She said that the store associates do not know what the CVS deals are and it is the expectation of the customer to tell them before ringing the customer up with their intended purchases. I asked her to confirm that she expects the customer to tell the store associate that there is a deal/CVS reward on their account, and she replied yes. Aren't CVS rewards already linked to your account anyway so all they have to do is just ask for your phone number to see the account and the discount when they ring up the items? I guess the attitude of the store manager Dani/Danny is that the customer is never right. Absolutely did not even try to offer any type of service and just walked away after handing me my receipt. This CVS has pretty quick service. There is a super convenient drive up window. Medicines are usually ready within an hour. Were able to get our flu shots here too. The workers here also helpful. Parking is also pretty easy and ample. read more

I've been coming to this CVS for years. It's located very close to my house so it's very convenient. The store is pretty clean. They have a good variety of snacks as well. I've gotten photos developed here. It says one hour, but they are usually done within five minutes. The pharmacy here is GREAT. I always get my medication very quickly and everyones super courteous. I always see at least 4 employees working in the pharmacy. They always promise my medication within 15 minutes and they usually meet that time or even earlier. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy! Their employees are so rude and incompetent. My husband dropped off a prescription last night an hour before the pharmacy closed and the man at the drive through window rudely told him the prescription wasn't going to be ready tonight. My husband replied 'no problem'. He came home and told me the guy was rude. Today a woman from the pharmacy called me and we needed to provide more information for our prescription. She acted like I should have known and when I didn't have the information she told me I could call my dr and get the info and call her back. When I tried to call back after I figured out what they needed with my dr they put me on hold without asking or greeting. I then called Rite Aid and had them move my prescription. CVS is awful! I'm rating the store overall. Since this is the nearest CVS for me, I always come here. They always have good sales, coupons, and extrabucks I can use happily(: The cashier (I usually have the same cashier every time I go) is super nice and friendly, which I love. Most of the time, I come here to buy some drugstore makeup products since they always have sales on them. I don't suggest going on Sundays because last time I did, and most of the products were out of stock. I recommend this CVS to those who live nearby. It's clean and organized. read more

This used to be the best pharmacy around. Then the lead pharmacist retired. Now they're not as efficient. Too many mistakes are made. I ask them to use non-childproof caps and they don't, they call with Reminders after I've asked them not to, they refill automatically when I said no to automatic refills. But of all the problems the worst is that they lose refills. You turn in a prescription that has refills on it and suddenly the refills are gone when you go to refill it the next time. I don't like it because it makes me look like I'm trying to get extra medication out of the doctor. My big question is are these truly mistakes, or is this just the new normal; no matter what you request they're doing it their way. read more

I have no problem with the store just the employees especially the manager yuli. Went to pick up a photo order the employee helping me was helpful but couldn't find my photos. This idiot comes up and asks the same question 4 times and then goes off saying I must have made a mistake and ordered my photos to the wrong store. I show the confirmation and she runs off to go restock and make her self look busy. My problem is I didn't ask for a manager so I don't need your involvement and I don't need you asking me the same question 4 times. You're not helping and to me you're the most useless employee in the building. read more

The lead pharmacist is not helpful, points rather than shows where an ltem may be and does not care if you found it or not. Seems moody. Explanation of a medication is very short and seems careless. Pharmacy techs are ok when dropping off or picking up medication. Generally, the general CVS store staff is very friendly. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. Some of the pharmacist there (very few, maybe 2) are great to work with, while most others are very uncaring and unprofessional. Just now the phone call that I had with one of the pharmacist there was handled very poorly, rude, and frankly I don't feel like I could trust the individual that handled my call. They will cut you off before allowing you to finish communicating and then you have to correct them because what they thought you were going to say or ask does not relay to their response they gave you. Then before you know it or have a chance to find the correct information, you're hung up on. The employees here are really kind and friendly! I usually only come here to get my starbucks coffee double shot because they always have the specific flavor i like. Two words CVS has a problem with, first word is in-stock. CVS's pharmacy has trouble keeping drugs in stock. The second word CVS has trouble with is honesty, when an order was placed with the pharmacy I had to call several days later to find out that they were out of stock and that they were going to another supplier. When I called a few days latter the pharmacy informed me that they were still out of stock and were going to try another supplier. This is what they said the week before. Beware when shopping this CVS. Many prices marked on shelf are inaccurate and ring up higher. Also many prices are not even marked. I noticed this on 1 occasion when I checked the prices and was overcharged $6 I emailed CVS main office and got no reply. I did noticed when I returned to the store the next day the prices were correctly priced. I was never offered a refund Now when I shop there I only buy 1-2 things and I am very, very careful to watch the prices that ring up. My husband was really uncomfortable so I had to come get Charcoal capsules Zk and Gary basically told me they cannot help me find it because they were closing in 5 minutes! Desperate because I already had to drive far to come to this store. I asked if they can look on the computer system to see if they have and they told me they don't know and will not help. They have messed up just 1 too many times. I have to pick up prescriptions for me brother, my husband and myself. They get it right about 80%. Not a very good record for a pharmacy. This last time they messed up and we had to return 2 prescriptions because they were wrong. I called immediately when I got home and saw the error. I sent my husband back because I was busy.They refunded 1 of the 169.99 bottles but they failed to look into the bag to see the other 129.99 bottle. When they discovered the error they called and left me a message that they couldn't refund it because the manager James told them not to. REALLY!!! I had to wait to talk to James the next day. I called, he wasn't there. After playing phone tag for about a week I finally got hold of him. He told me he did me a favor by refunding the mistake they made in the 1st place but I had to come down to show them the receipt to refund the 2nd one.They had all of the info and the bottle of pills right in front of them. I tried to give James the receipt number and my credit card number but he would not do it and he said he asked the store manager but he refused too. Now I'm fuming mad. They are lucky I didn't make a scene but James knew who I was just by looking at my face. He gave me the refund using all the info from the bag of pills they already had. I will change all of my prescriptions, my brothers prescriptions and my husbands prescriptions to another pharmacy. If 80% success is alright with you, shop here. Otherwise Costco or anywhere else is a better bet read more

I live in Cypress and this place is fair enough. Has all kinds of grocery items, and water price is cheap as or cheaper than Stater Brothers sometimes depending on it's on sales and what not.. Same for other items, like protein powders are just slightly more expensive than Walmart, considering gas prices and distance, I would be better off buy them from this Pharmacy. I stil haven't compared the price of alcohol yet, but if you like alcohol, you should def check that out, they carry lots of hard liquors that you won't see from Liquor shop. No kidding. I think everyone is pretty nice, maybe except this one old guy who asked my birthday verbally when I forgot to bring the CVS card (but I had ID in my wallet !!) .. I think I was purchasing cigarret back then but I am old enough to buy those.. (I am almost 30yrs old). I do look kinda young by the way.. well normally other employees would just use their card for me to scan.. This guy gave me unwanted comment about my age and looks, I really didn't need his damn opinion! also he is supposed to scan my driver license, or look at it himself and type it in the computer, instead of making me fukin speak in the public ! Some of you are pretty ok with this, but I am not. why didn't I tell him about this? because it just happened and I couldn't think of anything back then.. as a result, I got mad of course, but after leaving that place.. Anyway the way this guy asked my birthday was kind of rude too. I think he sounded aggressive as if he assumed I was fukin teenager. It still kinda rage me. I've been going to this pharmacy for years, but no more. On a Friday I received a CVS automated phone message stating that my refill (for an anti-coagulant) will be ready Monday afternoon. My wife goes to pick it up and is told that they haven't heard back from the doctor's office regarding the refill. This is not good as my last pill was consumed Monday morning. I called to see if there was anything I can do to fill the gap, but was told to call doctor's office (this was after business hours). I also asked why I received the phone message that my refill would be filled and was told that erroneous messages are sent sometimes, it's a glitch and is a corporate thing. Unbelievable! Someone could get hurt by this message. Needless to say, I'll take my business to Rite Aid or Walgreen's, both even closer to my house. read more

i really want to like this store. good inventory. some afternoon shift girls are very nice. but morning staff seems very suspicious of people coming in with discounts. ***your corporation sent us those discounts, why won't you apply them for our purchases? because it's a couple of extra clicks in your computer?*** i'd probably shop again here *in the afternoon* only if i can't in other stores because of short stock. the morning staff here makes you feel like you're a crook & give you lame reasons why they wont give you your discounts, make you look like you're trying to pull off something illegal in front of other customers.. you walk away embarrassed and just feel awful of your shopping experience, when all you want to do is just save some money. read more

I have been going to this place for many years. Have had some small problems over the years but, today really upset me. I just got released from a four day stay at Orange Coast Memorial Hospital and needed to get my meds before I went home. I should mention that I am handicapped and could not walk without crutches today. So, I went to the drive through. The drive through set up at this CVS is very poor. The way the drawer is set up make it very hard to reach contents in the drawer. Today I couldn't reach the items. I asked the girl if she could have someone bring out the prescription to me today because I am handicapped. She very coldly said " unfortunately we don't." She then watched me struggle to get half way out of the car to reach the items in the drawer. Not sure if I am going to continue going there. I am thinking about telling my story to a local watchdog group the keeps track of how handicap people are treated. read more
