Basically he said that I was wrong there was so vaccine by name and it was an insulin product. I attempted to reason with him but he was unreasonable I asked him if I could speak to someone else and he said "NO" i asked several more times and Tim refused. Fortunately, for me I had a consultation with a pharmacist Van Dinh, she was great. She said that the Moderna vaccine cane in two days ago and they were expecting Novavax as well. Nice as could be. Tim is a jerk.

On my most recent visit, I arrived at approximately 9:42 p.m. knowing the store closed at 10:00 p.m. I only needed two items and intended to be in and out quickly. As I entered, I noticed Todd standing by the partially closed entrance doors, which I understood as a reminder that the store would be closing soon. Within a minute, Charlotte made an announcement that the store would be closing in 15 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. What made the experience uncomfortable was the repeated nature of the announcements and the overall atmosphere. While I was searching for an item, Todd remained near the entrance and appeared to be watching me closely. A few minutes later, another announcement stated the store would be closing in 10 minutes. Since there were only two customers in the store, the constant reminders made me feel rushed and unwelcome. When I couldn't locate one of the items, I showed Todd a picture of the product. He told me the store did not carry it and that he had never seen it before, despite the item appearing in CVS advertising. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have visited this location looking for advertised products only to find they were unavailable or not stocked. As closing time approached, additional announcements continued. By that point, I was hurrying through the store trying to locate products that were not available and felt increasingly stressed by the repeated reminders. At checkout, I overheard Charlotte explaining to another customer that employees have difficulty leaving on time when customers enter shortly before closing. While I understand the challenges of closing a store, customers who arrive during posted business hours should not feel as though they are inconveniencing staff simply by shopping. I also want to note that customer service at this location often feels unfriendly. Todd has never greeted me with a smile during my visits and frequently appears unhappy or disengaged. There is also a manager who is often working evenings who has come across as similarly unapproachable. When I ask for assistance, I often feel as though I am interrupting or burdening employees rather than being helped. The combination of limited product availability, difficulty finding advertised items, and consistently unwelcoming customer service has left me questioning whether I will continue shopping at this location. I hope management will consider this feedback and work toward creating a more positive and customer-friendly experience.

Eentually I got my photos. Boy tries to ring me up and I inform him I paid online. He says, "no you didn't." Like what?? He scanned the photos, saw that I paid, and handed them to me. Like why would you assume I didn't? Jeeeeeeeeeeez please avoid this terrible place.

Let's analyze the CVS store:…read more Coming in with my lovely fiancé to the minute clinic we head over and check in at the kiosk. It reads it will be around a 64 minute wait. We're thirsty and we head over to the drinks. My hubby loves coconut water and head straight for the lemonade vita coco drink. To our surprise all the cartons in that flavor were two months expired. Ok no big deal, one of the workers with glasses was very kind and took care of the situation right away. Next, I was thirsty. I grab some sparkling pineapple coconut water. Guess what? Also two months expired. I grabbed the blackberry one next to it, thank God that one was good. I take up the bottles to the counter, expecting some sort of discount but I guess it wasn't a big deal since the drink was only a dollar. The employee asked me if I worked undercover. It was a very comical conversation. If anyone knows whose hiring, I'll apply ;) Minute clinic: Did not take 64 minutes, we probably only waited for twenty five. The doctor was extremely calm and patient with my tremendous phobia of needles. She let my fiancé come in with me for my TB test and had a real gentle hand, didn't even hurt that much. Even though the prices are kind of high, the employees have no control over that. So overall, prices kind of sick, but service is wonderful.

They also sell the massive tubs for $40 and the scoopers (for about the same price). If they do not have the tub in the flavor you prefer they can place an order for it (what we were informed while there). We were excited to see one still in operation and not too far from us to share in the joy of grabbing a scoop with our littles. We ordered 3 single scoops and paid about $8. Most of the flavors available seemed to contain dairy so keep that in mind if you're DF/sensitive.

Pharmacy called me randomly and said they're canceling my prescription with no explanation. I call back and the employee starts yelling at me belligerently. I then drive down there demanding they transfer my prescription since it had two refills left. They finally admit they found out they're closing so they're trying to cancel prescriptions. Place is pretty empty now with vacant shelves and very depressed employees. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions transferred before you get a call. They'll refuse to help so have the new pharmacy initiate the transfer.
