After an employee checked Medicare and learned this testing wasn't covered, she couldn't tell me how much it would cost me out of pocket without using insurance. $10? 100? 1,000? Went to the min clinic on 11/1. I uploaded my insurance on their online portal prior to my appointment and was then asked to present it again upon arrival. Insurance was ran and I paid my copay. The nurse asked if I wanted a strep and Covid test. I said not if it is going to cost me out of pocket, to which she (provider was Sherri Cuddy) told me it would cost about $20-$30. I later receive a $331bill since it was out of network. I called the billing number and when I asked, they agreed that patients are supposed to be told when the service will be out of network. It is unacceptable that the provider asked for insurance twice, failed to notify me it was out of network, and provided false information to me as a patient. read more

I had the worst customer experience at this pharmacy. I asked for help in understanding why the cost of my script had gone up, and was told "well we processed how we always do, call your insurance." After 4 hours worth of customer service time, I discovered the answer, which could have easily been discovered - the way my dr was writing the script needed to be doctor requested. A simple comparison of the current prescription vs former would have answered my question. I switched to Walgreens - thus far they have been helpful, quick, and not rude. As an aside, the pharmacy tech girl shamed me and let me know "many people do just pay the 800 out of pocket for the three months." No care about how not having medication would impact me, or the cost, or how to resolve it. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again. Do better CVS, you are in the practice of care. read more

My pharmacy of choice. Close to home and has a minute clinic where you can get vaccinations and quick doctor visits for colds and such. The pharmacy has always had or been able to get what I need. When not visiting for the clinic or pharmacy, about half of the store is medicine, vitamins, etc. related to health. The other half includes essentially a mini grocery store albeit at usually much higher prices. Chips, drinks, candy, microwave meals, etc. In a pinch, you can generally get anything here. Last but not least there's still a photo center here and you can print digital or bring in film to be mailed off. I visit here more often than I'd like, honestly speaking, considering the prices. read more

The drive through pharmacy is SO wonderful. The convenience in and of itself is worth going out of your way to go there. But the pharmacists are so lovely. I called asking if I could pick up some OTC medicine from the window, she asked me what I wanted and wrote it all down and had it at the window waiting for me to pickup immediately. Asked for one more thing while I was at the window and the gentleman was more than happy to go fetch it for me. Unexpectedly perfect service and hospitality from a corporate store; above and beyond. Workers at the pharmacy are great, some cashiers are super friendly, but I had the displeasure of meeting Romana today. She was very rude and condescending when I was having trouble at the self checkout. The coupons kept voiding and wouldn't work and I asked for her help. She did her thing and then it didn't work again and I needed more help so she was huffing and puffing and blaming me for not putting in the damn coupons even though she took them out! The cashiers are usually not this obnoxious, and I didn't want to bother her for help since she was clearly already in a bad mood. I heard her and another woman complaining loudly about other customers. I go out of my way to be nice to everyone, ESPECIALLY in the retail or service industry. You have put in self checkout machines which is a good service feature as an option for customers if there is long line. But today thete were 3 associates at front of Carmel CVS and none of. Fhem wanted to get behind the register. Two of them were glad to show me how to check out and bag my own stuff though. That is poor customer service. I don't get a discount for doing this. Went to buy a few things today. and i saw an old man walk in and ask "is there a cashier available?", the employee rudely responded "no." and clearly saw he did not know how to work the self checkout and needed assistance (and it was obvious she could've checked him out). She witnessed the man struggle and walked away as if she did not see it. before that she told another woman "u print the receipt with the print receipt button" (in a patronizing voice) and then said "taaadaaa" as a way of making this woman look dumb. I ended up doing the self checkout for this man because she decided she was too busy standing in a corner to walk 3 feet to help him. It took me all of 60 seconds to help him which she could've done considering it's her job and HUMANE. this woman had red hair with a short haircut, and was working around 3pm ish. definitely won't be coming back to this location again. read more

This CVS is pretty awesome. I have consistently gotten great service here, the staffs are very attentive and nice. There has been problems with other CVS where the front desk person has a hard time scanning CVS released coupons, and I literally had to go to a different CVS. My coupons have always worked fine at this location. I am greeted immediately as I come in. When the register is not busy, the person manning the register will vacuum or organize the items up front, whenever someone comes in though the staff will always stop whatever he or she is doing and ask if the customer needed any help. I never have to wait at the register for someone to come check me out, which happens quite often at most pharmacies. This location does not have a pharmacy, however it has pretty much everything you will need at a CVS. It is not the biggest, but it will get your basics covered. read more

I have been going to this location for over two years out of convenience. It is literally right around the corner from my house. I will not be going out of my way to drive to the Walgreens on colony. This cvs is closest to my house. I avoid it at all costs. They are so unhelpful and uncaring I downloaded this app specifically to review them. I am about positive feedback because all you ever hear are complaints about businesses. Nobody talks about the good so i try to. I only deal with them when I've been forced to go here in emergencies. Every single time I go I am just astonished at their apathy in general. I tell myself that one bad experience doesn't define a business. One bad employee. Every time. Every employee I have dealt with just doesn't give a f***. I work in food service and deal with the public all day. I understand customer service. I also understand how not to be a bad customer. These people floor me with their ineptitude. They told me a ridiculous price for a script that my insurance didn't cover so I figured I just had to do without. At my other cvs that I drive 30 min to go to, they were talking to me about whatever and it came up and they did what they are paid to do and got it for me for a reasonable price. They tried. They even know my name at that CVS. That's extra. At this cvs they clock in and out and do the bare minimum to keep their job. Edit- 11/24/15. I had left my insurance card at the pharmacy and was forced to go get it. Pharmacy staff was the same but I grabbed a couple things that were 75% off and checked out in the front. The girl was ringing another woman in and took forever trying to help the woman and get her stuff right. She was thorough, patient and pleasant. When it was my turn she apologized for my wait. I told her I appreciate her great customer service and the wait was no issue. She rang my stuff in and one of my products had been mislabeled. She went with me to where it was on the shelf and even though they had put the sticker in the wrong place she honored the sale price. I didn't get her name but she was just awesome. Still one star because the 50 other times I've been there were bad but she was a rock star today. read more
