This place is not good. Be ready to wait for a long time to both drop off the prescription and then another long time to pick it up. Dropped off my prescription at 5:30 PM and was told it would take one and a half hours for pain medicine. Then I was told I would get a text when it was ready. Text never came. Showed up at 10:00pm and there was a lot of people waiting for their prescription. Granted that was beyond their control, however what was in their control was that they only had ONE person helping both the drive through and the people waiting in line inside the store. That's just crazy. They should at least have one dedicated person for each. When I asked to speak with a manager they said she wasn't there. When I asked why there always only one person they said "that's all they give us." If that's true, then wow, avoid this place at all costs if you can. On top of that there's no sense of urgency from the people there, it's just like they don't care at all and are immune to the way people feel, probably because they get blasted by complaints all day long. read more

This place has just about everything you need. Kind of hate how things have gotten more expensive when they switched this place from Savons. They do have the Extra Care rewards, but it feels like a way for them to make you think you're getting a discount when you're really not. Oh well. read more

They mess up a lot and cost you time. They don't communicate well so one person says one thing and someone else says another thing. Because of their mistakes you have your time wasted. Very long wait too. Feels like you are walking on eggshells with the kind of customer service they give. Sometimes they don't tell you how long the wait will be, or are off by a lot so you end up wasting hours of your time because they fail to notify you when prescriptions are ready or that it's not in stock, etc. read more

I literally go shopping at this cvs every chance I get I am there all time since it's at the corner. I know who all managers are I was very disappointed today when I went in to buy toilet paper all I took was money for my toilet paper and walking by the Halloween candy I see some peelies (coupons stickers) my mom grabs 4 Peelies since I would be back later topurchase since I didn't take my wallet with me. The employee putting up the prices came up to my mom and said no you can't take those and took them from her and went to the manager who was talking to another supervisor that didn't help the situation either. I asked the MANAGER. If I can please have the peelies that I would be back to purchase the candy and the manager said no you need to take them right now. Across the room she yelled (I was embarrassed)I know that they are just coupons but the reason peelies are put out is so customers can use and try products. The manager should not have been so worried about the peelies specially for someone who shops there everyday because I have seen the same manager let coupons slide. I don't know if it was because I had just got out of bed and wasn't ready. But the way the manager and employee gained up on me and my mom over coupons when we spend hundreds there all the time was not fair. I don't know what cvs I will have to drive to now since the one at the corner scares me now that I was embarrassed over some peelies. I felt so gross I wanted to leave the stuff I was gonna purchase but my mom said just let it go. Can't even call the store and tell the manager because she is the one who blew me off. Sucks. The cashier and manager both carried a sense of entitlement with 0 customer service. No matter what the issue is staff, you need to always remember that customer service is always key, when there is great customer service, it's a little easier as a customer to accept a "No" answer, but when the arrogance and ego of having " a manager title" is present, well then that just makes you look like a big a**hole. read more

They have consistently lost both prescriptions and insurance authorizations. I originally ordered one of my Rx two weeks ago. They said they had to contact the doctor to authorize. This went on over two weekends and several days. Calls to my Doctor office says they have faxed them several times. This happened last time I tried to renew this Rx. Finally Monday morning they call and say it will be ready after 5pm. Nope, Tuesday I call and not ready yet, They will order and it will be here tomorrow after 5. Nope. Called tonight and was told the same, They will have to order and it will be here tomorrow after 5pm. When I told them it was the 3rd day in a row i was told that they said they would check other pharmacies and will call me back. That was 3 hours ago. Time to find a Pharmacy that has customer service. read more

"Customer Service" is non-existent at this place. NO ONE answers the phones, and when they finally decide they think can muster up the strength to pick the phone up, it's only to ask to "please hold" and WHAM! your back on hold for another indefinite amount of time. Feeling like I'm not the lone ranger after reading some of the other reviews about this place. Went there last night at 2:30 in the morning because my wife's blood pressure machine had just broken and she was freaking out because she thought her blood pressure was real high. Couldn't find the blood pressure machine so I asked the pharmacist. He said they had moved stuff around because they were remodeling but he pointed to the right where he thought it was. I went over there and they were not there. I turned to ask him if he knew where else they might be and the wall was coming down (it was his lunch break). Tried to ask as the wall was coming down, maybe didn't hear. As I was looking I saw another employee, who turned out to be the manager or at least she acted like it. I was a little grumpy when I said the pharmacist had gone on break after I told him I couldn't find the machine. She said he has to go on break at the correct time and if my wife was so worried I should just take her to the er. As she was saying this I noticed the machine was on the stand right in front of me. I don't know if I was grumpy before but at this point I was definitely all smiles. She continued to be rude. At the counter to buy the machine I started to ask the clerk if she knew if this was the right machine. The lady I had been talking to was there and cut in and said she wouldn't know and if it didn't work I could always bring it back. She said something in spanish to the clerk who then drew back from me with a cautious look. On the way out the guy at the front who had been originally helpful pointing me to the pharmacist was also apprehensively looking at me as the lady said something to him in spanish. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a pharmacy. I tried to fill a prescription recently given to me by my doctor, and they refused to fill it after making me come back twice to their drive-thru window. Unfortunately my doctor gave me two prescriptions, and he wrote both of them on the same form. I only wanted to get one of the medicines because I could not afford the other one. However, the manager at CVS insisted that she could not fill out just one prescription; she claimed that she had to fill out both or none. She claimed that it was company policy. I checked with my doctor, and he informed me that their policy was flawed. He saw no reason why they refused to fill out just one of the prescriptions. In addition to refusing to fill the prescription, the manager and the other staff members were quite rude. They literally have the bedside manner of a serial killer. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs; there are much better alternatives available. read more
