*I would like to note that I have been coming to CUT for many years now and this is my (semi) ultimate review of CUT and the dishes I have tried so far. TOMAHAWK 10/10: Here I am referencing the old tomahawk they had up until last year. This was one of my favorite cuts of steak and was decently priced for the location and for how many people it fed which was me and three others. I found that this tomahawk had a pleasant bite to it, was not overly fatty, and was seasoned quite well. WAGYU TOMAHAWK 8.5/10: This is the current tomahawk that they have on the menu which is at a similar price point to the tomahawk they had before. This one I am rating a bit lower than the other one as I have noticed that the cuts have more fat on them. While I do acknowledge that some people may like a bit of fat on their cuts, it's not a preference of mine. Great flavor! ARTISAN BREAD BOARD 9.5/10: I give the bread board this rating largely because of the pretzel bread. I dream about this bread, I ask my father if we can order some to go (he says no), and it is the first thing I gobble up when I get to CUT. It is utterly divine with the butter too. Aside from that, the other bread is good. However, I am not the biggest fan of the Parmesan crisp as it falls short (in my mind) compared to the other breads. CRACKLIN' ROSIE 10/10: This is one of the mocktails on their menu. I have been ordering this every time I go and it never disappoints. I did notice though that they have recently changed their ice shape for this drink and I find that the pebble ice tends to melt faster than the bigger ice so it dilutes quicker. That's just something I've noticed but the flavor of the rose is so subtle and complimentary to the other flavors it's delicious. SLIDERS 10/10: Delicious sliders!! Sooo juicy and flavorful. Only thing I would suggest to the kitchen is that they be careful when salting the caramelized onion. Let me mention that it was because of these sliders that I now like caramelized onions in my burgers. Before I hated onion cooked in any ways. DESSERTS-- BASQUE CHEESECAKE 9.5/10: Really great cheesecake, has a well rounded flavor, perfect sweetness, and the cream is delicious. SOUFFLÉ 10/10: Such a rich soufflé that comes with a side of cream and a compote of sorts. The richness with the tartness of the compote does wonders on my palate. I suggest ordering this 20/30 before you plan on having dessert as it does take time to make! PASSION FRUIT BAKED ALASKA?? 100/10: So, if anyone from CUT reads this... I beg... Please please please bring back the baked Alaska dessert you had on your dessert menu a few years ago. I still think of it to this day and I recall it having a coconut panna cotta inside. *Overall, I would like to say that CUT has always had a wonderful selection of desserts. I also want to be transparent when saying that I do wish they offered more variety in their use of different ingredients. I would love to see CUT utilize seasonal ingredients and perhaps explore a bit more with texture (like they did with that baked Alaska one time...) AMBIANCE 10/10: They never lack on cleanliness. CUT is always clean, the lighting is slightly dim and intimate, and it is the perfect setting for any special event or special date. SERVICE 10/10: Shout out to Jill who has always made our visits to CUT more than memorable. We appreciate everyone who has been accommodating and oh so sweet. My Son asked for a Steak and the closest place we were at was the CUT restaurant in BEVERLY HILLS. I immediately made a reservation. CUT restaurant is inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, they are located in the First Floor, and there are 2 ways to get in, either from the the front of the Hotel or the back part of the Hotel. If you enter from the back entrance, that is where the VALET is and the restaurant is on the left side the moment you enter. And if you enter from the front entrance of the Hotel you get to walk through this beautiful Lobby to the Hotel and just kept walking straight and you will see the CUT restaurant to your right. Upon arriving we got seated right away and they have so much staff around. Our server came and handed us the menu and asked us if it was okay to bring us their Board selection of Cut meats that we could choose from. So here are what we ordered. *BONE IN RIBEYE *WHOLE DRY - AGED CALIFORNIA DUCK *GRILLED AUSTRALIAN LAMB CHOPS *LALO PINA TEQUILA *ARTISANAL HOUSEMADE BREAD BOARD *CAVATAPPI - (Mac & Cheese) *BROCCOLINI My LALO PINA TEQUILA was delicious, the pineapple is spot on. * BAKE ALASKA for dessert We started with the ARTIZINAL HOUSE BREAD BOARD , they were warm and Fresh, I love the crispness of the Parmesan crisp Before they Cooked my WHOLE DRY - AGE CALIFORNIA DUCK they had one of the Kitchen staff come and actually showed me a WHOLE DUCK in a PAN with all the Herbs and seasoning ready to be cook, I wish I took a photo of it 'coz it was so Beautiful seeing a whole Duck rather than one that was already cut. All of our Main Dishes came at the same time, my Husband's GRILLED AUSTRALIAN LAMB CHOP was so tender, juicy, and so tasty. My Son's BONE -IN RIBEYE was nicely cooked medium rare. My WHOLE DRY - AGED CALIFORNIA DUCK, omg it was amazing! As in so Delicious! There's so many flavors on the meat on this one, I recommend getting this if you still see this on their Menu when you visit. For our side I ordered BROCCOLINI & their MAC & CHEESE for our meats. Both went perfectly with our meats. We ended up with a delicious BAKE ALASKA for dessert. I requested for the to not put any Liquor 'coz of my son, it's supposed to have a Flame on it, but since I ordered no Liquor it was presented with no flame, but we still enjoyed this dessert, it was good and not overly sweet. We enjoyed our dining here , we have been dining at Wolfgang Puck's restaurants and it's always a great experience with delicious food, and I always notice that the service from the Wolfgang Puck staff are outstanding. The bathroom is not inside the restaurant, but within the same floor there's a bathroom. At first I didn't like the Idea of walking all the way towards the Hotel's bathroom, but walking a little bit from the restaurant to the Hotel bathroom got me interested 'coz I saw a lot of interesting Designer displays that were probably also for sale. I was excited to finally try one of Wolfgang Puck's restaurants, and got the chance to come to Cut for a private event on a weeknight. However, I left extremely disappointed (and still hungry!!) The butter lettuce salad was incredibly mid. It was way too heavy on the blue cheese and drenched in dressing. My friend also found a bug on her butter lettuce salad (see attached picture), so gross!! For my entree, I ordered the loup de mer which was well-cooked and had a good flavor. I've never seen a restaurant take so long to serve food. I understand we had a larger party, but this was laughably late. Our event had already concluded, and we STILL hadn't received our entrees. It ended up taking an hour and 50 minutes before our entrees arrived. There was also no apology at any point for the delay. I 100% do NOT recommend Cut. Save your money and your time and go to Ocean Prime or Steak 48 instead. This place is not it. read more

We came to Cut with a bunch of friends on the last week of Dine LA at $95 per person for 3 curse meal. We made reservations for a party of 8 for 5:30pm amd was seated right away once we all arrived. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and vide. Our server and service was fantastic and professional and very accommodating. As for the food we all did the Dine LA with a few starter add on. For the add on we ordered for the table. Ahi Tuna Tartare- This was finely chop with pickles shallot confit egg yolk. The tuna was fresh and the consistency was more like a chutoro, very fatty. 4/5 stars Bone Marrow Flan- This was fantastic and was served with toasted bread. 5/5 stars Prime Steak Tartare- Also fantastic. The chop up steak was very tender and fatty. The meat just melts and clean taste. The flavor was delicious. 5/5 stars. Dine LA: For the starter I ordered the jumbo lump crab cake. The crab it's self was full of crab delicious meat but it wasn't jumbo. 3/5 stars Main: I upgraded my NY Strip to Filet Mignon (+15) I ordered it rare but I was served medium rare which was ok. The Filet it's self wasn't the best flavor wise. 3/5 stars. Dessert: Got the banana cream pie. It was good and light. 3.5/5 stars. Not to mention Cut Smoke Old Fashioned was fantastic but the only problem was tiny pour. 3/5 stars. Overall, i thought Cut was just ok and very pricey for the amount of food you get. This is a missed Dine LA, Sommelier review. Tried to sneak in with Open Table reservations w/o prepaying. Not Gunna Happen. Dine LA menu (offered infrequently) not available. Who cares, it's just money right. That we Don't have but... life is short so DO IT. We did Dine LA a couple years back and it was money. This visit was equally exquisite. The food is next level, but as mentioned this is their wine guy review. Beau B was an absolute standout. We brought in a bottle of wine cuz we roll like that. Corkage $75 no problem, we aint dropping $4k on the Napa hype. He decanted our 11y/0 cab, toasted with us twice and made our evening memorable and Social. The food was great. Do the DUCK! Excellent steakhouse! The jumbo lump crab cake and balfegó bluefin tuna tartare were the favorite appetizers. Especially loved the crispy rice cracker dusted with seaweed powder that came with the tuna tartare. For sides must get the cavatappi pasta "mac & cheese" - gooey deliciousness. Our party enjoyed varieties of the filet mignon which was fun because a lot of other steakhouse have just one type. The banana cream pie was the perfect way to top off the meal! It wasn't overly sweet and the puff pastry was so light. The banana sorbet was a unique addition. All of the winter cocktails sounded so fun but they turned out to be average. Hard to believe this was my first time dining in the restaurant. I've frequented the bar which is nice- you can also order from the menu and it has a lounge vibe. Everything we ordered was on point! They really char your meat so I'd suggest getting it more rare than usual. For starters we had steak tartare, endive salad, bone marrow and crab cake. You must get the bread board- it was the star of the show. The sides were equally amazing- we had creamed spinach, Mac and cheese and cauliflower. An all time favorite was the banana cream pie for dessert, but they changed it up and it's not the same. It was definitely a memorable evening. Service was exceptional. I've dined at CUT before and always considered it a special-occasion restaurant, which is why this last visit was so disappointing -- particularly the service experience. We were there celebrating a birthday, so the situation unfortunately put a real damper on what was supposed to be a special evening. Throughout dinner we relied heavily on our waiter's recommendations. We ordered several cocktails, including a Two Spice Old Fashioned, and later -- at his suggestion -- added four "house special" Old Fashioneds for the table. At no point were ingredients, uniqueness, or especially price mentioned. Dinner itself included the Wagyu Tomahawk, True A5 New York, truffle fries, and mac and cheese. The food was good overall, though honestly the Tomahawk was just okay -- not quite what I expected for a restaurant of this caliber. The real issue came with the bill. We were blindsided to see the "house special" Old Fashioneds priced at $90 each. Having a server recommend a drink at that price without any heads-up felt uncomfortable and, frankly, a bit like a shady upsell rather than the polished hospitality I expect from a high-end steakhouse. This wasn't our first visit to CUT, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Food - I came for Dine LA, which came with an app, main with two sides, and dessert for $135. With our larger party size, we got all 3 sides offered in double portions, enough for everyone to have everything. I had the NY strip and it was cooked really well. The sides were okay and disappointing at the price point. I liked the fries more than the potato puree. The creamed spinach would have been better without the fried egg with undercooked egg whites. The butter lettuce salad is a good starter (note: it's really heavy on the bleu cheese). The basque cheesecake was great. Service - It's fine dining, but just a notch down from top tier service. There were some hiccups throughout the night. The biggest one being the server getting a dish wrong and then blaming one of the people in our party, while offering to bring the correct dish - instead of just owning he made a mistake. Overall though it's mostly good and what you'd expect and most of our interactions with staff were pleasant. But the kitchen was slow to send out dishes. We had some longer than expected wait time between each course. Space - The space in the evening is dimly lit, with lots of candles. Good for a date night. Wolfgang Puck was also making his rounds greeting guests, which is always fun. The dining room is really large. The only thing I disliked was because this is located in a hotel, the bathroom is the hotel lobby bathroom, and it's a little trek from the restaurant. She was truly so friendly and extremely passionate about the menu, and working there. She was so charismatic, funny and beyond gracious. Not Impressed Any More. Hadn't been to Cut in the last 5 years. Won't be returning, and here is why: Sadly, our waiter, (I think he pronounced his name as Calm), was repeatedly forgetful with items we had requested from the time we sat down until we had dessert. He also had a bit of an attitude, like he couldn't be bothered. Maybe he was having a bad night. However, mediocre service shouldn't be acceptable here. Cut service USED to be excellent. Food was good but not extraordinary. Chef kindly sent out an amuse bouche of gougeres. Bread basket was okay, but no butter was offered. Tomato starter was a generous portion but the flavor was non-existent. Steak Tartare was far superior in quality, presentation and taste at AB steak at The Beverly Center, as well as being a more generous portion. Banana cream pie was overly sweet etc., etc. The value wasn't even remotely there with a $400 dollar price tag for the two if us before adding a standard 20% tip on top of that -- and without having had any expensive wine or more than one cocktail apiece. Made reservations here while shopping around Rodeo drive and so glad I did! It was a solid steak choice and if you are into people watching, or maybe I shouldn't say this and scare them away, but on a Saturday night, saw a couple of celebrities dining in so the ambiance is very upscale and classy. The steak was delicious and the service was outstanding and amongst the top 3-5 experiences ever in my life as far as service goes! Each person was amazing, friendly, caring and a joy to be around. The steak was delish and overall good flavor. The only disappointment was the dessert. I had the baked Alaska carrot cake, but it was not for me. El Jimador Blanco, Cucumber, Basil, Lime Juice Bone Marrow Flan - A delicious starter, mushroom marmalade | red wine bordelaise | Sicilian Capers | fines herbs Filet Mignon - A Fantastic cut of meat. Creekstone | Kansas. Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon - Also an excellent cut. I'm glad I tried it, but the price difference from the Kansas cut might be questionable to some. (About $45) Stone Axe | Australia Wagyu Tallow French Fries - Excellent. Next time I will try something else. house seasoning | parsley Creamed Spinach - The Fried egg drizzled throughout was amazing fried organic egg Banana Cream Pie - A CUT signature desert for a reason. Delicious Madagascar vanilla bean crème brûlée | banana jam | caramelized puff pastry | banana sorbet From the meat presentation, to the desert, everything was on point. At this price point, everything needs to excellent and it was not even close to that in terms of service or food. I do not eat meat so I was left with fish options. I ordered tuna tartare, which was tasty but had the texture of cat food. I then ordered loup de mer which was swimming in sauce. Our dining companions ordered onion rings off the menu, which came cold. French fries were loaded with salt and uneatable. Only thing I liked was the creamed spinach. Service was inattentive. It took about 30 minutes to get drinks. My wife wanted to think about what to drink and was never asked if again if she wanted something to drink. Rating is based on the food. Everything else was fantastic -- really, really beautiful interior & amazing staff. Everyone is so charismatic, knowledgable, & well-mannered. Valet is $15 with validation. Came here because my friend LOVES the CUT in Singapore and constantly raves about it. He still thinks the Singapore one is better, but says this location is relatively comparable. The appetizers, desserts, & side dishes we got were good, although they did forget a few things we had ordered (it's ok though, it happens): Black Truffle Endive Salad 5/5-- a MUST try, we were all in-shock after our first bite. I would say this dish really made our night. The texture of the endive is consistently crisp, the flavors were sharp & complex, but not overbearing. Truly the perfect balance between zest & creaminess, & the perfect amount of spice. Truffle notes really shine through! Wagyu Fries 2/5 -- texture is great (crunchy & perfectly sized), but flavor not so much; very bland. Honestly tasted like those fries you get from the freezer section at the grocery store, I was questioning whether they were from there or not. The sauces (ketchup & some kind of aioli) were great though. Roasted Honeynut Squash 3.5/5 -- Very flavorful, I would say it tastes like Christmas in a bite. I really loved the addition of pomegranates. That said, they sort of drown the squash in dressing/sauce that it's a bit overbearing after a few bites. Prime Steak Tartare 4/5 -- Delicious! I've never had steak tartare before, and was shocked to find out the one here tasted like tuna! Would be better with a bit more of an acidic sauce (a few bites were relatively dry or too creamy). I do wish they gave us something to eat it with though, like lettuce. Yukon Potato Puree 3/5 -- Really it just tastes like finely mashed potatoes with truffle shavings on top. I've definitely had better mashed potatoes, even just homemade. Wish it had more notes of truffle, was cheesier or more garlic-y, or had more flavor and/or toppings in general. Bread/Pretzel Trio from the Hearth (with red pepper walnut dil) 3.5/5 -- Tasty, but wish the bread was more fresh/hot & if some could be sweet. All of it was quite salty and so was the dip it came with. I think incorporating a good, soft milk break would be nice. Banana Cream Pie 5/5 -- AMAZING! Does not taste like your average banana cream pie; banana is extremely fresh & almost tropical tasting? Very refreshing, despite being a pastry/cream based dessert. Loved the banana flavored whipped cream/ice cream it comes with & the pie crust was perfect. I'm not usually a fan of traditional pies, so this was perfect for me -- more like a banana cream puff pastry. Dark Chocolate Fondant Cake 2.5/5 -- We were honestly not expecting the dessert to look the way it did (came as a meringue shaped scoop of ice cream with chocolate & passion fruit on the side?) There were heavy notes of rum on a few bites, which was not pleasant at all. Apart from this, the ice cream was light & paired well with the passionfruit but not so much the dark chocolate, such that it was a bit too bland to compliment how bitter the chocolate was. On the other hand, the entrees we got (Dry Aged Duck Breast & A5 Kobe Beef) were just ok, which was a bit of a disappointment. I think both were a bit too fatty for us, so all of our stomaches were just not having it with either. We probably only ate a slice of each, despite ordering 8oz of the Kobe. My friend says the Kobe he had at the CUT in Singapore is top-notch though and was the best he's ever had (twice). Will have to try it there next time. Overall great dining experience and would come back again solely for the Truffle Endive Salad & the beautiful interior. read more

To have a near-death experience for. As opposed to, "to die for". This is certainly one of the finest and delicious restaurants in LA. The Martinis are so refreshing, delicious, want 32 of them after the first three, type of classic, yet dirty nastay filthy Martinis one might ever have the pleasure of drinking. My Wife ordered an Espresso Martini which she has spoken of at random like 28 times jk, but she loved it. We both ordered Filet Mignon, medium well; and, MAN, it was better than we thought and we thought highly of it already. Service was outstanding. Everyone employed at CUT is a G-damn delight. Had dinner at CUT to welcome our guests from Nigeria, who were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and exceptional food. We also had the incredible honor of meeting both the legendary Chef Wolfgang Puck and his son, Chef Byron Puck. They graciously took the time to chat with us and autographed a magazine featuring them both, as well as an old photograph we brought from a dinner at Spago years ago. Witnessing the passing of the torch between the old guard and the new was truly inspiring. Chef Wolfgang Puck is a pioneer and icon in the culinary world, and it's clear that Chef Byron is carrying on the legacy with passion and talent. Wishing both chefs continued success and many more years of delighting diners around the world. Such a full-circle moment--amazing food, warm hospitality, and memories that will last a lifetime! This experience at CUT Beverly Hills this past Saturday, December 20th, was deeply disappointing and harmful. While the food itself could have warranted a 5 star review, the overall experience was completely undermined by the conduct of our server. From the outset, the Australian server assigned to our table was rude, hostile, and directed repeated microaggressions at me specifically. When she asked about food allergies or dietary restrictions, I stated that I am pescatarian. She immediately responded, dismissively, "That's a preference." This was both incorrect and inappropriate. Pescatarianism is a restricted diet, and her response was unnecessary, condescending, ignorant, and unprofessional. The behavior continued when ordering drinks. I ordered the Fragrant Pear, the same cocktail my dining companion had just ordered. The server returned to the table solely to "correct" me on the name of the drink--despite the exact wording appearing on the menu in parentheses. This interaction felt targeted, hostile, and demeaning. At that point, I excused myself to request a manager. I will not subject myself to misogynoir. Which is defined as the specific prejudice and contempt directed toward Black women. The pattern of behavior from this server made that bias unmistakable. The presence of an employee engaging in racially biased and discriminatory conduct is a serious liability, and it fundamentally compromises the integrity of what is supposed to be a Michelin-level dining experience. What was intended to be a celebration with chosen family was instead overshadowed by an incident that should never occur in a restaurant of this caliber. Street parking in the area is almost impossible, luckily they have a valet ($20 cash only). The service was really good from the hostess, to the wait staff, everybody took amazing care of us. I started with an espresso martini. This was by far the best one I have ever had. We shared a few dishes: beet salad, endives, truffle fries, mac n cheese, wagyu porterhouse and a few desserts. Everything was incredible. Their wagyu porterhouse is sourced from Snake River farms. It was cooked to perfection with a nice charred crust on the outside while kept pink on the inside - well seasoned and very juicy. Beautiful restaurant where the music isn't blasting, but ultimately not worth it. Came for my birthday dinner this past Saturday, and was treated to excellent and attentive service, but really wished for a more impressive meal. My steakhouse go-to is a wedge salad, so I was a bit disappointed that Cut doesn't offer one. Instead, we started with the Burrata which was touted as imported from Italy...but, ultimately was just Burrata; no different from other restaurants. The filet had a nice crust, and was cooked as ordered, but to be honest, I didn't get that 'enjoyment' of chewing meat like I get at Mastro's or Capital Grille. Ordered the mushroom side dish which tasted more of the Asian inspired seasoning than of the actual mushrooms. The bone marrow flan was the highlight of the meal...too bad it was gone in seconds! Baked Alaska was a nice throwback dessert option with a table side 'flame show' but after two bites, I wasn't interested in finishing it. So, a bit disappointed overall. Neither of us raved about any part of the meal as we left the restaurant, which is a shame considering the notoriety and the price. There are too many great steakhouses in L.A. to make a return visit to Cut foreseeable. read more

I absolutely love Wolfgang Puck's CUT steakhouse. Regarding appetizers and some snacks, we ordered: Bone Marrow Flan with mushroom ragout and the classic red wine bordelaise sauce (the bone marrow melts in your mouth) Chilled New Caledonia Prawns (also known as French blue shrimp), presented very elegantly with their house-made spicy sauce, cocktail sauce, and hollandaise; not too impressive, but decent Wild Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Tartare with oil-sealed egg yolk, the aroma of shiso leaves, and their house-made jalapeño-soy broth, which I found quite unique; even my friend who doesn't like the taste of raw fish enjoyed it because the seasoning and spices completely neutralize the strange taste of raw fish. Before ordering steaks, the server will bring out the restaurant's special raw steaks to introduce them to you (different origins, cuts, and aging methods are explained clearly). In the end, we chose the Wagyu Porterhouse (32 oz), which was more than enough for two people. The special thing about the T-bone steak is that it has both New York strip and filet mignon, so you get to enjoy two cuts at once, making it quite satisfying. We ordered it medium rare. As for sauces, they highly recommend the Armagnac Green Peppercorn sauce, which indeed tastes great, but my favorite is still the Bordeaux sauce. For sides, we chose the Himalayan Morel Mushroom and the lobster mac and cheese that the server enthusiastically recommended. Advice: If you go with two people, it's better to order just one side; it can be too filling, and you might get too stuffed. The lobster mac and cheese was a bit too rich; once the lobster was gone, we barely touched the mac and cheese. Average cost per person: Approximately $200-300 Parking: Valet (they can validate it when you leave) Our server was amazing, he was so kind. All i can say is HOLY COW!! The quality of the food and service is AMAZING! Its another Wolfgang Puck restaurant here in Beverly Hills and dare I say it, may be better than Spago! Don't get me wrong, I love Spago and think the food there is excellent but CUT is just a bit better. I ordered the Caviar appetizer, Jindori Chicken with a side of their mashed potatoes. The caviar was fine except the accoutrement that is served with it was not enough. But the shining star of the meal was the chicken & mashed potatoes! HOLY COW!! The chicken was the most tender chicken i have ever tasted! It was even more tender than Spago's! And their Jindori chicken was very tender as well. The mashed potatoes were like AIR! I don't think I've ever tasted mashed potatoes so light and flavorful in my life! Absolutely incredible! I tasted some of my family's dishes as well like the Australian Filet Wagu and it was so tender! I really cant say enough about how incredible the food quality is here. As with any LA place, it might be a little hard to find + you have to find a parking garage or street parking. Keep in mind CUT was located in a hotel! To save yourself from a wait, I also recommend making a reservation on Open Table. I came here for Saturday dinner and the restaurant looked very full. As soon as we arrived for our reservation, we were seated and greeted by our server right away. We came for one dish, the tomahawk steak and I did not regret it. It is a 50 oz steak so it is definitely shareable. It came with some mustards, pepper, and salt on the side as an option for those who wanted to add it, but my boyfriend and I opted to spend a little extra for chimichurri. Along with the steak, we got three appetizers - pugliese burrata cheese, uni toast, and mac and cheese. Out of the three, I would say splurge on the uni toast, it was well worth it. The burrata cheese was refreshing but I would say skip out on the mac and cheese (it was honestly a bit bland). Celebrated my fiancé birthday by coming here, ordered a 12 oz A5 Kobe steak. Which is 1000 dollars after tax. Steak was amazing. We also had a regular bone in rib eye which was mediocre. BUTTTT after spending 1400 on the check I was so disappointed that my fiance birthday dessert wasn't on the house and they knew it was her birthday.
