Believe me, this is for everyone who purchases from Custom Offsets! Anything you purchase, you only have 30 days to return for any flaws, damage, part failures,... anything. They are responsive to your mails but ask question after question (one mail at a time) and your 30 days are up. No matter what you return for tire or wheel failure, you pay the shipping! Cost me $76.00 to send a wheel back that was faulty and rode on my spare for 2 weeks. "Nice Warrantee!" Great website but no support so find what you want and go to your local tire shop like America's Tire as they will meet or beat price and same day support, cost you nothing and they will install everything for you.

2nd damaged front wheel that was shipped as well

I purchased a rim and tire package from company including wheel locks and ceramic coating on 1/26/2023 in the total amount of $2,072.31. Expected delivery was 2/13/2023, actually delivery wasn't until 5/22/2023. I ordered the wheels early on as other business started that they didn't have these wheels in stock and because I previously ordered wheels for another personal vehicle of mine from custom offsets as well as referred friends and coworkers I used them again to purchase rims for me classic truck. My classic truck was put in the bodyshop to have a full body and paint restoration which took longer than expected. I received my wheels and left them in the original package in my basement as to not have them get dirty or damaged as to perserve them until my project was completed and ready to install my wheels. Upon opening in October of 2024 to have the paint color matched up to do airbrushing on my truck to match the wheels I noticed that the lip of that particular wheel was damaged from when the tire was mounted onto the rim. I contacted the company via email which they responded to send pics and check the other wheels as to come up with a resolution, upon opening the other wheels another wheel was damaged as well as 2 wheel weights had fallen off the other front wheel as well. This company says they have a quality control inspection, orders sent out in perfect condition, but 2 of my wheels were noticeable damaged, packaged and sent out anyway. But due to their policy they will not honor a resolution other than me trying to resell them on marketplace which would then be less value for brand new wheels that had not even been installed on my vehicle and I'd still be losing out. I spent $257.50 to have a mobile company repair the wheels and I want to be reimbursed that amount along with the $20 to have the other wheel that 2 wheel weights fell off in the packaging rebalanced as well. If they preform a so called quality inspection before shipping orders that is supposed to be sent in perfect condition my wheels should have never been packaged and sent out in this condition after spending $2,072.31 and waiting 5 months to receive me order. After spending this amount of money you would think a company would take pride in protecting your order and makikg sure that it is in perfect condition before shipping and not try to use their policy as an excuse to not be be held accountable for their mistake. I should not have to spend more money to have my order repaired after spending that amount of money for something I had already paid to have done.

It's the right box but wrong rim, we learned how to play match in pre school.

On 5/27, I ordered an NRG quick release. After about a week and a half with no updates, I called and was told it was in the process of being shipped. Around the same time, I placed a second order for a wheel and tire package totaling over $1,200. I ordered over the phone with a sales representative named Kyle. I specifically asked about wheel availability, and Kyle assured me they were in stock and could ship that same week. The wheels arrived in two separate shipments, but the NRG quick release never showed up. When I opened the wheel boxes, I immediately noticed a large lip--nearly half an inch--where the spokes meet the barrel. None of the photos on the website clearly showed this feature. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the photos contain a disclaimer and that the issue was essentially my responsibility. I wanted to exchange the wheels for a different set, assuming it would be a straightforward return since the product looked significantly different than expected. However, after speaking with Zeke, one of the managers, I was informed that I would still be responsible for a restocking fee. Over the course of several days and multiple phone calls, I received conflicting information from different employees. One employee even stated that he routinely warns customers about this issue because it happens frequently. I was also unable to get a clear answer regarding the status of the NRG quick release, so I contacted NRG directly. They immediately informed me that the part was on backorder and that Fitment Industries would need to cancel the order. This was information that should have been communicated to me from the beginning. As it stands, I'm still expected to absorb the cost associated with returning the wheels, despite the product not matching my expectations based on the website images. Between the lack of communication, conflicting information, and poor handling of both orders, I will not be purchasing from Fitment Industries or any affiliated companies again

I had a 5+ hour drive home that same day and specifically requested that the wheels be balanced and the one bad tire be replaced. Initially, they declined to do what I requested. After speaking with my dad over the phone, they agreed to replace a tire. However, once I got home and we removed all four wheels, we discovered that the tire they replaced was not the tire that actually had the issue. They had also added a significant amount of wheel weights to the problematic wheel without explaining this to me. All four of my Michelin tires had been balanced within the past year and previously only had a small amount of weight on each wheel, so seeing that many weights added to a single wheel was concerning and appeared to indicate an issue with that tire. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. The staff appeared to focus on some existing cosmetic damage to one of the rims and suggested that may have been the cause of the vibration. They also informed me that the problem would not be fully resolved, which left me wondering why the actual source of the vibration was not addressed. The steering wheel shake disappeared for roughly 350 miles after I left, then returned. I understand they were likely trying to help me get home safely, but I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that the root cause of the problem was never properly addressed. For an emergency situation where I was relying on their expertise, the communication and diagnosis were disappointing. I do want to add that the staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to help. Given that I was dealing with an unexpected issue while traveling, I appreciated that they got my vehicle into the shop right away and worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. My disappointment is not with how I was treated personally, but with the communication and the fact that the underlying issue was not properly identified or resolved.
