If I can give 0 stars I would, the worst service center. If you get Justin McElroy do not believe anything he says, he lied to me twice and did not even sent me home with a rental. The first time I dealt with him he left me waiting for 5 hours without telling me anything, and then didn't offer me a rental but told me to leave my car overnight. I refused than I went back and Chad took care of me but then brought me back to Justin and I told him I would leave my car overnight if it Can be ready the next morning, only offered me a Lyft/Uber. The next day when I contacted Justin, he picked up my first call and then seem to avoid every call after he told me he would give me an update in an hr I called every hour until 6pm and they kept telling me he's busy. I took manners in to my own hand since I had a very important doctors appointment the next day and had no vehicle, I went to curry and requested my car back. Will never do service with them and will be reporting this agent to Honda. He had no sympathy and just smiled through everything like if my car didn't need an oil change and if like I didn't have an important doctors appointment. read more

I leased my 2018 CR-V from Curry Honda and the paperwork process was mostly smooth. I have a lot to type so I have to condense what I have to say. I also experienced a bait and switch like others have mentioned. When I came in, I specifically said I was interested in a 2018 CR-V to lease under the special that was running at the time. They said sure no problem and paired me with a saleswoman. She got the keys for a CR-V in my desired color and let me test drive it. We got back and I said sure let's go ahead. Meanwhile my dad showed up to accompany me. After an hour, the sales manager Bill and the saleswoman let me know there was a mistake, that the CR-V I had tested was ineligible for the special but don't worry we have one that you can have. The one I got had over 200 miles on it already (ie NOT a new car) and was covered in scratches that had been conveniently filled with wax when they handed me the keys so I did not see them until days later. The woman who did my paperwork in the back office was incredibly creepy as well as condescending. I had my father with me for educational purposes as I am 26 years old (at the time of this review) and needed to learn how to do this process myself. She kept calling my father "Daddy" and kept insinuating that he was buying me the car. Anyway, my car also had a dent in it that I noticed 2 days later, so I took my car to their collision center. I came first thing in the morning when they opened since I needed to go to work right after. They had me wait OVER an hour, first thing in the morning, to talk to an adjuster about repairing the scratches and dent that they never should have let me walk off the lot with. Finally they arranged transport to the rental place and THREE DAYS later my car was ready to be picked up. What on earth took 3 days? Once they tried to give me the keys, I took a look and they hadn't even repaired the scratch. It was still right there. So they took it back on the spot and "buffed" the scratch. Except all they did was fill it with wax again so the same scratch is still there. Anyway. It was finally time for my first oil change last weekend (after almost a year- I don't drive a lot) so I came to the Service Center. I had scheduled an appointment online. Despite my appointment, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the oil change. The service rep also told me my alignment was off and that I had damaged my tires and asked me if I wanted to pay and replace them. He tried to tell me it had been a year and a half of my possession of the vehicle and I stopped him in his tracks and let him know it had been 11 months (therefore covered under warranty). Miraculously he decided to "ask" and my alignment was fixed for free. Finally, ever since I put my contact information into the online appointment manager, I have been BOMBARDED with incessant phone calls and emails asking me if would like to purchase a CR-V or if I need to service my vehicle. Every time I tell the people on the phone to stop calling me they start making excuses about their computer system, yet I keep getting phone calls. My 22 year old son started having electrical problems with Honda Accord. It has 140k miles on it. He took it into Curry Honda and they did an estimate for him of repairs needed. It was over $5900 dollars. That is more than the car's Blue Book Value. We then had to have the car towed to a mechanic we've used in our area. He said we just needed to replace the alternator. $537.00 including Tax. Curry's estimate was $515 for the part and $894 for labor. They also wanted to charge $543.00 for the 1 hour of labor to fix the power steering pump. Run. read more

From the top down a poor car buying experience. My ONE day old 2019 Honda Odyssey's rear passenger door handle didn't work. I spoke to the manager of the service center on a Saturday during business hours and was told there was nothing that could be done until Monday. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told he doesn't speak to customers on the weekend. They will sell you a car, but they won't support it. Proceed at your own risk. read more

Before calling Curry Honda I read their reviews here on Yelp. One salesman other Yelpers recommended was Anthony Davis. I called in the morning, asked for Anthony and made an appointment for 11am to view a used 2016 Accord. After I arrived I met Anthony and we went for a test drive. During the test drive Anthony's only questions were "do you have a trade in?", to which I said no, and, after the test drive, "do you like the car?", to which I said yes. There were no mind games, unnecessary questions or high-pressure sales tactics. Next we went inside to go over the paperwork and negotiate the price. Since it was a used car I asked to take it to an independent inspection, which was no problem. Next I met with the finance manager. She asked if I wanted an extended warranty and I said no thanks. She asked if I was financing and I said no, I'm paying cash. She asked for the check and I mentioned that I still needed to have it inspected. There was a slight miscommunication here but Anthony came in with his manager and they said it was no problem, I could have it inspected and, if the car checked out, then I would pay for it afterwards. Anthony said the car still needed some work (new tires, battery, etc.) and asked me to come back tomorrow. I called Anthony the next morning to confirm the car was ready and he said yes. I arrived, Anthony brought out the car and I took it to an independent mechanic I also found on Yelp. The mechanic and I went on a test drive and looked at the engine. Next he brought it in their shop, lifted it up and checked underneath the car. He said everything looked great. I brought the car back, told Anthony there were no problems with the inspection and asked him if they could remove the Curry Honda logo from the back of the car. He said no problem and that he'd take care of it. I met the finance manager and wrote him a check for the car. Anthony gave me two keyfobs, a gift bag with car cleaning supplies and offered me three free oil changes. We shook hands and I went out to my new to me car, looked at the back and the logo had been cleanly removed and looked great. At some point on the way home I got a chip in the windshield. I called Anthony about it and, even though the car had been sold, he said I could bring it in and they'd bubble it so it didn't spread further. That really meant a lot to me knowing that Anthony takes care of his customers after the sale. If you're looking to buy a car ask for Anthony. He's friendly, helpful and won't waste your time. Curry Honda is a total rip off, every time I take my Honda Pilot into for service they always find something else to say is wrong and charge me an arm and a leg for the part. This time I just took it in for a airbag recall, oil change and simple untwist my seat belt. They charged me $90 just to untwist a seat belt. This is totally unacceptable and I want to make sure ALL of you out their know that Curry Honda is a total scam for service. Never will I take my Honda Pilot to them again, I will drive out of my way to find another dealership to address my service. read more

Worst experience. Changed my oil but didn't top off fluids, reset dashboard, or give me a sticker showing the next oil change date/mileage like every other place does. Replaced my taillight and didn't put the cover back on. I filled out their survey and shared these issues. I received a call back and thought it would be a customer service person fixing the situation but no it was someone calling me for another survey. Terrible Buying Experience! I took my adult daughter there to help her buy a Civic this week. Besides the usual sales B.S. one might expect like "we are selling this at a loss because we will make it up on other cars", the sales manager's printer suddenly stopped working so he couldn't print info for us. The salesman told us they needed the names of a few other people to contact for the financing application "so they have someone to contact in case of an emergency." There is no "emergency" situation that would come up except wanting additional people to contact in case of collections. Then the finance manager incorrectly explained how the auto loan worked. She said the interest paid each month is the total interest due over the life of the loan by the term of the loan. I told her that was incorrect because auto loans are amortized, which means the portion of each payment going toward principal is lower in the early months and increases each month (his makes a difference if you wanted to pay off your loan early or ended up in default). Her response was that was how she was taught. Since auto loan amortization can be confusing for many people, it is unacceptable for a loan officer to provide incorrect information. The fact that her manager tells her to explain it incorrectly says that this is not something that is an isolated situation (in fact a second finance manager stuck his head in and agreed with her explanation). i literally pulled into Curry Honda's service area a few minutes ago. Accustomed to taking my Honda into the dealerships, I was waiting for someone to greet me and take my car - or at least say that they would be right with me. Sat in my car with the door open for about 5 minutes or so. A couple of service people looked at me but didn't bother to walk over to say ANYTHING or inquire anything of me. Poor service? I would say so. Doesn't even desire a star. It's been a couple of years since I have taken my car here because the last time they screwed me over and lied- making me pay out of pocket for something that was covered under warranty. They said they even called the warranty office and was told it wasn't covered (I called Honda's warranty office afterwards, the office confirmed that it was covered and that the dealership never called). I figured since that was a couple of years ago that maybe things have changed. So I came today to get a basic oil change, hoping for the best. Apparently bad service will always be bad service. Go to Honda Dealer in Marietta - Ed Voyles. Way better service. People actually take the time to speak to you here. read more

I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord at the end of May 2013. The buying experience was very confusing. The first salesperson we were dealing with left the company according to his manager in the middle of the sales process. Another sales person was assigned to us to complete the sale. The day we showed back up to pick up the car, the first sales person came back and it was very awkward during the pickup phase of the sale. I feel that this was not handled very professionally. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!!## My car have been in the body/service department since June 18th (almost two months). My car should have been totaled with over $15k in damages but the insurance company refused to total the car out. Well, I thought I was making the very best choice by sending my car to Curry (since I purchased it from Curry) to be repaired but boy was I wrong. I have been told several times my car is ready for pickup but to my surprise each time they contact me back to advise of another issue. I asked them to work with me on some of the labor charges but all I was told is to download a $200 coupon from their website granite my total labor charges is approximately $7k. Smdh, saddening that they are only worried about the money and not good customer service. Hopefully, I will have my car soon however, I will no longer do business with Curry. read more

I went in to get a minor repair that cost $200. They did the full inspection and invented an ADDITIONAL $1200 more for me to spend on things that were not broken and did not need to be done. Then I heard someone come in and insist to a lady that she get her air filter replaced. She had to say no 3 TIMES. Horrible place. Don't go here if you can avoid it. Edit: I opened my hood recently to find that they'd left garbage on my engine. A broken headlight, a plastic bag and some pieces of cardboard. How sloppy. read more

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews about this dealership. I can only speak on my previous experiences. Every time I have had to come here to get maintenance completed on my car, the service is excellent. I had a recent experience with an employee named Rick Zarpentine. He was very patient, kind and explained every single repair being done to my car. I usually feel uneasy going to a car mechanic shop myself, being female, I am on guard, since I have been ripped off in the past. Rick assured me he was only recommending the repairs that were absolutely necessary on my car. I have been to other repair shops and this by far is the best. I've been using Curry Honda since 2013 when I bought my CR-V. The maintenance team is great and very friendly. They have a nice waiting room to use while you wait on your car to be serviced, or you can use their complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere within 10 miles of the dealership. So far, I've only used Curry Honda for the general maintenance of a car - oil changes, tire rotations, etc. - but they have become my preferred professional when it comes to my car. read more

Perhaps the worst level of customer support I've ever received. I brought in my Honda for a routine recall and requested additional support for my brakes and the glass surrounding my dashboard as it was accidentally broken. I requested to see if someone would be able to remove the remaining glass, which they told me they would be able to do. When I came back later that day to pick-up, the brakes and recall issue were fixed, as was the removal of the glass, however the technician had accidentally unscrewed a wire leading to the dashboard showing in a fuzzy, all white. When I spoke with the customer service agent, he reassured me that I would be able to come in the following day and they would fix. My subsequent visit, the customer service agent told me that they were now going to charge me for the fix and that it was my fault as I should have known that this would have happened....after I told him that I wouldn't pay for an issue they caused, he slammed my car door and told me he couldn't have a conversation with me. He went and spoke with his manager and then she spoke with me. After explaining the issue and her checking the issue for herself, she agreed to have a technician re-wire the screen, which fixed the issue. I thank the manager for speaking with me and remaining cool throughout, but a customer service agent should really never treat a client this way. Going to avoid this location moving forward, but will say that it's a shame as their work with the brakes was done well. read more

I had a terrible buying experience with Curry Honda and will never buy a car from them. I had a car that needed to be replaced, but knew I had time to find one I wanted. I visited about 10 dealers so I could take some cars out for a drive and see what I liked. I made it very clear to the salespeople what I was doing and that I had no intention of buying that day. At the end of the drive, the Curry saleswoman got all sad eyed and insisted that I let her manager know why I wasn't buying. I should have walked out. This was an opportunity for the senior sales guy to try to get me to buy what was frankly a boring car. This was my 2nd dealer visit and I dreaded the experience. Luckily it was not typical. Some tried harder than others to push their cars (and I know that's how they make their living) but no one was this bad. There are other Honda dealers. read more

I had a horrible experience here when I got my first oil change. Made an appointment for early in the morning and didn't get my car back for a couple days. I posted a bad review then. Because they apologized and gave me a free oil change. I decided to just remove both my reviews because it was neutral. Now ... I'm leaving my review here for all to see... I brought my car in for freon... They kept my car there for a week bc they wanted to check if it was under warranty to fix the compressor. Which is fine if they didn't take it apart. Because they took it apart they wouldn't give it back to me. And now my car makes a weird noise, the check engine light is on, and my husband had to pay for an Uber to and from work for a week! WTF?!?!? They seriously high jacked my car and wouldn't give it back! Now my car is messed up and there's nothing we can do about it. This is ridiculous! Please, no one go there. My car is pretty new and only has like 20,000 miles on it. It should not be messed up and I take good care of it. read more

Not a good experience, sales person was not bad, however he forgot to explain some important features about the CRV that was crucial for our decision, they asked for a $500 deposit because they did not have the car at that moment, at the end we didn't like the deal and decided to wait at least 6 more months to buy a new car, we came back there to get our deposit back, we had to wait more than 1 hour 30 minutes, the dealership manager is not very friendly, anyway, learning experience, don't leave a deposit, all those friendly faces become very serious and rude faces :) , probably just my perception but that's how I felt. They assured me it was and when I got to the dealership they started adding on all these extra costs for dealer accessories. Bottom line...they are not a trustworthy dealership.
