I would warn folks from the dealership considering the quality of service. Overall they seem to be ok but the it is the details that matter. They rush through service as claim to be lowest in pricing. Forgot to top off coolant and claim your coolant should not be more than minimum. Worst of all they forgot to put the wheel lock back in the car and were non responsive till I showed up at the dealership a second time. I left a VM with customer relations manager considering we were going out on vacation but no response. Finally when I got through the response was, "We strive to be the best!". Seriously!!! Poor Service Department I have taken my Honda Odyssey to Curry for years (2009 Odyssey) and this will be the LAST time. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 11:45 on Monday. I was called by a representative on the Friday before confirming. I arrived at 11:42 for my appointment. After going across the street for lunch, I returned around 1pm and was waiting. At 1:36 my car pulled out, and I thought it was done only to find out it was just now going on the lift. That is almost 2 hours AFTER my appointment that they STARTED my service. They quickly completed my oil change and tire rotation (although now the brakes are grinding). They did comp the service charge (a mere $30) but I would much prefer to pay rather than wait 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Despite being a long-time customer I will never take my car here again. This isn't my first poor experience, but certainly the worst - other issues were forgetting to reset the oil "percentage" on the Odyssey, and taking long (although never 2.5 hours). FYI - I spoke with others the same day - one waited over 2 hours, and an older woman waiting 1.5 hours then left without service. read more

I especially want to recognize a particular service advisor Steven Botts this guy is pretty cool down to earth and will always give you the best advice on what your car may needs.. Have really enjoyed purchasing and serving our vehicles at Curry Honda. Everyone at the dealership is very courteous and their new service facility is great. Both times that we purchased a minivan from Curry Honda they were very fair in the negotiation process. Everything they warn customers (especially women) about servicing your car at a dealership. In college I took my car to the Honda dealership in Athens to have a recall part replaced. While there, the service rep proceeded to explain in great detail why I needed all new tires and how it was safety hazard if I rolled off the lot without new tires. The kicker - I purchased all new tires two months prior at Goodyear. The Honda service rep had seen my vehicle and proceeded to use scare tactics to prey on my assumed ignorance. I set him straight and gave the benefit of the doubt that I rolled up to the dealership in my sorority t-shirt and made myself an easy target for an up-sell. Flash forward to Fall 2017. I took my CRV to Curry Honda for squeaky breaks. Was told I needed new brake pads (sounds about right), a whole bunch of fluid flushing/replacing (the usual up-sell), and - wait for it - a whole new power steering rack at an estimated extra $1,600 for repairs. I was told a cap was damp, indicating a major leak and warranting a total rack replacement. I was told this was very serious and an immediate safety concern and needed to jump on this now. Based on my past experience with Honda, I was weary. I had no symptoms of a power steering leak. No fluid under my car, no unusual noises, no dead spots on my wheel, no difficulty turning - none of it. Finally took my car for a second opinion today at a non-dealership service center and, alas, no leak. My suspicions were confirmed. No damp cap, no leak, and the service rep I spoke with said there was a hose that needed tightening, but he'd give that a 1/10 on the severity scale. Thank you to the team at Anthem Automotive on Piedmont Rd for saving me $1,600. Shame on the team at Curry Honda for trying to essentially steal $1,600 from me. BEWARE OF UP-SELLING YOU ON UNNECESSARY SERVICE: I bought my new 2011 CRV from Curry- the purchase was great. The care currently has 53 K miles...so almost like new. I have faithfully taken it to Curry for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. However the last 2 times I have been there to get the oil changed, I walked out with a tab of $500 and $800 respectively for things I don't think I needed.....new brakes, transmission flush and other service that was not critical. They charged me $25 to remove a nail and plug the tire-highway robbery. I think my relationship with Curry Honda Service is over. BEWARE!!! I'd give this place negative stars if I could. If you are a woman looking to buy a car STAY AWAY. I walked into Curry Honda knowing exactly what I wanted. I had done my research. These folks are very nice and talk about "transparency" in their deals, until you ask to see the numbers, and ask how they arrived at their numbers. When I asked for the print out of the deal numbers, the sales manager actually asked me - "if I show you the numbers, are you going to understand them?" Unbelievable! I wanted to point out to him that this is America and the year is 2016. Instead I just asked him to please not underestimate me. He smirked. This is a Costco dealer so I thought I'd get a good deal. I bought a Honda Civic from Curry Honda in Dec 2016 and I've taken it back to the service once. The people at the service station were great, very nice and very helpful! However, inside I felt pressured and rushed to buy my car. Cecil, my sales person, started off strong and attentive but I feel like he started to get a little impatient and rushed and left in the middle of working with me to try to sale a car to someone new that walked in. He stuck his manager on us to try to finish the sale. We we're left sitting and waiting for a long time.The atmosphere was hectic. I felt like Cecil became distracted easily and would leave in the middle of working with us. Other than that I was pretty happy with the overall purchasing of my car. My wife and daughter stopped by Curry Honda on a Sunday back in 2008. Yes this took place years ago but is still very relevant. My wife suffers from a terrible injury and has chronic nerve pain. George Amini, the salesman, basically held them hostage for three hours even though she could barely hold her head up and kept saying they needed to leave. They were just curious to see how much my daughter could get if she traded in her 2005 Acura RSX. It was practically brand new! George wanted to sell her a new car but my daughter said, "I'm a college student without a job, I can't afford a car payment!" George created the fictitious name of a company and drew up the loan documents. My daughter, reluctantly, handed him the keys to her practically new Acura and drove off in a new CRV and a $25,000 loan! I called the dealership as soon as I heard about this, that was Wednesday morning, she only had the car since Sunday. George hung up the phone on me. I talked to other managers and got nowhere. My daughter was not able to get her Acura back. She was stuck with this loan. I wouldn't give this dealership any business! George Amini was not terminated, and, in fact, still works there! It seemed like the techs were ignoring people and doing busy work. I only wanted an oil change, should have went to Jiffy Lube. They will run unauthorized inquiries on your credit without your permissions, I do understand that you do have to run a few meaning 1or 2 maybe 3 but 8 inquires without your knowledge is not acceptable, Mr Ballard the financial manager has mistakenly sent my credit to a mortgage company, I got a emailed stating my mortgage is approved, I showed this mistake to Mr, Ballards face only to be on deaf ear. Scheduled something for Friday in the afternoon last week. The person on the phone confirmed that they had shuttle services for me and I would get the same day service. I really did not want to wait for the car or come back so this seemed perfect On the day I was delayed at work by 20 mins (work emergency) so gave them a call to see if i could still come in...They said yes... got there 20 mins later. Was made to wait next to my car for a good 45 mins!!! The service people were around but nobody came up to help and when I asked they told me to wait. The guy finally comes up and asks me what service I need. I mention the issue and ask for the shuttle. He sas there is no shuttle at that hour, despite what the earlier agent promised. He also said leave my car and pick it the next morning. I needed my car that night and again another broken promise. They said its spring break so they cannot get to my car till the next day... Then why the hell even have me make the trip if you know you are going to be busy #Greedy I asked if I got my car the next day would I get to be the first one out the door if I was there at 8 am as he asked, and if there was a shuttle available. Was told No on both counts. So i drove away ---- I get a call on Saturday almost accusing me for ditching them. I clear it was their lies and attitude that made me reconsider plus they were not flexible. Somehow I agreed to go in the following week on a saturday.... because who does not want their weekends ruined by going to the dealer. They say no shuttle, I agree to wait. The saturday in question was today... I go in early I walk in at 8:00 for a 8:15 appointment, am told it will be 2 hours and I decided to wait instead of killing my wallet by taking a ride back. Go into their "Lounge" It smells like poop in there, the wifi does not work, the chairs are those basic uncomfortable ones you would get from staples. It looks like the 80s in here, hot af and crowded with the way they have laid out the furniture. An hour passes... nada. its fine though, he said 2 hours 2 hours pass.... nada. well maybe they need a little more In the end it took 3.5 hours... my Saturday morning wasted away. Ive been to Honda dealerships in Jersey, PA, CA.... This one is the easily the most inconvenient and lousy. I've been using Curry Honda for the past three years and always have a good experience with their service team. They're quick and efficient with the work and lay out all the options before hand so that I can see what I'm going to have to get done. They're also good at leaving non-essential items for the next visit if I ask them too. The Waiting space is pleasant: vending machines, tv's, magazines, etc and they also have a quiet room if I need to go sit and get some work done while I'm waiting. The shuttle service is also nice if I want to go to a nearby coffee shop to sit and do work or grab lunch on Buford Highway. read more

Please don't do this to yourself. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with servicing my car. I brought it for an issue that was under warranty. $1300 and 6 weeks later, I still have the same issue (my car shakes violently every time it's stopped - not a minor issue). Even though I came to them with the warranty in hand, they really gave me the run around (oil consumption test, oil consumption again, changing the brake fluid, redoing the alignment, etc., etc. and oh did I mention you have a magical unicorn in your muffler?). There is no doubt in my mind they wanted to deter me until the warranty ran out and I would have to pay for a very expensive repair. All in all, I ended up driving an extra half hour up the road to Gwinett Honda, which I can't recommend more. (As an aside, of the reviews I've posted on yelp, this is the only one that isn't 5 stars. I really hate doing this, but I'm hoping I'm saving someone from a terrible experience). read more

Curry Honda rips you off not only when you buy a car from them, but especially when you get your vehicle serviced through them. If you're looking to get a car quick and painlessly, this is the place to go. If you're looking to get a deal on a really good car, go to Willet Honda South. At Curry Honda, their prices are pretty high here and there are a few things that get tacked onto your bill that jack the price up a bit (not just in the service department). And if you drive a lot, do NOT fall for the tire warranty and service plan as you only get SIX oil changes for "free" over the duration of 5 years or 60,000 miles and you end up paying $1,000 for this "convenience" and "great deal." Also, if you're looking for a specific car, make sure they have it in stock before you take a trip to their location. Otherwise, they will try to sell you a more expensive car and tell you it's a deal (when really it's not as they'll be making up anything they lose in the 7+% interest rate they give you). When you get your car serviced, know before you go exactly what your car needs. They tried to sell me an alignment that I had just had done not even a month and a half prior to my visit. Also, do NOT get a "break service." The only thing you ever need to do to your breaks is to CHANGE them, not have someone "clean" the non-existent break dust off of them and charge you $52 for it. The shuttle speed completely sucks too. The guy dropped me off, then completely forgot where I was and went to the wrong location even though I spelled out my exact address for him. I was waiting in the heat for 30 minutes. In conclusion, Curry Honda should be avoided like the plague if you value your time, money, and expensive investment of a vehicle. read more

INTRODUCTIONS ARE ALWAYS A NICE WAY TO START! Yes, I know that returning to Honda is like returning to the land of the "little people" but I had to make one more pass to make sure that they were not a viable option for us. When we initially sat in the Odyssey, our immediate reaction was Oh no, too tight! Today was the follow-up to make sure that we did not make a rash decision. As we pulled onto the lot and exited our vehicle we were greeted with Happy Sunday! Now that's cool and all but we never got a name or business card. Even if a customer is not quite interested in the car, that card can be passed on to someone else. Never miss an opportunity to generate business. Anyway, the salesman was very helpful and I really liked this dealership because the cars can be opened by remote, (when a lock box is in place). This prevents the customer from having to wait while the employee runs back and forth searching for a key, especially when looking at multiple vehicles. We examined a couple of vehicles but our initial reaction was spot on regarding space and we don't like the idea of having to totally remove seats, (the van), in order to accommodate large items. Horrible service - I made 4 attempts to correct a service issue beginning back in December 2014. After I had an appointment the only service tech that could handle my problem, he took a walk-in 2 minutes prior to my appointment. Subsequently, he and the walk-in drove off in ATL AM traffic and after 45 minutes, the service desk finally admitted they were stuck in traffic. So what's the point in scheduling an appointment?? I was furious. Their response was simply "I'm sorry, can you wait a couple more hours until traffic dissipates or come back." NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Recently I had a mishap with my vehicle unexpectedly and I was highly displeased with the first service advisor that began helping me. He was extremely arrogant and gave a very hopeless attitude about getting my vehicle fixed. Who then continued to gossip among his co-workers once I suggested that he was not going to be able to serve me properly. That service advisor I moved on to was Wally. He took one look under my hood and told me what the issue was (not a severe or exoen$ive as I anticipated) LATER THAT DAY FOLKS, my car was back in my hand. I had a really great experience with the service center this evening. I didn't expect to get any attention as I went over after 5:00 pm with no appointment. I had 2 different employees notice me and hustle to try and get me what I needed. The only gripe I have is I was sent away 3 times being told the person I needed to see wasn't available. That got old quick so I went to Gwinnett Place Honda after that and so far so good. They actually looked ay my car, they think the microphone is bad which makes sense and they are ordering the part for me. Today was the second or third time my dad and I took my Honda vehicle to have routine maintenance done at Curry Honda. It will definitely be the last. I did not buy my car at Curry Honda, so I cannot speak to that side of the experience. My dad made the appointment for my car several days ago for 9:15 this morning. They called on Friday to confirm the appointment and get some more information. We dropped the car off today at 9:15. They were clearly busy, but we didn't have to wait long to get checked in. The employee who checked us in was friendly and polite. She told us that the car would be ready this afternoon. My dad asked her to clarify what time of the afternoon, and she said late afternoon. She looked us in the eyes and said that it was her priority to get the car serviced properly and in a timely manner. Fast forward to about 4:00 this afternoon. We have not heard a thing. They were supposed to do a diagnostic, and typically in my experience, this would have been done maybe within an hour or two of dropping the car off. My dad called and left a message. Nobody called him back! We called again around 5:00. We were offered a rental car. By this point it was too little too late. I live in Decatur, so to go through the hassle of the paperwork for the rental and going back and forth just wasn't worth it. My dad told the employee that we just wanted the car to get the maintenance it had been waiting for all day. He also let her know that the situation was completely unacceptable, and if they could not complete the work, they never should have made the appointment. The employee was completely unconcerned. She repeated her offer of the rental car, clearly not understanding that you don't just walk in the rental place, grab the keys, and walk out. She assures my dad that the car will be done today. My dad has to pry information out of her. He has to ask if she has an idea when it would be done, of course she had none. He then just asked when they closed. She said 7:00. We never heard back. No surprise there. So we just decided to show back up at 7:00 and hope for the best. The employee (a different one this time) told us that he had been instructed to wait for us...like we were supposed to be flattered or impressed. We finally heard the results of the diagnostic, and of course the work was not done. According to the employee, everybody else had to wait insane amounts of time for their service today, and yet we were the only ones stuck there until after 7:15. Then we are told we can wait in the waiting room where there are painters painting in the confined space, while we are supposed to sit and inhale fumes or wait outside in the cold. They just kept striking out! Hilariously, there is a sign in the waiting room about "the Curry Promise" which is something about respecting their customer's time! What a joke....My car and I finally drove away after 10 hours with 2 out of like 7 services needed complete on it. My best advice to other vehicle owners-If you want your vehicle serviced properly, respectfully and in a timely manner, just drive out to Honda Carland in Alpharetta. Never in my life have I had my time so utterly disrespected as I did today at Curry Honda. I get that it's the week of Thanksgiving, but don't make an appointment with me if you can't keep up your end of the bargain. read more

Came in for a recall in August. They "fixed" it. I get a notice of the same recall in December saying the recall wasn't complete. So they sent me home in August knowing that my car might start a fire. So I come again and ran into a problem when it was time to leave. The "valets" took 30 minutes to get my car. They said they lost a pair of keys, and there was 2 cars blocking my car. So he couldn't bring it up. No one came up to me to apologize. The service manager didn't want to speak to me. I was in the market for a champaign colored 18 Accord Hybrid Touring and the only one I found was here at Curry. It was so new they hadn't even posted pictures. I dealt with Charles in the internet department. I had to stay on him to get me details on the car. I knew it would be popular so I tried best I could to get him to get me details because I wanted to buy it before it got posted. He ultimately didn't call me back. I called him after two days of no contact, after I saw that vehicle no longer in inventory. After he and I spoke twice earlier in the week and emailed several times, he had no idea who I was. Bait and Switch. Beware. Spoke to a Curry Honda salesman (Ricke Johnson) on the phone and agreed upon a sales price (tax, title, doc fees) for a new vehicle. Showed up at the dealership the next day to finalize the purchase and he said he couldn't sell the vehicle at that price and increased the price by almost $1,000.
