I arrived at Curry Honda to get my car fixed. Made an appointment & everything. When I first got there I stood for a good five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Kinda rude but anyway. I had brought my laptop to do some homework, as I knew it will be a while before I got my car back. Their Wi-Fi did not work & asked for them to re-set the network. Despite the reset the Wi-Fi still did not work. Very frustrating. Lastly the waiting room is really small & the chairs are in need of serious replacement. There are no desk to sit at. Now onto my car service. I had a coupon for a full-synthetic oil change. For some apparent nonsense reason the rep would not accept it. His whole reasoning sounded suspect. Anyway, the service was okay. You are not told what exactly was done to the car, or if there were any major issues. Maybe in my case there were not any concerns. So how about I arrive for my software update appointment and the Curry Honda Atlanta service department immediately pisses me off by first seeming to not be aware of the fact that I am not there for the Takata airbag replacement, which we talked about at the time I made the appointment, and immediately trying to up sell your "inspection" services. 3 times I say, I'm just here for the software update. Then the little pissant concierge reenacts the taxi driver "you talkin to me" after he shoves forms that he hurriedly asks me to sign absolving Honda of liability for shitty airbags. He asks...as I sit on my phone in the lounge that I had to ask where it was located since he didn't bother to offer that info when I handed over my keys...You got a problem? Yes I have a problem you're a completely disrespectful asshole and service advisor Catie Clark is no better as she doesn't even ask why I am getting my car back before they do anything to my car and say that I'll just take my car somewhere else. I see now why the yelp ratings for this place are so low. This is why people hate dealerships and I see now why this place seems to be one of the lowest rated Honda dealers in the state. read more

Update: This review does not reflect the maintenance team. They were spectacular at helping, after I emailed 30 different people. Under no circumstance should you buy a used car from these crooks. They promised a vehicle that had been thoroughly inspected but my mechanic noticed a strange thing: the back door had been repainted. when i asked them about it, they said "oh, these things happen, everything is fine with the vehicle, we promise." When we actually tried to use the door, to load something we noticed that the door DOESNT OPEN. Now, yes we should have checked the doors, but I had assumed that something simple as the door working would have been covered under the "everythings fine with the car, we inspected it thoroughly". Even my mechanic didnt think to open it... My wife called our salesperson and he said, sure, you can bring it in but we dont know how much its going to cost you. I called back telling them that they will be hearing from the Honda corp execs because my next steps in my battle to get justice for my car ($21k) is to contact them. The sales person, Felipe, said, that you should expect that something not work with it... AFTER he sold it... of course. Before he sold it, "Everything is great!" An absolute crook! Ever seen that guy in a bar, the creepy one? He hasn't been doing well with many girls, lots of striking out. As the night goes on, he gets more desperate. Suddenly its last call and he has yet to get a girl! So he finds that one girl who made the mistake of being nice to him and latches on like a octopus tentacle around its prey. "You wanna come home with me? No thanks, appreciate the invite though. "Oh come on babe, you sure?" Yes, I'd rather stay here with my friends. "Baby don't be like that, you know I got what you need" I said NO. "I got Rock Band and some drinks, come on.." No, leave me the hell alone. That guy at Curry Honda was the salesperson I had the misfortune of being stuck with. Except instead of going home with him, he really really wanted me to go home with one of his cars. I came in to get my car appraised and to test drive. Hour and a half later, I'm having to get up and walk out because he didn't understand the concept of no I do not want to buy a car today. I don't care if you run the numbers again, I said no. Then a supervisor got involved, trying to sweeten the deal. Kinda like a wingman trying to help our previous hapless wanna-be romancer. Just as creepy, just as skeezy. I eventually make my escape and visit the Mazda dealership just down the road. I test drive a car, my car is appraised, and he only asks me once if I'm interested in buying. All in 30 minutes. Curry Honda might be a good dealership and I wouldn't say you should judge them all on the actions of one salesperson. That said, pick your salesperson carefully, unless you're one of those people who thinks "no" is just another way of saying "maybe". read more

Dearest Honda owner, If you love your Honda, do not take it to Curry Honda. I called them to replace my airbags (recall notice). They ordered the airbags for me, told me both had arrived, and asked me to bring in my car. After installing one airbag, they tell me they still need to order the other one. It would take a week or two to arrive. Could I make another appointment and come back in? Strike one: That's inconvenient and annoying, since they said they'd ordered both airbags for me. So, they lied. But sure, okay. I'll come back when you get the other airbag in. Strike two: I go back in. Right after they install the passenger airbag, I'm driving home, and a loud rattling sound starts coming from the passenger side of my car. My car has never made this noise. I immediately call Curry Honda to report the issue. They reassure me they'll take a look and fix the noise. Dearest Honda owner, you can guess what happens next, right? I take my car in today. They refuse to take any responsibility for the loud, incessant rattling sound, which began immediately after they worked on my car. "That must just be a coincidence," the technician tells me, which makes about as much sense as someone dumping kerosene all over your living room, dropping a match, and then saying it's "just a coincidence" when your house goes up in flames. I explain my concerns to the manager, but he dismisses me. He finds it unfathomable that he might somehow be responsible for the loud rattle. He offers this analogy: "It'd be like calling a plumber to fix your toilet, and then, after he leaves, your electricity goes out." Helpful. Then, amid my protests, he says, "Look, we're running a business here." Ah, right. It simply isn't good business to take responsibility for your mistakes. Or, at the very least, acknowledge why a customer might have reason to believe that you F'ed up their car. In conclusion, dearest Honda owner, please stay far, far away from these crooks. read more

Living near Dunwoody, this location was the closest. I dropped off my 08 CRV for an oil change. They had it done within an hour, and called me to pick it up. They were open till 7 on Saturday, which was great, allowing me time to keep shopping while I was out for the day without rushing to get the car. All of the sales / service people had their customer service ratings on their wall. You could see how customers rated them in the surveys American Honda sends out. Though they didn't wash, which ever other dealership has done, they did the job quickly and for less then $30. This is now my new home dealership! read more

A few weeks ago, my 2006 Honda Civic's Maintenance Minder told me I needed A13 service, which stands for the following services: oil change, rotate tires, and replace transmission fluid. Since I had my transmission fluid replaced probably a little over a year ago at another Honda dealership, I was concerned - especially since that service is NOT cheap. In addition, I bought my tires from Costco so I didn't need to get the tire rotation done at Honda. But I have always gone to Honda dealerships to get my oil changed since I bought my car almost six years ago, so I decided that I had to go to Curry Honda after work on a Monday. I had put off getting an oil change for several hundred miles after my Maintenance Minder indicated a 0% oil life, and for some reason, I thought that the service department would be open on Sundays. It turns out that it wasn't, which is why I had to wait and get the oil change done on Monday. I called the service department that morning and asked if I needed to make an appointment for an oil change. The service advisor told me yes, and when I asked what time was the latest appointment time available, he said 5:45 pm because they close at 7 pm. Since I usually get off work around 6 pm, I knew this meant I would have to leave work about 45 minutes early to get to Curry Honda by the appointment time. After making an effort to get to Curry Honda on time for my appointment, I stood around and waited for about 5 minutes after arriving before anyone approached me to assist me. I guess they tend to get pretty busy towards the end of the day as people bring their cars in for service after work. When someone finally checked my car in, it was almost 6 pm. The waiting room had plenty of chairs, a TV (playing who knows what), a coffee machine, and a vending machine. They also offer free Wi-Fi, which I happily took advantage of. My main gripe about the room was the fact that the coffee machine was broken, and even the hot water (for tea!) button wasn't working. I usually appreciate that Honda dealerships provide complimentary coffee to their customers, so I was bummed that I couldn't get any. My oil change, along with the complimentary multi-point inspection, was done in about 45 minutes. I was glad to hear that everything looked fine, and that I did not need to get my transmission fluid replaced. In addition, I took advantage of the fact that they accept coupons from other Honda dealerships, so my oil change was $24.95 - about $10 off their regular price. Unfortunately, unlike some other Honda dealerships I've been to, they don't provide a complimentary express car wash with every service. =( Overall, Curry Honda's service department gets 3 stars for their "OK" service. However, I would have appreciated a quicker reception upon my initial arrival, and I really hope that they fix their coffee machine soon. I bought my car at this dealership and yet I get bad service every time. The two times that I drove to this dealership for an oil change I had to wait around and find someone to assist me within the Service department. For goodness sake you drive your car through the garage and park it right in front of right stations yet nobody thinks to walk over and assist you?! I had an appointment today and left after a few minutes of looking at the Service employees just sit at their station and two guys even walked past me. Needless to say, the inside of the dealership is really nice and they provide their customers with beverages including instant coffee. There's also wifi in the waiting room and a complementary shuttle service that will take you anywhere within a one mile radius. However, I don't see the point in driving 45 minutes to get my oil changed at the only Honda dealership within the perimeter. I rather go to Precision Tune Auto near my house because I've experienced great customer service from them in the past. And no, I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. read more

This seems to be the busiest Honda dealership in the ATL area. I made an appointment for a regular scheduled maintenance. I arrived on time and was told that the procedure (oil change and new spark plugs) would take 1.5 hours. Ok. Now, 2 hours later, the service guy is surprised that I approach him and that I am slightly annoyed by the delay. He asks "Who gave you that time frame?" - "YOU!". I am told another 15-20 minutes. Now it is another half an hour... No surprise. It's called "customer service" and managing expectations. FAIL! I started my car search other dealers and continued to go back to Curry simply because the sales people were so helpful, genuine, and patient & I ended up getting my car from Curry. Every time I visited I was greeted immediately by someone who seemed genuinely excited to be helping me. I never felt pressed to step outside my budget & I never felt rushed to make a decision. I had a great experience with Chris Collins who made sure I would find my ideal car no matter how long it took me to decide. This was true about every car sales person I spoke with. Just. Don't. I took my '97 Civic here on the recommendation of another mechanic (thinking this would be a safe bet) to get a busted tail light fixed. A simple, cheap repair. You'd think. They gave me an estimate of almost $3000! This after I had explained exactly what I wanted repaired (just the tail light) and did not want to file an insurance claim. They planned on replacing the entire trunk, Honda emblem, back bumper, etc. Plus, I got accosted by creepy sales guys the second I arrived on the lot. Needless to say, I got my car repaired elsewhere (go to Northeast Bodywork's for such repairs. They were honest, fast, and great!). I bought my Civic here and had an "okay" experience. However, my experience with the service department has been excellent. After only having my car for a few months, I blew my tire out hitting a curb in my parking deck. I had to purchase a new tire. Then a week later a piece of metal pierced the inside of the new tire and it needed to be replaced again! The service guy was sympathetic and said he would cover it under road hazard and replace the tire free of charge since the tire was only a week old. Most recently, I brought my car in for an oil change. I did have an appointment, but it was a Saturday and needless to say, the service department was backed up so it took longer than normal. The waiting area is clean and offers plenty of comfortable chairs, a couple of TVs and a Flavia coffee machine to make your wait tolerable. There are also several fast food locations within walking distance if you want to grab something to eat while waiting. I'm one of those people who has my car serviced where I purchased it and my two experiences with the Curry service department have made me a fan. Hopefully, future experiences will keep me a fan. read more

They have a nice waiting area with coffee/tea, TVs, and desks so you can keep yourself busy while they work on your car. This was my first experience at Curry Honda and it will be my last. I would much prefer sitting in rush hour just to make it to Honda Carland or Hennesey Honda. I have had 2 Hondas and am loyal to taking my car to the dealership to get serviced. I now live inside the perimeter so decided to try Curry because of the location and being the closest one around. That was my first mistake..... As soon as I arrive, before I even pull up to the service bay a man flags me car to stop. I thought he was going to give me directions because I had pulled into the wrong entrance before getting to that one. Sadly mistaken. He asks if I need service and I said yes.. and he said, why not a new car. Now, that instantly irritated me. If I came to look for a car, I would have been looking for a car, but I do not have the time or the money to car shop. My car is paid off, yes an older model (2005) but I have kept it in great condition and am in no need of a new car. I proceed to the service bay where I had my scheduled appointment. The man who approached me at the entrance had followed me up to the service bay where I had parked my car, and again asked if he could show me a few cars..... I understand he is a sales person and doing his job, but I am not in the market for a new car. I let him know he was wasting his time, tried to be as polite as I could and walked away. So, for the good. The only reason I gave this rating 2 stars is because as soon as I parked my car, and ditched the salesman, two men came to pop my hood and check my battery. I was in need of a new one and they did it right there, and within 5 minutes. I do not know what other type of service they provide, I was pleased with the speedy battery replacement, but like I said... I will not be back. read more

I call to see if my car is a part of the recall. It is 3. I schedule an appointment with the promise of a free rental 4. I go to the service center to get my car serviced. Here comes the twist 5. I'M TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FREE RENTAL AND THAT THEY'D HAVE TO ORDER THE PART 6. I leave 7. I call to complain about the deceptive business practice they just pulled 8. They "apologize" 9. I'm never going there again. Long story short, they tried to fuck me over and I'm not falling for that shit again. No worries though, I'll be sure to hold the company accountable for lying about a rather serious recall if it leads to injuries. For I was more than happy to take time out of being paid to get this done. I have serviced my car at this dealership 3 times because it is on my way to work and quite convenient. However, every time has been a horrible experience. I will never go there again! During my first visit I needed to repair my tire. I scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I arrived, they couldn't find the appointment in the system and I had to wait as if I did not had an appointment, this resulted in a 3 hour wait. My second visit was for a scheduled oil change and it still took 2 hours. The third visit was for a scheduled 45k inspection and oil change at 3 pm, which would have been around 400$ service and knowing how long it takes then to do anything I requested a loaner (rental car) so I could drop off my car in the afternoon and pickup the next day. Even though I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, it took them 20 min to greet me, then approximately 10 min of explaining the service. After that, I was told that the rental car office is around the corner and they will get me a car in a minute. I waited for 30 min and went to check on the rental. There was no car and no one knew of it. Thankfully, they had a driver that took me to the rental car office where I arranged for my own rental car that I had to pay for. Finally, one hour later, I was on the road and thanks to Honda Curry, I was stuck in traffic... Next day was Friday and knowing Atlanta's traffic I needed to get my car by 2 pm. Also, I had a feeling based on my previous experiences that I should check on the progress. I called the service manager 10 times, he never picked up. Around 12 pm I decided to call the operator and they told me that they have not even looked at my car. They also said that the earliest they can look at my car is in 40 min and that the service should not take longer then 1 hour. Unbelievable, if it only takes 1 hour than It should have been done the day before or at the very least by 12pm the next day! I went there right away and picked up my car that had not been touched!!! What a waste of time and money! What was most disturbing is how unprofessional, disrespectful and rude the service manager was! I will NEVER be back to this place and hopefully Yelpers will learn from my mistakes and avoid this dealership at any cost! read more

I was in for an oil change this morning and was scolded by the service advisor as to why I had not gotten any of my service maintenance done on my car. His name is Thomas Brown and his attitude was horrible he spoke to me like I was a child and then he said go wait down the hall your car will be ready in 45 minutes. This will be the last time I bring my car here for any service and that's sad because I brought the car here brand new over a year ago. It doesn't matter what I needed there is a way you address and speak to people. I would have just left if my car was not already taken back. My experience this morning is less than a 1. I got my car from Honda and my mom got hers a day after. This was May of 2015. We both have 2015 Civic SEs. For the most part, the cars themselves have been wonderful. My mom's car had an issue toward the beginning with her Bluetooth, but they took the car back and got it fixed up. VP was our salesman. He was helpful then and later when I needed information from him. About a week after I got my car I wanted to get the racing stripes off. I went in and it took about 15-20 minutes. I wish I'd noticed while driving off the lot, but the removal of the stripes didn't go cleanly. I had to rub some glue off myself and within a week I noticed there was a spot of paint where it was more matte than sheen. It was from where the stripe was and this spot has been there since. I wasn't going to try to argue an issue like this because I knew that it would have been a lost cause. I just made an appointment online for my second service at Curry. I'd gone to the one in Gwinnett for one and was fairly satisfied. I'll see how this goes. However, when I got my car, I had spoken to The GM and my salesman about services in the future. They both informed me that I can just come in, drop the car off, and all would be fine; I would just have to be willing to wait an hour. No big deal. When I pulled up for my first service a man (sorry, no memory of name) basically reprimanded me by telling me I have to make an appointment. I explained what I was told and was brushed off. I was in my car in the waiting line for at least 20 minutes before everything was sorted out. This time I have made an appointment. I will edit the review as necessary. I bought a used SUV from this dealership and didn't get the extended warranty w/the purchase. I did buy an extended warranty from another company after getting home a day later. After purchasing it, driving a few days and getting it home I started to notice a skip/jump in the vehicle. I called my sales person and left several msgs for him but didn't receive a call back. I then scheduled a service appt. but when I got there they said they couldn't service it because it wasn't a Honda vehicle and for me to contact my sales person. The guy I spoke w/at the service area was very understanding, nice and said I needed to talk to my service guy since I just purchased the vehicle and it should be doing what I said it was doing. I then walked down to the sales area to speak w/my sale guy and he tried to act all surprised that something was wrong w/the vehicle. In my opinion, I think they already knew it was a problem w/the vehicle and just didn't want to have it fixed themselves and hoping the next buyer didn't notice anything. Well, I didn't and the cost of getting it fixed fell upon me sadly to say in the amt of $2800.00. The extended warranty I purchased said it wouldn't pay because it was a pre-existing problem w/the vehicle upon doing an inspection. I will NOT be buying another vehicle from Curry Honda or telling anyone they should go there if this is the kind of used vehicles they are selling to people!!!! I took my car in for an oil change. I waited 2 hours. I did not have an appointment (my fault i know!), but it was longer than Ive waited before. We brought it back at a later date and had several coolants/fluids changed. The service department was fast (all done in one day) and they called to let us know when it was done. They then sent it to the body shop for some cosmetic work. I was told I would be called. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited... 5 days later I called them and nothing had been done on my car yet! Again I was told I would be called when it was ready... 4 days passed and I called and was told to pick it up the next day. We were told we needed some repairs (that were very unexpected) due to an oil leak. We decided to wait (due to the high cost $750+). We went to pick the car up from the diagnostics and the car was sopping wet inside. There was mold growing on the back carpet inside. We called to tell them and they said to bring it in Monday (as it was Friday) and they would look at it. Of course we spent all weekend drying out the car. It was still damp Monday and after running a hose over the exterior of the car they blamed it on a broken piece in the siding.... I would just like to say we do not have a garage and the car sits outside and we have NEVER had ANY leaking. We were told they would order the piece and call me. They never called me..... We took the car somewhere else (Far East Motor Works) and got the repairs needed (stated above for the oil leak) for less than half the price... it was done quickly, and they called when they said they would. Overall I have had good experiences at Honda Dealers... but I will not be returning to this one. I was very disappointed with the overall work and customer service. read more

Being that this is the only Honda dealership ITP this looked to be my only option. I had to bring my Accord in for a break check and ended up badly needing new tires. Oops... my bad. The money that I spent that day snuck up on me so I wasn't too happy. On the other hand, the service that came with my, well... service was fantastic. CJ took care of me when I came in and from the beginning made me feel like I was in good hands and that my car was going to be well taken care of. Quick turn around and my car was as good as new. I'm now happy this is the closest location to me and that I get to return next time I need work done on my car. Fair prices, quick and great service as well as on point customer service. I came into Curry Honda one afternoon after carmax suggested their prices on some body work may be higher than a dealership. I was approached by the Curry service advisor, Tala Sar. I have always been skeptical of dealerships due to their strong arm tactics and high prices. I was surprised that Tala offered the most cost-effective way to get the problem fixed and he did so in an efficient and affable manner. The service he provided to me was so good that Ieft curry honda feeling bit shocked. It's great to know that there really are some people out there like Tala who are actually trying to make an effort in their job and serve the customer in the best way possible. read more

My family has been coming here for 20+ yrs! We bought our Odyssey and our Accord here! We bring them here for regular service and have always had positive experiences! I use their Service Dept. to handle all our emission testing needs. I usually wait on the service, enjoying the free WiFi, complimentary coffee and access to their quiet conference room for work on my laptop. The service reps are always attentive and friendly! They are careful to explain what service was completed and any additional service they recommend. The reps are not pushy and are fine if you are not interested in the optional services. I will continue to come here for the life of my cars and will look here1st when I am in the market for my next Honda! read more

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was sent a confirmation email with the wrong date and time. After calling, I was told that I in fact have no appointment at all. I made a new appointment for an oil change and had to wait for over 2 hours while they serviced my car! Worst experience, will not be returning for any maintenance. This is not the first time Curry Honda has dropped the ball either, while applying for my lease I had "been given the wrong paperwork to sign" and had to drive 30+ min to resign papers over a month later. A disappointing experience especially when buying a new car..... I bought a new 2015 Honda Fit about two months ago from this dealership, and was really please with the dealer that sold me my car. However, I noticed there were scratches on the door panel and oil fingerprints on the ceiling of the car interior. Not really please since this was a new car, but they fixed them both for free. Then I noticed the car didn't have the factory car mats, and I told the dealer about this and he told me they're not included. He then called me back a few days later and told me he has them for me. So I had to drive back to the dealership multiple times to get my car fixed and get the mats that should've been in the car already. After these were fixed, I received 3 - 4 phone calls asking how I liked my new car, if the dealer provided good service and if I had any issues. After the first call, this was appreciated because I understand they want to provide the best customer service, but after the third and fourth call, it got really annoying and overbearing. She would ask me the same questions and I remembered her name, but she would tell me that she hasn't called me before because she wrote it in her notes. Maybe she should learn how to write notes properly! Very, very annoying and it was like receiving telemarketing calls all the time! I wonder if this is the reason they have so many good reviews on Google because they pester customers to provide good reviews constantly. Overall, I thought my buying experience here could've been a lot better, as I had much more positive experiences buying a Honda in other states. I can't recommend going to any other Honda dealership, but my experience was disappointing. If you buy a car from this dealership, beware they will call a dozen times for good reviews!! read more

So guess what $32000 gets you? A non working Air Conditioner.... if you want a new car from Curry Honda expect to sweat A LOT! Air conditioners are not covered under warranty. The part costs $143 but they wanted to charge me $627. When I pressed them they offered a 20% discount. Buying a car from Curry Honda is an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't step foot on their property for anything. Edit: so I've uncovered more news!!! The Honda Air Condenser issue has been on going for 10 years now with class action lawsuits filed and awarded for up to 40 million dollars! Since Honda knows this happens to 5,000 Honda's a year then sadly the truth must be told.... they used to charge $3,000 to fix the AC condenser but now charge $600-$700. The part costs $143 or $148 dollars and takes 9 minutes to install. Honda is making an extra $3,135,000 off its customers a year by purposely including the design flaw in their vehicles. I'll update this review as more info unfolds but I plan on pursuing this as far as possible. Added: October 10th- Honda corporate has agreed to install the AC condenser on their dime after 3 days of putting up with sweating in a new car. They even set me up with a rental for $50 through Enterprise. What a joke. I dropped off my car to Jason this morning at 9am. He didn't say one word to me. Poorest experiences of any dealership I've been to. Quoted me the lowest price for the specific vehicle that I was looking for, only to pull a switch on me when I arrived saying they were referring to the cheaper model. Now quoting me 2,000 more than their competitors. Had a minor accident and took it back to curry Honda for repairs. It took them a month to get the parts and fix my vehicle. I had to spend 2 months going back and forth trying to get them to resolve the problem. Came back a few months later to get the oil changed and I stood there in the service area for over 15 minutes before anyone even said hello. My 2016 civic is great, but curry Honda's customer service is absolute shit. read more

I recently purchased 4 new tires with a warranty. one was damaged and I had no issues having it replaced, I went back today because my back tire completely tore. I was initially told that I needed both back tires replaced and an alignment but the warranty would only cover one tire. I agreed then I was told that the tires on my car were not the tires I purchased and neither would be covered. I was also told by the service manager, Sergio Torres, that there was nothing he could do to help me because one of the tires was from 2017, my car is a 2019. I've never had a bad experience prior to this but I was very dissatisfied with how dismissive they were about resolving the issue. I left without a resolution. read more

Sarah Stewart is the best ever!!!!! I only deal with her in the service department. I've had nothing but awesome experiences here at Curry Honda where I also bought my car from. Sarah is always friendly, smiling, and informative. She's very helpful with helping me get appointments that work with my job schedule. She definitely provides me with service excellence each and every time I speak or see her. She makes sure to give me detailed explanations of the work being done or needed. Any issues that come up she resolves immediately even if she needs a manager to get involved. It's great to always have a friendly smile greeting you upon arriving. Curry Honda is amazing! Currently, I own a 2012 Honda Civic. I started going to curry Honda back in August for my previous oil change. As soon as I got there, the staff was attentive to my needs, and pleasant to work with. I also did not wait long for car back. In addition, I got into a car accident back in October of this year. The service Dept gets two stars, maybe one depending on how the return call i get from the manager goes. I took my car in for an oil change and a SRS diagnostic, nearly three hours later (and only because I prompted service rep and his boss), i get my car back with no oil change sticker in the window, and no explanation for the LONG wait, whats the point of making an appt. I did not get the impression from the young man who helped me that my concerns were his concern. July 15th-Update....recieved an outstanding call today from Ms Tasha Davis, customer service rep, she was extremely proffessional and explained everything, addressed my concerns, will mail the sticker to my residence, provide a free oil change for the next visit and ensures that I won't have to wait extended hours in the future. My husband, toddler son and I had a great experience buying a Honda Odyssey at Curry Honda with the help of Anthony Davis. Anthony Davis was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, is friendly and was accommodating of my two year old son (my son got a fun coloring book with crayons from the experience) and best of all for us, he didn't pressure us, just provided us with asked information to help us make a good decision. I'm also including my husband's detailed write up of our experience. We went to Curry Honda to check out the 2016 Honda Odyssey. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and after a short wait were able to see the vehicle. We worked with a salesman, Anthony Davis, who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. With Anthony's help we were able to thoroughly assess the Honda's features and how they would work for our family. Anthony was able to answer every question we had, and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Anthony gave us a very competitive price--they were very motivated to move their 2016 inventory so it was a good time for us to buy. Ultimately, we went with a Honda because it was the best vehicle in the segment. We went with Curry Honda because they gave us a good deal and because Anthony did an excellent job. Downsides for us were that the building is a little cramped and lacking in the perks that other dealerships have in their showrooms. Also, the business manager tried to push a bunch of expensive extended warranties and a financing package that was worse than what our bank offered. Unfortunately, this is par for the course for car dealerships so I don't hold it specifically against Curry Honda. I would encourage all car buyers to understand that a car is a major purchase--do your homework on financing, accessories, warranties, MSRP vs actual prices, etc. before you even walk in to give yourself the upper hand. To his credit, the Business manager moved on and helped us to wrap up quickly once we made it clear we would be financing through our own bank. All in all, purchasing from Curry Honda was a positive experience because they delivered where it really counted, on price and in helping us to get the info we needed about the vehicle. read more

Went to Curry Honda due to my lease was about to end on my Acura and wanted to look at the Honda Accord. As soon as my husband and I pulled up, we were greeted by Grace. Grace was pleasant and patient and even though she had other customers to come in, she was multi tasking well. I did end up leasing the Accord and Grace went over everything in detail. She even followed up with me on the spare key they needed to have replaced for me. Chuck Hayden handled my finance and I even spoke with Calvin who was very nice. The only complaint I have is the Sales Department was a bit cluttered due to so many salespeople being in there. However, everyone that walked by us spoke to us. Decent experience. read more
