I was visiting family in Killeen and I was craving sushi. There wasn't much choice in the area and my cousin said this place was decent. We ordered a Mozzarella Korean dog, Sashimi B plate, Catapillar Roll, Rainbow Roll, and a Salmon Bento box. My cousin enjoyed her bento box. The rainbow roll however, didn't get its colors they forgot the sushi pieces that goes on top. The Korean dog was pretty decent, not the best I've had but decent. The sashimi B plate wasn't worth getting. I think it's cause I ordered it to go and they placed it on top of hot food so it didn't taste so good when we got home. I've visited a few times since my last review. I just picked up some takeout poke. I still really enjoy their poke, even with the slight price increase. I think it's worth checking out, especially compared to K1. K1 has a nice atmosphere, but the prices don't quite match the portion sizes. I'll definitely get my fill here. read more

My first time coming here with my boyfriend we ordered takeout right when we got there we received service immediately which I appreciate so much! I ordered the combination poke bowl with the Diablo roll both contain raw tuna. Both were tasty but I did add my spicy mayo when I got home just needed a little more flavor in my poke, My boyfriend ordered the chicken cupbop which comes with rice & veggies fried chicken is tossed in a sweet & sour kind of sauce he enjoyed it along with his crunch munch roll! I'm giving this place 4 stars because it was a little messy inside you can tell that they're understaffed which can be an inconvenience if you have a large party! We asked the person for some soy sauce and she pointed to the counter. We thought it odd that she didn't bring it to us since she went, sat and was on her device. I thought the ramen looked a lot like it was from a can. The chicken bits were small and the green onions were sparse. I thought the ramen and rice were bland. Ordered several different items off of the menu, all ranged from good to excellent. Everything was ready quickly. Only ding is the Philly roll we received was slightly sad looking and while it was good, it wasn't great. Visited the town and wanted something local , found this gem in Yelp. The restaurant was new and very well kept . The food came out fast and hot . The chicken cupbob was very tasty , we even got a second order to go . The yakisoba was not spectacular and didn't compare to the cupbob which would definitely be ordered again . I gave them another chance. I remember the first time I tried this restaurant last year. That time it was very good, clean restaurant and the people were shy but friendly. I was there today, and when I walked in, no one said a thing. I get it, ok, it wasn't busy, there was only two other people in the restaurant. I stand there looking at the menu, ordered and I'm immediately turned off by the receipt. Why do you have to tip someone for taking your order? I looked for the sweet tea, but it was empty. I asked the cashier if they had any other tea in the back, he said that he didn't know. I asked the guy making the sushi the same thing, he just looked at me like I was from Mars. I get my spring rolls first, they are dripping in grease and the peanut sauce is thick and almost lumpy. My salmon poke came out, and I was surprised at the amount of salmon that I was given, more than usual. I soon found out why. It wasn't fresh and they were probably trying to get rid of it. We went here for lunch today. Most reviews said the place was quiet and for it being between 12 and 1. We were the only people there. Prices were cheap and plates were minimal. I enjoyed the spicy tuna and it was very fresh. The spicy pork was more sweet than spicy but was tender. The scallop roll was to cheesy and also had a overly sweetness. There are plenty of different sushi rolls and other noodle dishes on the menu and I plan on trying a few soon. You order at the counter and have a seat in a fast food type dining area. We ordered gyoza it was good my kids really enjoyed it, my son got the chicken cupbob it tasted pretty good but the breading was completely falling off right when you touch it. I was not that impressed with the sushi rolls, on some of the rolls the rice was loose and falling apart once it hit the soy sauce so that was a little disappointing. I thought the crab roll would come with real crab since it was $13, but they serve it with imitation crab. They were pretty much the same kind except the spider roll had fried crab inside. The first time I tried this restaurant, I ordered takeout. I've been truly missing high-quality sushi since moving to central Texas, so I've been on the hunt for quite a while. I tried three rolls, including the cherry blossom, and they all seemed fairly priced. When I got home, much to my delight, I opened the containers and found three gorgeous, fish, heavy, large rolls. All three were outstanding. My second trip I decided to dine in house. Service was great, it is your own drink kind of place, and the surroundings were very comfortable. Again I ordered three rolls, and when they were delivered to my table, they were exactly as I now have come to expect. So good that I believe this will now become my weekly spoil stop. read more

Its not marinated chicken just literally broiled chicken with drizzled teriyaki sauce on top. Cupbop tower was better than the one from little toyko restaurant IMO. Beef udon- probably the worst combination of unflavored dried out slivered meat and floury noodle I ever had. Ordered a chicken teriyaki cupbob grilled it was definitely boiled. No flavoring at all, super hard to swallow as well as the sauce was in a separate cup and it was laid on wilted browning lettuce. We tried to get someone's attention, but they completely ignored us. No one said, "just a moment", or informed us that they even knew, or cared that we were trying to patronize their business. I few months back I order the pork bento, it look seasoned but no flavor was there and it was cold. This time I order chicken teriyaki cupbop. I got unseasoned chicken on top of rice with a little cup of teriyaki sauce on the side. I did not enjoy this meal. Most of the time teriyaki chicken is cooked with the teriyaki or at least seasoned and grill. but to each their own. It was fast service and restaurant looks clean.
