I will say it was delicious, the rolls look small on appearance, but are quite deceiving we were full off of just two rolls , and the spicy pork Cupbop was really good The pork had an amazing taste , that left you wanting more. read more

With me being from Hawaii and my husband being stationed there and recently moving here, our love for sushi has been hard to find. Until my husband and I decided to check this place out yesterday for lunch. I'm so glad we did because the sushi was AMAZING!!! We walked into a very clean, spacious and welcoming eatery. We were created nicely by a young man who would also be taking our order. He was very patient with us since it was our fist time being there. We ordered shrimp fried, Diablo and the super tempura. He kindly showed us where to grab cups for beverage, napkins and our eating utensils. With the restaurant being so open, finding a table to sit at was easy. When we went in, it wasn't crowded or anything, just a few people enjoying their food with their families. I would estimate our wait time for our food was no more than ten to twelve minutes at most. Everything was fresh from the seafood in the sushi to the vegetables in the fried rice. While eating I noticed an older individual sanitizing and bussing the tables after everyone that left. The food tasted amazing. The Diablo roll was my ultimate favorite, I can truly do that lol be one thing that I won't get tired of eating. There's to big flat screens as well to watch tv while you eat, a large bottles beverage selection, bathrooms and a great amount of seating. Crunch munch roll is superb! I have already ordered food from here three times and I have liked it every time. I ordered the baked scallops for my mother (who doesn't like sushi) and she loved it. I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! My favorite menu item is definitely the cupbop, and every time I go I always order one even if it's just for takeout. On top of that, the other foods are equally as amazing. I go to this restaurant frequently and the employees are very friendly and it's a great establishment to get work done, have a good meal with friends, or simply just chill for a bit. We were looking for something new and healthy as well. We love this place. Comfortable chairs and nice atmosphere. We got Chicken Bibimbop, combination tuna and salmon Poke bowl, and Volcano Roll and Crunch Munch Roll. It was all fresh and delicious. So glad we found this place and we ll be back. read more

Currently my favorite place to eat in Killeen (I go there waaaay too much). I like everything I've ordered, except for the shrimp tempura (expensive) and the ramen (bland...but probably a kitchen error). It's never packed (they seem to do a lot of take out) and you get your order pretty quickly. The bulgogi can be hit and miss sometimes, but the bento is HUGE. I'm not a poké expert, but I like what they have. Plus it's cheaper than the tiny bowl at H-E-B. read more

Best sushi around here and namis are my favorite for sushi so much flavor so good. Chicken Cupbop is delicious most places they give you all breading and no chicken not here, you actually get meat. Rice is plain. I definitely recommend eating inside while it's fresh I've ate inside twice and did DoorDash once the DoorDash order was wrong and nasty and you don't get the full portion of sushi with Togo even though you pay full price. read more

Yelp reviewers, I can not trust you because you have very bad taste and led me astray with this one. Fried rice- tried the chicken and veggie-main flavor is butter/oil, hardly any soy sauce or any other flavor. Kind of taste like my own poor attempts on fried rice which are very bad. The veggie rice has almost no veggies maybe 4 quarter size pieces of broccoli amd a few tiny flecks or carrot amd onion. The chicken in the chicken fried rice tastes unseasoned, unsalted and tastes like it is a precooked frozen chicken breast from a bag. One sushi roll I got was doused in what seems to be franks red hot brand chili sauce, thats all you can taste. Gyoza tasted good and the service was prompt. read more

It wasn't clear what the process was - whether it was self service or a server was assigned. I was brought a salad but had to get my own utensils and ask whether I needed to get my own tea. The rolls were poorly wrapped and the fish didn't taste fresh. The server brought soy sauce but then I had to explain what type of bowl I needed to pour it into. This place is amazing, such a hidden gem! They opened in the middle of COVID, then the winter snow storm hit and affected some nearby businesses so we walked in with an open mind and patience but ended up with the best sushi we've had in a long time! The workers were extremely polite and the rolls we ordered were all so flavorful, well constructed, fresh and just overall amazing! They were prepared in a timely manner as well. We haven't been thrilled with sushi options in the surrounding Killeen area since Shogun in Copperas Cove went under new management (we've tried them all) but I can confidently say this is our new go to spot! We ordered ours to go but the restaurant environment was clean, relaxed with open seating and several large TVs and the staff was great! We can't wait to go back and try more! My husband's favorite was the Seoul Roll, I recommend the Hot Night although it was a tough choice since we LOVED them all. The dumplings and fried rice were awesome! It's almost a 4 star. You have to scoop miso soup for yourself which is strange and a little unsanitary. They gave a generous amount of edamame.
