I purchased a dozen cookies from Kitty's Kakery to be delivered to my parent's house in North Carolina. The cookies were delivered in the cutest box and packaged so well. I called just this morning (Thursday) and first impression was perfect because they answered before the third ring. The person who answered was very friendly and professional. I needed a last minute gender reveal cake by Saturday 2 days out! I was put on hold to speak to the owner so she can confirm if this was a possibility. She was lovely and said she could do it for me since I will be coming in from out of state. I didn't realize how busy cake shops can be and how much you have to try to get a hold of them. I was so impressed how fast and friendly this place was. I placed an order a few days before my party and the cake was beautifully made the detail work was all precise and most of all the flavor was so delicious and moist . Katherine made me a strawberry cake with cream cheese and fresh strawberry filling . This cake was gone in 15 min not a crumb left . What's better than delicious cupcakes? Delicious vegan and gluten free options...I'm neither but she told me if I let her know how I liked them she would tell me which were which (obviously she will tell you if you ask for vegan or gluten free...I'm just that skeptic who refuses to believe they taste as good as the gluten filled non-vegan options). They change their selection monthly I believe but I've never seen a bad option in their displays...plus she does custom orders!
