This is my husbands favorite brisket pho because the broth is so flavorful. I ALWAYS get the shredded chicken bahn mi.

Our go to pho spot in the area! Quality is good and service is fast! We always eat in, but I usually see people do pick up/take out. The brisket pho, lemongrass beef banh mi (sandwich), and a Thai iced tea are always what I order! I've had the chicken banh mi also, which is good but I just like the flavor in the beef one more! read more

I really wanted to like this place because of the great reviews, but unfortunately that wasn't the case for me. The short lady taking orders was quite rude. No hospitality whatsoever. I greeted her with, "Hello, how you doing?" A simple hello back would've shown some kindness, but instead I got a flat, "What can I get you?" Even after I said thank you when she took my order, there was no response. As I sat and waited for my food, a few more customers came in to order and pick up, and she treated every single one of them the same way. If you hate your job that much, just quit. I'm sure someone out there would be grateful to take your position. Now to the food. I ordered brisket pho and the broth was too sweet--likely from too much rock sugar. I tried adding condiments like chili sauce and fish sauce, but it was still too sweet. I would've been okay with that, however, when I got home my stomach immediately started hurting and I ended up with diarrhea. I'm not sure if it was the broth itself or the chili sauce and fish sauce that sit on the table, but it definitely didn't sit well with me. read more

Love their pho. Would recommend this place. I wish they had more meat selections for the pho like oxtail or beef rib.

This place has to be the most authentic food in this area. They have everything to pho, banh mi, cold dessert, boba, teas. Your one stop for everything to fill your palette. The owner is such a sweet women. The front lady was such a good vibe. Such sweet welcoming. Lots of places are not given enough credit. I hope this post will boost their business. This is the meal when you're sick or just need some comfort food. This will be the spot to be for the weekly food meals. I hope they offer uber eats or delivery service because this cannot be missed. I can't wait to come visit again and support their business. Have a wonderful day thank you for making my tummy and heart full read more

Food is amazing, the boba hit the spot too. Amazing service from the lady up front! Whenever I go to new places I ask servers what they would recommend. The #12 is what she pointed out, then the ambiance while sitting there is comforting. Definitely a hidden gem! W Taiwan. read more

I can't give it a one so I give it a zero, there was rat droppings near where they prepared the food, I found hair inside of my sandwich and the cooks are extremely rude. I highly recommend never going to this restaurant unless you want to have a horrible experience. read more

The best bubble tea and bahmi are soooo good !!! The bah mix are huge and delicious and the pho isn't half bad either

I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to for this. I've been here a handful of times and every time was usually good, but this time I got a sandwich to go and what I got was a soggy mess. Honestly this doesn't even look like banh mi. They put wayyy too much sauce and everything was just wet and falling apart. Also there was barely any cucumber, cilantro, or jalapenos. It looks nothing like the pictures so I think that whoever is making the sandwiches should get trained better. I feel like everytime i go here, the quality of the sandwiches just get worse. read more

I made it here with my Mom. She treated me for Pho and later i ordered a Banh mi sandwich to go. I got their Bistro signature Banh Mi. As for our Pho we both ordered the Signature bowl. The broth is pretty good. Deep delicious broth. There's only three kinds, steak, Meatball or brisket. Not bad. I'll return to try their other stuff. They have boba drinks, macarons, cakes and bao. read more

Got bahn mi and boba. Both good and flavorful. Very small place and customer service wasn't great. Would eat again for sure read more

Really impressed with the quality of food and drinks received as well as the service. The bahn mi's we tried were #1 and #2 the special with pork roll and char sui and the grilled pork. Both were great, we especially enjoyed the baguette. All ingredients were extremely fresh. We also tried a bowl of special pho with all 3 meats. We had it all to go and I was happy with the way they pack everything. Also tried one boba drink a slushy strawberry which was good. They have a very extensive drink selection which Id like to try a few more in the future. I'd definitely go back for the bahn mi and pho and would be excited to try other items on their menu as well. Best prices around as well. I've already told several people about trying this place! read more

sadly they fired the entire previous crew that worked there, and ever since then the food has insanely worse quality than before. I used to go here weekly since it was so good. and the food taste and quality was always consistent. but recently I've gotten watered down pho, spoiled ph multiple times, and pho where the broth just wasn't correct at all. it's genuinely disappointing since it was so good before, I no longer go here due to the drop in quality. read more

Grilled pork bahn min is out of this world. 11/10 stars. Their tea is also amazing, which is pretty uncommon when it comes to these sorts of restaurants. I'm going to hold off on my opinion of the pho until I give it another shot. Staff are fun to chat with. read more

Don't get my wrong food was delicious but customer service was terrible. Waited 25+ minutes for drinks and when I went to go ask they told me they forgot about our drinks. I told them I'd rather have a refund because I had an appointment to be somewhere else but she reassured me it'll only be 3 minutes. Got one drink and the other drink we were still waiting and when I asked again she looked over at her coworker and asked her why she didn't make it. Didn't shake our drinks well and forgot our boba. Very disappointing because like I said the food was good. Mind you it wasn't even busy..... read more

Came back after 10 months to find portions are again smaller with less meat and they again raised the price to 14-15 dollars for a bowl of pho. read more

My mom could not stop talking about this place, so she took me to check it out. First impression... it's super cute and the menu is expansive and full of all my favorite things! We ordered the Bistro Signature sandwich and I got a Thai Tea with boba. The sandwich was pretty good and the bread was nice and crispy. Jalapenos were also fresh and spicy! The thai tea was good, I asked for 50% sugar, but I wasn't a fan of the boba. It was very soft like it was overcooked. I previously worked at a boba shop for over a year, so I'm a little picky about my boba. Overall, I think it's a cute place and I'd love to go back and try some more items on their menu! read more

Came for their soft opening a with my husband and as soon as you enter you are welcomed by everyone in the restaurant and the place looked so cute and friendly to sip on some delicious boba tea. We ordered two bahn mi sandwich's and they were good, but the one thing I would complain about was the bread being extremely toasted that every bite scraped my gums. Next time I would just request the bread not to be overly toasted. I also ordered the Thai tea which was absolutely delicious and my husband got the mangonada. He couldn't finish his drink while we were there because it was a slushy, so after we got home it watered down he said it was more enjoyable to drink. He also ordered the mousse chocolate cake, but the mousse was either whipped too much or not enough because it was stiff. read more

Service was Great. Banh Mi - 7/10 Egg roll - 1/10 (they are not fresh so I can not give them an accurate score. The egg roll was pre made, was sitting in a heat lamp, and was soggy) Avocado Smoothie - 6/10 taste was great however it had too much ice. It's suppose to be creamy and smooth. Banh Mi was delicious, Pho was pretty good. Service was pretty good. The store itself was decently sized but it was not enough seating.

My new favorite Vietnamese spot in town. Got the brisket pho, and a lemongrass beef Bahn mi. The pho was a great portion, good amount of brisket compared to most places. Broth was super flavorful. Bahn mi tasted so fresh. Prices were also good, especially for how flavorful the food was. Lady in the back whipping that sh*t up fr on god no cap. read more

I'm a regular customer and eat here quite often. But today was the worst experience ever, I arrived with my coworkers for lunch as I am an educator. I ordered the number 4 and asked for information about the milk tea. She couldn't answer any of my questions. I ordered the lemonade instead. The front cashier took my order and I kindly paid. Thirty minutes later my coworkers ate and finished their food. I still didn't have my food. I went to the bathroom when I left the bathroom a bowl of soup (Pho) was on the table. I told the cashier that I didn't order the pho. I ordered number 4. Then the cashier goes and tell her coworkers I said pho . I said," no, I ordered the number 4. I said, if I ordered pho then why did you charge me for the number 4. She never apologized for the mistake and kept blaming me for the mistake. Later on in the day, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I explained my situation long and behold the manager was the cashier that didn't take my order correctly. She remembered the situation and told me that it's not her fault that Baguette Bisto didn't train her. I just hung up because this is going no where. I love the restaurant but don't love it enough to put up with this. I'll be back to the restaurant once the manager/cashier is gone because with an attitude like this . She will be fired due to a lot of complaints that I witnessed myself today. She don't know anything and her explanation for everything is I'm new and it's not my fault I did receive any training. Ugh. read more
