She seemed amused that my daughter and I were watching a goofy YouTube show and tried to politely bring us food without interrupting, though she was no interruption at all. Good service. I ordered a rainbow roll and miso soup at 12:30 lunch. Very small soup. Soup was meh. Very small water glasses. I guess they don't mind refilling them. My rainbow roll fell apart when I picked it up. The California roll middle just fell out the bottom. They didn't roll tight enough. Some rolls had giant pieces of cucumber others were matchsticks. In my opinion, the inedible shrimp tail does not belong on the sushi roll. There is no soy sauce on the table and they give you a very small portion of soy sauce for your roll in a little dish. The lighting is so dim I got out my phone to look at the menu. This isn't the place to order sushi. If I had to eat here again, I would order the Korean options. It was almost hidden but easy to get to. Parking was also easy but it's not a huge parking lot so space would be limited if it gets packed. They are located next to a Starbucks. But once you enter it's a cozy restaurant with really friendly staff. Lots of TVs on both sides of the restaurant, some playing K-POP, others the news, or sports. We went for lunch so the TV was really loud listening to the depressing news. I would've rather listened to some K-POP while enjoying our food. We ordered the K20-Bibimbap and the K14-Orange Chicken. Before receiving our plates we each got miso soup which was delicious and then enjoyed our two plates that we ordered. The Bibimbap was fresh and flavorful it is a must have. We came here for a quick stop a few weeks ago and the place was packed. We had to wait a few for sushi but the customer service was great and the menu options were plentiful. My husband got the calamari it kinda looked like onion rings, came with a sauce but didn't have much flavor in the batter which fell off once you bit into them. He also ordered the Ramon and said it was really good. My son loved his miso soup and his salmon role. I had a role can't remember the name was fine not super awesome but not bad, but took a photo for y'all. I had the pho and thought it was good and didn't have the sweetness that many have which I love. I ordered it without onions but got loads of onions :( . Cute little sushi restaurant! If you choose to dine in, they start off with a complimentary miso soup and that hits the spot. Their fish is fresh and rice was cooked perfectly. We had their avocado appetizer and that was like an unrolled sushi roll. So yummy. Their ramen is flavorful as well but I would recommend ordering it while dining in. Or if you order Togo just make sure you pick it up and don't use a food delivery service. The noodles soak up the broth so by the time it finally gets to you, a lot of the broth is soaked in to the noodles. It is still really good and flavorful. Fast-friendly service, you are greeted when you walk right in and can sit anywhere you would like. Price is fair for the amount of food that is given. I ordered sesame chicken, and to my surprise the chicken came bone-in instead of boneless like all the sesame chicken plates that I have ordered from previous places. It was new for me, but it did taste pretty good. I also ordered California sushi roll, it came with a lot of crab, though fresh, I wish it came with a balance of more vegetables like slightly bigger pieces of cucumber and avocado to give it that amazing taste-ratio instead of having just slithers of it. It tasted fresh, but I have had better. Lastly, I ordered mochi green tea ice cream. Not a fan of having my dessert dribbled with chocolate syrup from the start on the ice cream, to each its own but it tasted good. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. I received a notification from my bank about an overcharge and I was shock to see it was from then. They took the Liberty to give themselves a nice tip without my permission and I feel very unsettle about this specially because they did not give me a recipe to have as proof. I haven't had much luck finding Vegan options here in Killeen while eating out. This place was pretty good at meeting my needs. I went there for some "sushi" and "spring roll" and that's exactly what I got. I had them replace the crab meat with carrots on the Catterpillar roll and no Eel or eel sauce. I had the spring roll made without shrimp and adding avocado as veggies. It was pretty tasty. It made me feel very comfortable seeing the chef change his gloves to prepare my order.
