When we first walked in, I was confused with how to order. I recall the workers at the desk told me to order and pick a seat. I went ahead and ordered for my Mother, my Father and me for their Pho Bowls. I also ordered two orders of their Cha Gio (fried egg rolls). We bought the large size bowls and they were the perfect size. My parents love eating Pho and we were all impressed with this restaurant. Coming from California as Pho being the most popular retaurants, we have yet to find a good one in Killeen Texas. We found this spot and we now making it our favorite Pho restaurant. Very good authentic Vietnamese Phở. My family got egg rolls, and two large combination beef phở. We were pleasantly surprised with how great it tasted broth was clear, the fresh veggie platter was nice. First you go to the counter and order your foods and pay and they'll deliver them to your seat! As I'm vegetarian I was looking for the vegetarian menu! Happy to find it. But unfortunately they don't have vegetarian pho as all broth is based on beef although it was on the vegetarian menu. When I asked the staff, they didn't like it as it tastes very bland... as a vegetarian person, that's a very sad answer. If they put the menu there I'd want them to make food with confidence and pride because of that losing one star from me. There's a way to make it delicious and amazing as I had some other places. This food is usually great. The building is kind of gross and old but you know it's OK. Bathroom is always a little sketchy. And most of the time my service is fine. But today I ordered takeout. They said it would be ready in about five minutes. I drove down took me about five minutes. When I got there, they told me they were out of the thing that I had ordered. After I drove down, they didn't ask for my name they didn't ask for my information on the phone when they took the order and when I got there, they didn't have any food ready and offered nothing in regards to a solution. Definitely a bang for your buck. Ordered two large bowls of a custom pho, pho bo vien, sach, gan no hanh(onion) and pho sach. Came out to $24.00 total. For extra noodles it will cost less than $3.00. The portions are worth it, I've been to Pho Ha and they give you a large bowl but give small portions of everything(noodles, meat, broth, etc. Pho Saigon is a step up for sure from Pho Ha in Riverside California. We ordered seafood soup, white chicken soup and crunchy egg rolls to go. The order was to be ready in 10 minutes: it was hot and ready to go! Every vegetable pkg separately and plenty of hot chicken broth and hot rice noodles. The seafood was overcooked, but the chicken was tender and they included fish sauce for the egg rolls which were perfection. We will be back: good portions and overall delicious. Posted a review over a year ago. This is still my favorite place for Vietnamese vermicelli bowls! The dining area is nothing spectacular but the food is very good, traditional and very fairly priced! And the guys are always friendly. They don't necessarily, wait on tables, it's an order, sit down and get up and ask if ya need something. Been going here for years different owners. All I got to say it's been along time I've had bad service here. The waitress were lost bringing out food to wrong tables. I ordered to plates to go while we ate our soup. When I went to the counter to grab it the guy behind the counter was rude usually they bring it to the table but the waitress said I had to get it from the counter no problem but like I said the guy behind the counter made me go stand in the line and wait for food I already paid for. It sucks that we get treated like it's our fault that they have to do there job. Then you over here them talk about folks don't tip. Well when they don't do nothing why expect a tip! read more

I came here several times during the 2.5 weeks I was here, mainly because it was closer than driving further into Killeen for lunch. The food usually comes out really quickly too. Their food is not bad, but also not great. At least the pho comes with basil and good amount of meat. I always go with my usual: meat balls and beef eye round pho, regular spring rolls, grilled pork spring rolls, and Vietnamese ice milk coffee. The service here is not one of the friendliest or decent that you would get. As a matter of fact, it's kinda fitting in with the location that they're in. One time the power went out in the restaurant after we've already placed our order. Our waiter started cussing while going on and on loudly in the middle of the restaurant about what happened down the street that caused the power to go out. He was speaking in Vietnamese, and probably didn't think any of the customers was Vietnamese to understand him, regardless, talking loudly and cussing while working is not exactly ideal service or attitude to the restaurant's patrons. read more

Order and pay at the front before you find yourself a table. There is no service after they bring your order. Food was okay..typical traditional hole in the wall Vietnamese food. But...this restaurant is dirty. Just don't look up at the ceiling. It was early lunch time, yet the tables were sticky and condiment containers haven't been wiped in a while. The table next to us asked the guy politely if they could move to another table because their table was sticky and he was mad. I already felt the first guy at the order counter wasn't friendly, but to see this just shows there is no customer service. Best pho in town? Guess that doesn't mean anything in this town since there are not many choices for Vietnamese food here. The one next street down seemed overall better. read more
