White rice and sides that came with the caramelized shrimp.

I originally went there for pho with my friends, but ended up trying the caramelized shrimp. It was amazing!! I went back another time and ordered the fried shrimp in butter in addition to the caramelized shrimp. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were polite and knowledgeable about the food.

The pho was quite tasty, and the add-ins were great. Sauces were readily accessible on the table and they had Sriracha! My husband was a little sad they didn't have chili oil on the table because he likes things spicy. My Taro boba was a tad lackluster in flavor, and the boba was all stuck together making it difficult to consume. I don't think I'll order boba in future. My only serious complaint is about the watered down hand soap in the women's restroom. No business should do that, especially if the employees use the same restroom as the public.

The food is absolutely delicious it's the best I've tasted so far. The service is great and the atmosphere is outstanding.

Restaurants shouldn't be judged by whether or not they ever make mistakes, they should be judged by how they handle them when they inevitably do. That's why I'm giving this place 4 out of 5 stars even though they got dang near everything wrong during our visit, lol. I'm honestly sorry to say I don't recall the servers name but we visited around 2pm on 8/1/20. She was super nice and brought us our waters very quickly as we sat down. We chatted her up a little and told her how I was on vacation from the East Coast and we were having a "best friend" visit for the week. She admired our manicures and took our order. We began with Thai Teas without boba. When it came to the table and we realized we had been served Thai Teas with boba. I've had boba, not a fan. My friend hadn't so she tried it and didn't mind it but she isn't the type to send anything back, so I did the speaking up for her. When I told our server she apologized brought us the correct things we ordered. She did this with a smile and the apology was clearly sincere. She let us keep the ones with boba, too. For our lunches we ordered two large bowls of pho, one with rare beef and one with shrimp (anyone who knows me knows which one was for me - and it wasn't the shrimp!!). The vegetables (bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, etc...) came to the table right before the pho came out, naturally, but there was only one tiny little spring of basil on each of our plates with literally two leaves on each of them. What a bummer!! My friend, remember the one who doesn't like to send things back or point out anything that's wrong? She felt bad for taking me somewhere that was turning out to be sorta disappointing. But not to worry, when the server came back to the table a moment later I showed her the basil and asked for more, and she apologetically accommodated us once again. Then the pho's came out. As they were set down and the server walked away we realized we had been served two rare beefs. My friend doesn't do beef. Again, when she returned I politely pointed out the mistake. It was at this point that she laughed, apologized, and said our meals were on the house. That was not necessary, as I felt a discount would have sufficed, but it was nevertheless very much appreciated. The food itself was wonderful and her stellar attitude more than made up for the gaffs. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in town. This place was great.

This is the best place to eat authentic Vietnamese food. The prices are so affordable and you get such LARGE portion sizes! There is no where else i would go besides Pho 9 for amazing food and lovely service. Each person who works here has shown so much hospitality and kindness each time i visit. I live in Austin, but i travel often to eat here and they always remember me and make me feel at home. The entire establishment is immaculate, the dining room is always so clean and neat every time i visit.

This is my third time to Pho 9 and I've been disappointed each time. The pho broth is good but the meat (I've had beef well done and rare and meatballs over the 3 times) and every time I was disappointed. Especially the well done beef. They gave all of these terrible pieces that I couldn't chew and had to spit out. I'm just glad I was by myself and not at a table full of people. :(. Last time the noodles were undercooked and a little too hard to eat.

Always good, never been disappointed with the food. As close to going to Vietnam as I can get.

I ordered Togo. Food is great except this extra flies. I was already enjoying it until I got to half of it

a day agoNEW I've eaten her several times and I got my usual on Thursday March 31 2022 and was disgusted to find a roach in my food. I'm so done with place. I can't unsee what I found. My friend who picked up the food returned it for me. Owner was polite about it but wanted to keep it on the hush hush. Sorry I have to share not right if I don't. Pics attached.

Pretty great pho here, best spot in Killeen I have found so far. Servers are very nice. My family and I love coming here especially when I don't feel like making a big pot of pho myself. Broth is super flavorful and packed with lots of meats! Always leave here satisfied! I would like to point out the first time I came I really didn't like the fact that the shrimps were sliced in half- I thought that was such a cheap thing to do so I never really returned after that because I felt ripped off until recently my husband wanted to go there so I gave it another go and it made me so happy to see their shrimps were big and juicy and not cut up this time!

First time trying this place out. The broth was pretty bland. They give too little noodles compared to how big the bowl is. For $11 I was expecting a good amount of food in my bowl. We also ordered the fried egg rolls and they are too EXPENSIVE for how tiny they are! 2 pieces for 4?!!! Definitely not worth it. Sad to say we will not be back! After placing our order we kept noticing these little bugs that kept landing on the table. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

As a Vietnamese, I can say this is the best Vietnamese food around. I always order it to-go, and they give really good portions.

Do not eat here. Chicken, beef and shrimp way over cooked and burnt. They didn't take tail off shrimp. Rice was gross and over cooked

I took a copy of their menu and sat and waited. Then I later realized that I wanted Patè. It's not on the menu but the ladies at the counter were nice enough to add it with no fuss. I just can't imagine without patè. The menu looks promising. Lots of choices like spring rolls and wings. It looks good. But since this place is named Banh Mi Boys, I'm assuming their sandwiches should be the star of their menu. Let's see! I bought it as take out. So if you want patè, you need to ask. Which is not a problem. I'll continue my review when I take the sandwich home. I'm in a hurry to get home. Took a bite and the bread is actually toasted. The amount of veggies ratio to meat is fine. My preference would be to have more of the pickled veggies. The pickled veggies must've been made in house. It tasted fresh and crunchy. I guess what I'm use to with the California Banh Mi is a little different. I'm use to deep marinade into the meats but this will do for now since it's a soft opening. A bit too charred for me on the meat but then again Texas region they like that sort of stuff in their bbq. So I take into account that the cultural influence in the area. They've added fresh cucumbers, cilantro and jalapenos. Overall they have a nice looking menu. I would probably prefer a little more Patè. The pork meat would been better if it were sliced thinly. I like more veggies. Maybe next time I can say it when I go in for my next round. So far it's good. Im trying to not be overly picky. Been to so many Vietnamese restaurants and Banh mi places, I know what I'm looking for. It's a soft opening so I'll keep my expectations to as it is. It's brand new. I'm looking forward to trying the other stuff on their menu.

I think it was about an hour before I got to eat it and the fries aren't something you would warm up, if you know what I mean. I was really looking forward to trying this and it just didn't give what it was supposed to, for me. The service was good tho and quick, the young ladies at the front counter were very sweet. The ambiance in the restaurant was very family feel and clean so I can definitely appreciate that, not to mention the artwork on the walls are beautiful. I ordered over the phone and it was quick & efficient. The order was of a steak & egg bahn mi, a char siu bahn mi, an order of Cajun crack fries and steak & egg fries. I enjoyed my char siu bahn mi, I'd give it a 7.5/10 - mainly because my bread buns were a little hard which made it a little hard to chew but it was still delicious. The Cajun crack fries was referred to me by the young lady on the phone and it was good, tho I didn't really eat the fries, I mainly ate the chicken and bacon that was in on it (because I didn't eat it fresh, the heat created some condensation inside the plate and made the fries soggy). I have a feeling that if I had it fresh it would have been better, it's why I gave this review 3 stars. My husband had the steak and eggs and although he did not enjoy it (he didn't like that when he'd bite into the sandwich all the meat would come out), I finished all of his food (lol). The steak was a little tough but I love the egg on it too. I hope to try this place again, another day so I could give it a more justified review. I do recommend this place though.
