Standard Culver's with better food than other fast food burger joints, but it also takes a little longer. Like other fast food places, the young workers are socially awkward so I think you'll have a better experience if you can come here before you get "hangry." The frozen custard desserts are much better than the dessert choices at other burger chains. I don't like all the wasteful plastic. read more

But what really stood out during my visit was the service. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the warm welcome at the counter to checking in after our meal, Jordan was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. It's rare these days to find someone who takes so much pride in making customers feel valued, but Jordan made the whole visit memorable. I love their hamburgers, but I get 24 dollars and something apiece with the coupon. And then I leave and go home and I have one hamburger for supper an the next day one for lunch and the car hops are always friendly and I always tipped them a dollar because there's their school people that are working. Any chance they get some time off if it's a two week break they go back there and work and they were hiring them back because I would think they don't have an attitude, but they're not trying to live on them wages but they're making some money in their free time so they can buy gasoline. They probably still live at Home. my wife always says don't forget to tip. read more

The employees are always so nice. The food usually comes super quick (unless you order online. I waited 45 minutes one visit and they didn't even have my order in the system). But you MUST check that you have everything in your bag. Every single time, without fail, I will have to walk back in the store if I go through the drive thru for one item missing. They never give me any hassle for it, but it does get frustrating doing it every time. I will start just walking in to order instead to save the headache. read more

Culver's has nice decor, it has a blue hue and has retro vibes. The service is pretty good and is interesting. You have to go up to the counter and order. Then, you find a table that you would like and they'll bring the food to you. The food is good, I had the crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered it without pickles. The chicken was very juicy inside and crispy outside. I also had some ice cream as a dessert, I got the Oreo cheesecake flavour. It was really good, one of the best ice cream's I've ever tasted. We stopped here because it's an easy on/off from the highway and has nice outdoor seating areas allowing for us to take out dog out of the car. The bathrooms were pretty clean and the service was good. It is a very busy location so be prepared for a bit of a wait to order. This seems popular with the high school age crowd. The main reason I didn't rate it higher was because the fries were warm and the burgers were cold, we've never had that issue at Culver's in Wisconsin. read more

Hands-down, one of my favorite fast food places to eat at whenever I visit the Midwest. I'm addicted to the frozen custard. Tried their double butter burger it's almost as good as In-N-Out here in the West Coast. The food is Jasper nominal as well as the Customer Service. Looking forward to eating here again. Decided to try something different from my local Culvers.  Usually I go for a burger and cheese curds but today I went for a chicken sandwich and fries.  The chicken sandwich was the best I've had from a fast food place-McDonald's, Burger King and even Wendy's can't compare.  Fries were crispy, salty and warm.  My go to drink here is the root beer, which was delicious as always.  Didn't get any custard today, but it's always creamy and delicious.  Can't wait for my next visit. read more

We were just passing through this town on our way up North, and I want to stop back just for the Culver's. The burger was the best burger we've ever had at a Culver's and the concrete mixer was FULL of Reese's. The real standout, however, was the cheese curds. I have never received such an enormous amount of curds in my life. They were overflowing the large bag they were in. It made my 2023. I will be back to gorge myself on more curds. read more

The management is letting this location slip. The broccoli cheese soup was piping hot but seemed very watered down compared to other Culver's locations. Our booth had a torn cushion and the women's bathroom was in a shambles. I've been to this location many times but this time was not up to snuff. On our last night for flying home the next day decided to try this place and weren't disappointed. As Gareth D said the menu is confusing so keep it simple. My Mrs. opted for the Pot Roast and mashed potatoes slathered with gravy, mmmm and I had Culver Deluxe Butter Burger with Wisconsin Cheddar, yum , I love the buttered bun and will do it at home from now on. If we ever come across any more of these restaurants on our travels we'll be sure to stop in. read more

Me and my grandmother came through the drive through around 1:19pm on 2/12/23, we were on the inside path. We pulled up with a good attitude, and the young lady taking our order at the booth was very rude I couldn't quite catch her name, but my grandma is hard of hearing and has disabilities and she didn't hear that the lady understood what she asked so she repeated herself and the young lady responded in a snarky manner. I understand she could have been tired but that is not an excuse, we took offense to this and if you are going to be working a job where you have to interact with customers you have to have a good attitude no matter how annoyed or tired you are, especially if it is towards elders. Out of all the times me and my family have been here we have never experienced a rude worker, so this was a suprise. read more

For logistical reasons we were limited to fast food near the interstate, and I'd never been to a Culver's before, so it seemed worth a try. When it comes to fast food, Culver's takes the cake. If you are pulling off the highway you will be happy at this spot. My wife and I go here to enjoy the concretes and it is one of the only burgers I will eat in the county. There is nothing sustainable about their practices, for garbage and food options, but the staff is great and wants you to have a good experience. This is VERY rare at fast food chains, save maybe Chick-fil-A and Chipotle. However the meat is all likely loaded with antibiotics and there is nothing organic, so not really a great option for everyone. read more
