I am VERY disappointed with my experiences at the St. Charles location. Tonight we ordered through drive thru and waited 30 minutes before my husband found someone who came outside to speak to. The person apologized for losing our order and went back inside. THEY DID NOT RETURN WITH THE ORDER. My husband had to go into the store and talk to someone behind the counter. THERE WAS NOT A MANAGER IN SIGHT. Every employee looked to be high school aged. When we finally received our food it was ONE HOUR after we ordered. All the food was cold. Some definitive "changes" in about the past 6-12 months: - Prices are up. - Various items are now smaller/lesser in size than we remember. (Coming here for over 5 years, we easily can notice;- from ice cream related items to "toppings" to even the standard burgers). - Charging you for even the most basic of condiments. An additional 50 cents or more if you want pickles, onions, etc. - Fewer if any coupons anymore. Not sure if this is "this location only" or if these changes have been sweeping. I ordered two Butter Burgers without lettuce and a small order of Onion Rings to go on 2/24/24. When I got home, I saw that both burgers had lettuce on them. And the bag of onion rings was only half full. I always fill out the survey and mentioned what happened. The next day I received an email from Cole Martinez with a cc to Josh Lowery. He asked for my address and said he would send me a couple of coupons. After a month went by with no coupons, I sent Cole another email. That was on 3/25/24. No response and no coupons. As we continue to eat our way down Main Street in Saint Charles this weekend, we ate at two fast food restaurants. Culver's on Main Street was one of them. We enjoyed 2 Butter Burgers, a Chicken sandwich, and a Fish sandwich with Fries and a drink. The Butter Burgers were very good, much better than the usual fast food burger. The Fish Sandwich was amazing, a large chunk of fish, fried to perfection. The french fries were also good and hot. The Chicken Sandwich was good, but nothing special to write about. We noticed that there was no vegan options at this restaurant, which was disappointing. The service was very friendly and polite. When we noted they were running low on straws they were quick to replenish the supply. The dining room was well-maintained and clean. The price was really right for these meals. Culver's often has coupons available in the local mail flyers. We were able to take advantage of the coupons as well, bringing the price down. Culver's should not be overlooked, if you're looking for something fast and delicious . We will definitely return. read more

The food was nothing but delectable and the service was on point. The peach mango smoothie was soooooo good. I believe I was served by a handsome young man name Kam. Kam was tall and very kind. We are faithful Culver's patrons, as in we go to Culver's at least once per week, but usually multiple times. This St. Charles location is closest to my job so I had been frequenting it often as well. None of the workers were masked on my most recent visit, literally not one. It was almost as if the ownership was purposefully requiring workers to not wear masks. I thought to myself, is there not a pandemic raging, are we in TX or FL? I don't normally review fast food places, but service and food was great today, and I was surprised at the three star rating when I came to yelp to see how they rated. Came here midday to grab some lunch while my car was serviced nearby. Service was very friendly every single step of the way, with staff smiling and welcoming, in spite of the fact that you could tell they were pretty busy for the number of workers they had and everyone was running here and there filling orders. No one acted inconvenienced when I stepped back up to the counter to ask a question. My salad was fresh and tasted great. The chicken on top was cooked perfectly, juicy and not at all dry. read more

Craig Culver's should stop by this store. Would he be happy? Probably not. I don't often do fast food I would prefer to make a burger at home if I wanted on. There's only a couple places I'll do fast food and Culver's was one. I usually enjoy Culver's maybe because I've usually had it in Wisconsin and always a positive experience. That changed last night with my visit to the St Charles location. What ever happened to customer service? Well it was not present here last night. The lady on the drive up was so rude!!!!!! when we got to the window Did not say Hi or anything just took the money and told us to move pull up. I don't expect you to carry on a conversation with every customer. But she needs to remember you are representing Culver's when you are behind that counter. And boy did she drop the ball big time. She was so rude that when she brought the food to the car she took the #off the car window without saying anything and handed the food to us trying to get away without saying a word to us. I then quickly asked her name and then she quickly adjusted her attitude. I won't say her name. This is really a prime example of if I could give it zero stars I certainly would have...They really should not have a drive-through because they are definitely not a quick service restaurant. Stop there for lunch today ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries after waiting three minutes at the window I was told I needed to pull forward because it would be at least another five minutes. I basically do not have 10 minutes to go to a drive-through so I requested a refund which I got, I did not request an apology but I certainly did not get one. My suggestion is if you cannot make your meals fast enough then don't have a drive-through. Ruined my entire lunch I will never go there again read more

Culvers really has the drive thru down pat. Really important right now. Culvers has reasonably priced food and a big menu. Ordered 2 piece fish dinner. The fish was tasty and came with a generous serving of tartar sauce. The one complaint is the fish was greasy. Maybe the oil is not the right temp. , breading too thick, or not drained good enough. The other thing I would like to see improved, I want a receipt showing prices without having to ask for it. I am just an old fashioned guy who still uses cash and expects a receipt. Went thru the drive thru tonight for a good satisfying small custard. I asked if their apply pay worked before ordering. The girl working drive thru said yes and I went ahead and ordered. I pull up and get out of my car to reach over their payment system to use my apple pay. It wasn't working. I tried and tried again. Still nothing. The custard was already made and was handed to her. She was very rude and didn't even apologize for not being able to work the apple pay system. The fact that i even made the effort to get out of my car and pay for my $3 ice cream I didn't even get an apology. I also wasn't even offered it it was already made. I didn't know you guys would go out of business for not giving me my ice cream. Its pretty bullshit and i'm not even mad about me not getting ice cream. One word delicious. Once my teeth munched down on the crispy crust of a cheese curd it was love at first taste. The ooey gooey cheese melted down my long wet throat.
