YEY!! They are open! The long wait of being closed due to COVID is over and my heart is so happy. This place is so good. They always keep it interesting with their rotating flavors. They are taking good COVID precautions by not having sample cups (which yes- I know- is half the fun), but I am just happy they are open. This is my favorite forever yogurt store. Unlike many of the stores, the employees here care. The yogurt is cold enough as opposed to runny. There is actually fruit stocked and not overripe/under ripe every time I'm here. The flavors are rotated regularly. Yum! We went in because of the promotional coupon they sent out right before they opened (buy one, get one). They had only been open a week so they were super packed. They had LOTS of flavor options. I tried acai berry, angel food cake and raspberry; all were really tasty! MANY topping options too which is nice, although my cup runneth over there were so many to choose from! It was hard to make up my mind. They get 4 stars because the price per ounce is more than some other places in the area. My family and I came in on a Tuesday night for my moms birthday. We were all disappointed with the customer service we received. We were the only customers in the store during the time we were there, and we all felt rushed. They were extremely impatient with us and seemed to be annoyed because we were all taking our time to pick out our toppings. Remember there were no people or other families waiting behind us. Since they did not have name tags I could not say who they were, but two teenage girls working on a tuesday night. I understand if you are having a bad day, but if you work in customer service you should know how to interact kindly with customers. I had a great time with my sister in law at Forever Yogurt. They have numerous flavor options- all the ones we tried were delicious. They also have the most topping options of any of the frozen yogurt places I've tried- including breakfast cereal which is a surprisingly great topping :) They also have all of the usual toppings- candy, fruit, sprinkles,etc. The owner seems great- she let us paint their windows during homecoming- and personally came over to check on us during our visit. I also love how modern this place is- love the use of technology to keep the location looking fresh. I'm a big fan of forever yogurt! My fiancé and I probably come here way too often. They have a pretty good selection of flavors and tons of toppings to pick from. I often stick with vanilla and pile on the toppings! Have you ever tried those little fruit juice filled balls? They look like colorful caviar and they are so yummy! Speaking of toppings, everything there seems very clean, like I'm not worried that I'm going to get sick because someone sneezed on the sprinkles... The toppings taste fresh, like they keep an eye on everything and switch things out often. I've been to other self-serve yogurt places where the maraschino cherries feel like gum balls! Gross!!! The biggest downside and reason I really limit myself from coming here (which in retrospect is probably a really good thing) is the fact that this place is packed with teens and preteens and no parental supervision. Usually a teens hang out like this is fine but for some reason every time I've gone, the teens are extra annoying; running around not getting anything just using the sample cups over and over and not letting anyone else through. When they do actually get a cup and pay for the fro-yo, they don't understand the concept of waiting your turn. I have lost track of times I had been patiently waiting for my turn at the toppings table and a little a-hole cuts right in front of me without saying a word! Rude as hell!! So.... Yay for yogurt and toppings! Boo for atmosphere. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the new Downtown Geneva location will be better. read more

I've been here every time I've been to a concert at the Arcada down the street. It's never too crowded and I can get in and out. Surprisingly good variety of flavors for a small shop. Even int he dead of winter of February, they were well stocked with interesting flavors and a buffet of toppings to choose from. There's plenty of seating inside, but it's also charming to walk down the street through downtown St. Charles and enjoy your frozen yogurt on a mild winter day and admire the flow of the Fox River just a block away.
