Took the time to give my Golden, Daisy, a pup cup in the Drive-Thru, even though they were pretty busy.

We ordered a curbside meal via the app. FORTY MINUTES LATER AND WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANY SIGN OF IT. Went inside to check on it and was told it would be 5 or 10 minutes. 15 minutes later still waiting.. Waived down an employee and was AGAIN told it would be "5 or 10 minutes". We were then told we could talk to a manager if we wanted a refund. If we hadn't paid using the app we would have left. To be fair, they were absolutely slammed and there must have been 10 cars waiting for their orders at the drive through as well as a few cars waiting for curbside. Poor customer service and probably work processes. Who's checking online orders? Why can't the app indicate longer wait times than usual? Did the employees actually check on the status of the online order? Hire/schedule more employees for busy times based on sales data. Telling customers it will be 5 or 10 minutes (multiple times) isn't helpful unless that is actually the wait time. Give the customer a coupon for their next visit. Better than dealing with lots of hangry customers Never waited 45 minutes at any Culvers. Geez read more

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FORST! I am baffled at how long it takes to get your "fast food". We should have checked the reviews! They are not kidding when they say they have to WAIT so long! The recent visual upgrades to the restaurant look great, but unfortunately the customer service and overall experience didn't match the improvements. The drive-thru wait time was extremely long, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. I had to come inside to get it fixed, which added even more time to the visit. One of the biggest frustrations was ordering at the drive-thru. The cashier repeatedly interrupted before I could finish speaking, immediately asking if I wanted it as a basket, medium with fries, and a root beer before I had even finished placing my order. Customers should be given a chance to complete their order before being rushed through the process. The food was eventually corrected, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The building may have received an upgrade, but the staff could benefit from additional training in customer service, listening skills, and accuracy. read more

The workers seemed stressed or like they couldn't care less about trying to be quick. One lady looked like she was trying to run a sinking ship while the others stood by. The ice cream team was not moving until the manager reminded them to even though they were clearly busy. We heard the alerts in the back going off telling them to keep the drive through time low. The girl poured so much milk in my malt and added no malt powder so it will be going straight to the trash! read more

NOTE: this is exclusive to the store in Marquette, MI as we have had several "five star" experiences at other Culvers, specifically in Mukwonago and East Troy, WI. At Marquette, we placed a web order using our account at 815pm for Curdside pickup at 845pm on Wed Jul 2. We received the order at 930pm and only after two inquiries to staff. At least three other Curdside parties had similar experiences. Although it was clear that there was a long queue for orders that night, it appeared to us that the process for integrating online orders with in-store and drive thru orders needs to be improved significantly. Several in-store customers who arrived after we did walked out with their orders well before ours was fulfilled. We've placed at least 20 Curdside orders at other Culvers in the past six months and never observed an issue like this. The food was great as usual, the staff we spoke to were friendly and courteous especially under the circumstances, but there seems a significant issue with how orders are recognized and staged. read more

Food is good across the board, I go here probabky 2-3 times a year. They typically forget something small, but this time I just thought that the cheese portion was small for the pretzel bites. I understand if that is what corporate allocates, but at the very least it needs a smaller serving cup and a larger serving in order to be suitable for the serving size. See the signature sauce and blue cheese sauce filling in comparison, as they were both used and the cheese was untouched atp. read more

WOW. I have been a customer here for years and never had a bad meal until today. Ordered the fish dinner. It took over 20 minutes to get it. When I asked about it the women delivering food said she would check, and she never did. Finally, I caught her again and she told me there were 5 orders being filled. Oh well, when I finally got the food it was under cooked, greasy, and cool. I tried to eat it and just couldn't - I was scared of getting sick. When I told the guy behind the counter about this he said I am really sorry sir. Then walked away. Bad customer service too. I placed the order at 11:43. I am not sure when I will be be back to Culver's in Marquette - if ever. If this is how the new owners operate they better go back to WI. Best fast food joint I've been to. Beautiful and clean interiors, and the food is really good for fast food. They only use fresh beef!, so had the beef pot roast, grilled Reuben melt, and the pork loin sandwiches. Also, we had to try the Wisconsin cheese curds and the pretzel bites with cheese sauce. They have their own root beer version too. They were all good!!! read more

I went to Culver's last night with the GKs. I used to go all the time but quit because there are a lot of calories in French fries, onion rings and a chocolate malt. But after last night I don't know if I'll ever go back. I don't know how they did it! Exactly how do you take 20 minutes to serve a double burger that's burned to a crisp and cold. The restaurant was clean. The workers were friendly, even gave me a dish of ice cream because they were being just nice. For years I've been getting the fish sandwich. Always fantastic., except for tonite. I ordered my sandwich from the drive through. It was the absolute worst ever. If they had more one of these in Vegas It would put a lot of burger joints out of Business , they have a friendly staff, super clean , and not to mention the variety of options they have on their menu. Back when it was owned by Eric St Germain and ran by Adam Tall the quality, cleanliness, and worker productivity was very high. Now that George Niemi owns it and Jodi Parker runs it it is a joke. We waited 15 min for custard, my brothers shake was half full but for the short amount of time I worked for George I know that he loves cutting corners so definitely told his staff to never fill anything fully. WORST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD!!!! First of all, I had a butterburger deluxe and it was terrible. The meat (If it even is meat, was thin as crap and the cheese wasn't even melted. Look, it's a fast food place, but I've noticed on the rare occasions that I've been to a Culver's, the employees are kind & patient, and they never complain. It's 10:20. This one closed at 10. We got here at 9:50. We have a son with a peanut allergy. They were so accommodating even though it was so close to closing. As they got closer to the time, they warned us that certain things would not be available anymore and asked us if we needed refills, etc. We're sitting here finishing up and no one is bugging us. David (I hope I got his name right) was so helpful with the allergy. My daughter just went up and asked for a spoon, and they were so friendly. Just a good experience. I hope you have one too. Lousy customer service! I entered the drive through line at 9:46pm. Reached the ordering kiosk at 10:01pm, only to be told that the restaurant was now closed, and that the registers do not work after 10pm (which is a lie). This is horrible customer service. I worked in fast food for many years. It takes time for the crew to clean up, and punch out. If you cared about your customers, and wanted them to remain loyal to Culver's, you should have done 1 of 2 things. (1) take orders for the 3 remaining cars, that patiently waited nearly 15 minutes, or (2) send somebody outside to indicate the last car that would be served, as to not waste our time. I'm really disappointed in how Marquette Culver's chose to treat customers tonight. read more

Kitchen closes at 10. Dining area was already closed due to covid. I respect the staff leaving on time and have no problems with that. Though I'd argue if they make us wait in the drive thru from 9:30p to AFTER 10p, they have a responsibility to either tell us they close soon since the hours on their door are too small to read, or serve us. Do not recommend. Worst service ever. Waited for 45 mins inside on food. My friends order got messed up and mine was thrown away infront of my face. I showed the staff my number as they were throwing it away. It made me sad. Then I told them my number and they didn't have my ticket. I then waited another 10 mins for the staff to get my order correct. No compensations were made and I was not even told sorry. Culver's lost a few loyal customers today. My son and I eat here on almost every trip into Marquette. Really like this place. Like Culver's in general, but the staff here stands out as being particularly pleasant and helpful.
