Spaghett cocktail

Oredock has a good selection of beer and some other beverages. The staff were kind and patient as we decided what we wanted. There was mention of food trucks but none were posted when we visited. If the brewery offered some dry snacks, that would be nice. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. In order to accommodate, there are multiple bars as well. We went upstairs to the back patio and we pleasantly surprised by the set up. If this were a cooler day, fire pits could also be used. Note there is no shade available so on a hot day it may be advisable to sit elsewhere. Also there were plenty of board games available on both floors for patrons to borrow. All in all- Oredock is a solid brewery.

Great food, pretty unexpected. They've got it nailed down, especially with the bar next door. Great service.

Orac is always a great place to stop if you're looking to get a nice cold beer. They've expanded their operation over the years and I have to say I'm pleased to see what they've done with the place not much for food, but is that really what you need when you go to a nice brew pub? The staff are friendly and there's ample places to sit as it has multiple levels. Looking forward to the next time thank you.

After a day of hiking and swimming in the lake we were looking to just chill and find good places to drink in the cute town of Marquette. This was the first stop on our brewery adventure and I thought this place was just adorable. You walk in and there is an assortment of gifts and t shirts on the walls and then you go up to the bar to order. The bartender was super super attentive. I loved being in northern Michigan the service everywhere was really great. We ordered our beers and went up to the higher level . It was empty but that was also a bar area and tables that looked like it could be used as a secondary area when things got busy. We decided to go downstairs and check out their cool pinball machines which was a great touch while enjoying our brews. I wish there was more seating outside because it was a nice evening and it was super busy on the patio. So that was one negative but besides that I would absolutely go again!

Low Hanging Fruit - blueberry cream ale

I loved my time at Ore Dock! They had an excellent selection of beer. I tried the Low Hanging Fruit - a blueberry cream ale - and was pleasantly surprised! It was one of the best beers I've had lately, and I was at the Minnesota State Fair last weekend! The environment was also wonderful! They had a pleasant outdoor space. It was quite busy for Labor Day weekend, so we went upstairs to their overflow seating area, and it was actually preferable to the rest of their environment. Very spacious and quiet enough for socializing with friends! Overall, I would highly recommend Ore Dock to someone looking for a good beer with excellent ambience.

The ore dock is located right downtown Marquette so easy to walk to from downtown hotels. I had the "one way mule " which had good hopiness and lower ABV 4%. Two food trucks parked out front if you want to go for dinner. Outside sidewalk and indoor areas were nice. This was the only brewery we visited in Marquette with real pinball. Also had some board games and of course swag. Very popular. I would return

SERVICE: 5 FOOD QUALITY: N/A DRINK QUALITY: 3 ORDER TIME: 5 AESTHETICS: 5 NOISE LEVEL: 5 MENU SELECTION: 5 OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 4.67 After doing our tour of the Upper Peninsula we decided to stay in Marquette. Being one of the larger cities in the north we knew there would be a lot of choices so we chose this place because it had some good reviews. We decided to sit outside due to covid and mask mandates. The outdoor deck was nice. They had a pizza truck on the side as well which smelt amazing. The beer I ordered wasn't amazing to me, but my significant other loved hers. Their menu had so many options that sounded amazing. Sadly we had dinner reservations elsewhere so I was only able to try the one beer even though I wanted to try others. If I ever return to Marquette I will definitely be going back.

Pups enjoying the patio

The beers were good and very reasonably priced. They had a good swag and carryout beer selection if that is your thing from breweries and the patio was nice and spaced out and allowed pets. We were traveling through but would stop again if in the area.

Definitely my preferred brewery in Marquette. They always have a unique selection of beers, including some great seltzer's. The atmosphere is always been enjoyable, service has always been friendly and attentive, and I like that I can bring my dog along.

Interesting architecture, fantastic bar staff, food truck outside and dynamic entertainment!

LOVED the Michigan Reference section upstairs, and thought it was cool that they still use some really old tables and chairs in the nonfiction section! We thought that the bell collection is cool. Beautifully maintained inside; clean restrooms; quiet place to read with great views of Lake Superior upstairs. Reasons I only gave this a 4 star is that not a single staff member greeted us or asked if we needed help. I get that this is a touristy area and they're probably used to people just wandering through, or using the bathrooms, but I always appreciate being welcomed. I myself am a librarian and understand the value of welcoming the community in!

Looked good and made me wish I hadn't already eaten breakfast. Then we were greeted by the extremely nice gentleman at the front desk for the complex. Wish I got his name, but he was very gracious. He noticed me taking pics of my wife and our boys by their beautiful Christmas tree, and came out and made sure I got in the picture too. The locker rooms were clean and nice. The pool was great (a little cold, but it's only the 2nd day that the pool has been open so no big deal). After swimming, the boys were hungry so we ate at Fire Brick. Very impressed with the bar, TVs airing the FB games, and windows providing a great view of the outside grounds and Chicagon Lake. The food was very good too. Loved the presentation of the food and the paper that the food came out on that provided a history of how the George Young Complex came to be. Had the Cuban Panini. Very impressed. The boys enjoyed their hot dogs, Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets. My wife enjoyed her chicken wings. Very happy with the changes at the complex. Provides a much needed boost to Iron County. Keep up the good work Youngs! We'll be back.

The inside and patio were packed with happy people enjoying beer and music. There's barely any room in the rooftop. There are 3 food trucks but one of them was closed (egg roll truck). It's a beautiful view of the lake and has a sunset point. It was very windy and the lake appeared to be an ocean. Anyway, back to the brewery. The brewery was only a short distance from what I suppose is it's namesake. There was a group of about six musicians playing a variety of music which I assumed to be Irish (Gaelic?) We lucked out getting two of the three bar seats. The bar area is pleasantly rustic and we really enjoyed our custom sampler of five, maybe six beers (I forget). My wife and I ordered a completely different set. All were excellent. When ordering, I failed to notice that one contained habanero peppers. I noticed my error on the first sip, but enjoyed it. Great place to go for some delicious on-site brews. Oh, they have a membership where you buy your own pottery-like mug. They are close to 1000 mugs and hung from the ceiling, on the wall, and in back rooms. They are numbered on the bottom. Very cool place.
