The Burger Bus is an old school bus that was converted into a food truck. You can find them around several of the more popular bars in town. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The beef, the house-made pickles, the bun, it was all really tasty. The only downside was the wait! New food truck in Marquette as of 4th of July 2018. Happened upon this parked at Blackrocks Brewery Sunday afternoon. This street vendor currently has only two menu options: The Brand Burger and a Tofu Burger.-which come in a brown bag with fries. The Brand Burger has two thick beef patties, American Cheese, pickles, caramelized onions, pickles, and Superior sauce. You can add bacon and an egg for additional cost. I think there was also spinach in the burger too. The burger was pretty tasty and the signature ingredients that make it good were the caramelized onions and the Superior sauce (Aioli) though I didn't taste much of the sauce on my burger. My wife liked the Aioli a lot on her burger. The burger was not dry (overcooked) which is essential. The fries were good too. They were crispy and not soggy. The burger is a pretty good portion and you should be full with the fries. The burger is $10 which I feel is a good price point (though at the higher end) for the quality and quantity for street food. They do take credit cards which makes it convenient. Not sure if their schedule but I am sure it will be more established since they are just starting out. read more

Best *new* Burger I have had in a while! The ingredients are so high quality you can really taste it in their product. They locally source a lot of their ingredients; the buns are from Huron Mountain Baking Company and I do know they locally sources a ton of their veggies from a farm near MQT. They make their own pickles and hand cut fries that are just fantastic. I would recommend this spot to anyone. Double patty cheeseburger and fries for $10?! (The BRAND)!! We had the chicken burger while having a beer at Black Rocks and it was amazing! Small piece of friend chicken, great bun and pickled onions were a nice touch. Only pain is you have to get your table at Black Rocks, go out to order, check back into Black Rocks (they have Covid protocols in place, so there is a line and you get behind people who are going in and getting the spiel which you have already heard) and then go back out to get your food...so it takes a while, but is worth it. They did have the food ready in 10 minutes, so that part is quick. Too bad they are only at Black Rocks Fri and Sat or we would go back and try more options. Fries were great too. Since trying The Burger Bus yesterday for lunch, the entire family has been crazing a second Burger Bus experience. Unfortunately for my children they will miss out today. Waiting a long time, but boy was it good. I'm gluten free so realized I could get the falafel burger, and I elected no GF bun. It was perfectly fried and surrounded in a bed of spinach, picked onions and sauce with decent fries. I only recommend they are more prepared for quicker service. read more
