After my daughter explained to the young man behind the counter what we're looking for, he went into the kitchen and came out with ribs samples... wow, we didn't expect that. He said that his father owned the restaurant and their ribs won in a competition for best ribs in Michigan some years ago. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious! The sauces were so delicious and the ribs smoky and tender. We got the ribs, pulled pork and sausage, with Smoky Mac and Cheese, and vegetables.
