A single cheeseburger with a side of cheese curds is 17 dollars now. When I got to the window, I thought there was some kind of mistake. 17 dollars for a skinny little hamburger and a side of processed cheese. 17 dollars for a hamburger that looks like this. Even I - as addicted as I am to MSG-filled slop - could not rationalize paying that much. I'd rather take my chances holding the store at gunpoint - at least that way *I* wouldn't be the one getting robbed.

I was on my way to Sam's club so I thought I better not go there on an empty stomach or I would buy too many groceries. I saw Culver's as I pulled in and thought ok I haven't been there before and the parking lot had lots of customer cars so I surmised it must be ok. The place was clean and very busy but I placed my order quickly. I ordered a double deluxe basket with a chocolate shake instead of a soda. I was handed a number placard and told my order would be delivered to my table shortly. They told the truth it was only about 5 minutes before my order was delivered. The burger was very good, it's a butter burger after all. The fries were ok and the chocolate shake was real good, chocolaty and thick. The prices were reasonable and I think I would eat at Culver's again if it got in my way when I was hungry.

Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited about 20 minutes just for drinks and eventually had to go up to the bar ourselves. When we asked about it, the bartender simply said, "I'm working on it," which was frustrating given how long we had already been waiting. There were 4 tales in the restaurant and like 8 employees Things did not improve from there. Our food came out very slowly and one of the meals had to be sent back. We ended up having to go to the bar multiple times, including for a to go box and even to get our check, because no one was checking on our table. To make matters worse, the menu states that guests are asked to limit their visit to 90 minutes. However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed. To top it off, gratuity was automatically added without it being mentioned or explained. That felt especially inappropriate considering we ended up doing a large portion of the service ourselves. It's like they figured they were getting auti gratuity so didn't provide any service Really disappointing experience overall. Not sure what changed, but this was a huge step down from our previous visit.

There are multiple seating options - inside, patio, or rooftop. We opted for the rooftop and the vibes were excellent. The weather was gorgeous and the rooftop patio is nicely decorated with live plants and a big bar running the length of the patio. Our server was excellent. I think his name was Danny. One of our party has an alcohol intolerance, so needs to avoid foods cooked with alcohol. Danny was super helpful in guiding our menu options with this information. He confirmed multiple dishes with the chef before we ordered. For food, we started with the Truffle Parm Fries, Fried Brussels Sprouts, and the Bangin' Cauliflower. All were delicious. The cauliflower was extremely good, I can see why so many reviews mention it. For entrees, our group ordered the Short Rib Tacos, Jumbo Crab Cakes, Chilean Salmon, and the Avocado Salad with Seared Ahi. No complaints around the table. The meat in the Short Rib tacos is super tasty. Portions were good sized, however the Crab Cake dish is definitely smaller than the others. Good option if you aren't super hungry. The Chilean Salmon was cooked perfectly. We didn't really have any complaints at all. Solid dining experience. Would definitely return if I'm ever back in the Longmont area.

Photo attached. But I was impressed by the great service at the bar, and the menu. I'll be uploading some menu pictures in a bit, but what really caught my eye were the pierogis! Collision's offerings looked promising. Dining near the bar was full, so we got a whole room with windows aplenty to ourselves. Our waiter modeled good service. He greeted us quickly, brought waters before I could pick a beer, and quickly returned with my suds and took our order. We strolled down a hallway to the restrooms, passing games in the cool blue light. The bathroom was clean. Urinals are half kegs. I cracked up, then explained them to him. The expansive menu looks surprisingly diverse. I could have had pierogies, birria tacos, chicken fettuccine, PB & J, or one of the selections of burgers and sandwiches. I chose the French Dip on Asiago bread with a cup of green Chile. I could only eat half a sandwich, but knew leftovers would be gone by morning. This was one of the better French Dips I have had in a while. Green Chile? I came here from New Mexico and am not often impressed. This stuff was truly hot and had great flavor. Win win. The kids' steak plate has to be one of the best values I have seen eating out in Colorado. $10.95 w side. It stood out and did not disappoint. One of them was more well-done than medium rare, but stayed tender. Great seasoning. Beer: I l checked ratings, finding their highest-rated brew, GTA, a barrel-aged rye stout that definitely exceeded expectations. I agree with the high ratings. Shout out to our server for letting an adult who wasn't very hungry grab a kids' steak. Shout out to the prices, which would provide value even with lesser food. My sandwich came at a 2019-20 Denver price, at least $5 less than equally good comps in 2025. 4.5 stars round up to five. Recommended.
