To be honest, I've never really had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, but I think that the experience I had at this location today is worth mentioning. I walk in with my two-year-old son, we've both been having a pretty hard day. We order our food, sit down at a table, food shows up promptly and everything tasted as expected. As always, the life plants on the table were a nice touch, everything was clean. Annie M. approached us to ask about a drink refill, but stayed to chat for a little bit. She honestly turned our whole day around with her great attitude, and I appreciated her so much in that moment. I don't know if she could tell that I was on the verge of tears, but I'm thankful for the conversation that she came and had with us about dinosaur shoes. I personally wanted to reach out due to my son getting food poisoning after eating a chicken sandwich. There is either a cook who isn't properly temping the food or there is some kind of cross contamination. I would advise to pay very close attention. He is only 6 and doesn't deserve food poisoning. Where do I even begin with this location. Every-time I visit other Chick-fil-A locations, it's with such ease that I receive my order in a quick, easy manner. The lord's chicken done right. This location? It has to be Satan's chicken. Every single visit is met with at least a 15+ minute wait, horribly managed car lines and mobile pickups, and it's like the food has been dropped, stepped on, and picked back up and served cold. Consistent and what you would expect from Chick-fil-A. No compliant about food or service

I'm only leaving this review in hopes this will help with the service. I moved here to longmont a year ago and I know this is the only chick fil a in town but this location has to be the slowest chick fil a I have EVER gone too. And I come here for breakfast 2-3xs a week because I'm obsessed with the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I'm actually writing this review while I'm waiting in the mobile order line and the line is always SO long. It's even longer than the regular line that it's like what's the point of ordering ahead of time if I end up getting my food later than someone who orders their food through the line. It's just not what you expect when you order at chick fil a. I've been in this line for longer than 5 minutes, I should've just went inside to order but oh well. Please find a way to make service quicker because I know it's possible when other chick fil a locations have your food ready before you can even finish your sentence. I hope this review helps. PT 2. ^i posted this before I got to the front of the line. Really annoyed that I was asked to park and wait for my food when all I ordered was a sandwich and hash browns? The food's great, but good god this location is slow. If the drive-thru line's long, it'll take well over 30 mins from start to finish. Even worse, the only opportunity to leave the line is when you're 3 car lengths from the window. At that point, you might as well stick it out. Once I got to the window, it was another 10 min wait. I guess they needed to plant a tree, harvest the lemon, and manually extract the sugar from a sugarcane because everything was good to go, except our drinks. I felt sorry for the people behind me who got their whole meal, but had to wait. Every time I get a lemonade, there's a wait. On days when the line isn't long, service isn't too bad. The food is usually okay. About 25% to f the time the chicken seems old and past its prime. The service is pitiful. We went to the 2 lane drive thru and they never took our order. Three cars in the other lane order and went through. We eventually had to just pull through and drive out. I went inside and they were unaware of the situation. It was June 17, 2023 so if you were in line that evening, you probably were getting concerned as well. They offered to take my order once I was inside, but I declined. The ambiance is indifference and like they don't care if you're there or not. Other times I've been there and they didn't put chicken in our breakfast burrito. So while we like the store and the manager, #gooch, the service is really hit or miss. So if your experience is like mine, you might wait 10 minutes for your #1 breakfast meal on a quiet, non busy morning. If you have to have to have it, go for it. But I recommend you pass. read more

I was there a few days ago at the drive thru for breakfast, I hadn't been to this location in a while and didn't realize after their remodeling the drive-thru lane closest to the building is now a mobile order pick up lane. When I realized I was in the wrong lane I told and apologized to the young girl who was standing in the next lane, she could've take my order right from where she was standing cause the all merge into one lane but since there was not a single car in the drive-thru she made me reverse my car halfway across the parking lot just to get on the next lane where she was standing so she can take my order which was very rude and arrogant on her part. Basically she wasn't going to move. They act so fake and polite when taking your order reading lines off the manual with such a fake smile. I'm sure the same care goes to making your food as well. The proof that this is a bad location, when do you ever see a Chick-fil-A drive-through completly empty specially during peak breakfast hours? Almost never even heard of. read more

As others have mentioned, this one is slower than others in the area. Been a few times now and each time the wait seems to get longer and longer. They remodeled recently, but not quite sure it helped with efficiency. Last time I was in, ordered a shake and well, it was a bit sad. The food is good and the workers are polite. Although today we ordered our food and were told to park and wait for our order to finish. 4 cars were also told to park after us. We waited and waited until all four of the cars that were parked after us got their food and drove away. At this point we had been waiting there 20 minutes. I went inside and our order had been ready a long time ago they just "forgot they parked us". Overall it took us 10 minutes in the drive through line and 20 minutes of being parked to get our food and it was only because I went inside. 30 minutes total (and it wasn't even as busy as usual). Now I get that mistakes like this happen, but I just wonder how much longer we would have been waiting out in the parking lot if I hadn't gone inside to get our food. It's not that big of a deal, but we were on the way to the airport to pick up someone and this made us late. They took the fast out of fast food lol. read more

Really not worth the 25min wait for this "fast food". First time trying chick-fil-a. Won't try again

Went inside to order a milkshake during my lunch break. Only ordered the milkshake and I knew that they were only one size only as I'd gotten milkshakes before and normally the one size only was the medium cup. Spent nearly $6 on a small peach milkshake. $6 for a shake that took 15 minutes waiting for and not blended well at all,so much so that I can't use my straw at all as the peach pieces were not small enough to be sucked up through the straw. Of course I wasn't given a spoon so literally had to wait til it melted so far that I could drink it with all the peach pieces at the bottom of the cup avoiding them with my straw. Very disappointed in the fact chick fil a proces have continued to go up and the sizes get smaller. Very annoyed and disappointed. It was busy however the lines for people waiting for food,refills of their drinks etc were long and they didn't even have people in line ordering food while I waited for my milkshake. Not gonna lie chick fil a, this is not the quality and experience I am use to with the chick fil a's in Oklahoma and in Loveland. Longmont location just never seems to go smoothly or quickly anytime I order here. If possible I'd avoid this location and just order at the next nearest location to you. read more

My wife ordered a salad to go and they forget her dressing, and she didn't realize until she was at home. She called the restaurant and they tried to pacify her with a free entree. just visited the drive thru at the Ken Pratt location. what a joke! They new have 3 lanes crammed in there. people taking turns merging and they decided to put in another lane for prepaid orders to(eliminate jobs) like the rest of corporate America. This lane should be completely separate and not merging with people all ready waiting on getting to window for their order. The poor employees were so lost. very disappointed. This is going to sound crazy but I recently made the trek to Longmont (about a twice a year occurrence) to go to chick-fil-a. You see this was the 3rd year in a row that I have received a voucher for a free sandwich as a participant of the Bolder Boulder & I wanted to be sure to put it to good use. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was ample parking was available (the drive thru was bumpin'). We entered the establishment and were pleased to see a short line, few patrons, and clean tables/floors. The folks behind the counter were on the young side (i'd say high school age) and had very tidy appearances. Now to the nitty gritty. The cashier forgot to put my drink into the computer which I found odd as this was the first thing I ordered. When II let her know she didn't seem particularly apologetic or concerned with her error (I do want to note that I did not see anyone i perceived to be a manager until we were leaving the restaurant). My partner was in line behind me and tagged the drink on to his order though we had intentionally divvied up what we were ordering/paying so as to share. When our orders were delivered my partner received a different sandwich than he ordered. At this time a long line had formed so I sat at the table all the while our food was getting cold. Something I found odd was that although this is a family friendly establishment i did not anticipate or expect to see children laying on the floor. A male team member helped my partner and switched out his sandwich after a short wait. Considering at this time that we'd been waiting quite a bit to eat I was surprised that my partner was not invited to keep the wrong sandwich he was initially given or maybe receive a complimentary side. This was my first experience at a chick-fil-a and I can't say that I plan to visit one again soon. read more
