Very poor and slow service. When I finally got the right food it made me very sick. I will never eat here again.

Don't be mad, but I'm not a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A... I ordered the chicken mini/chicken littles and a diet pop. My toddler had the hash browns and chicken too. It was good, but not anything better than chicken from another fast food spot (in my opinion). My driver was lost. She called. I gave her directions to my apartment because she was trying to deliver my food to the office of the complex. I get it, no big deal. 10 minutes go by so I call the store. The person that answered the phone, the "shift leader" was INCREDIBLY rude. Her solution to all the hassle and cold food was "our only option is for you to give more specific directions." I was immediately taken back because I had given the driver specific directions the first time she called. I told her I felt like I already did and she just repeated the only thing we can do is give more specific directions. At this point I was increasingly becoming more upset. She continued to argue with me instead of giving me another solution. I really just wanted an apology and to feel validated. When I asked to speak to another manager she smirked and made a brief chuckle and I asked to speak to a different manager. The second manager said the same. I asked about the cold food and was told "it won't be because it's in a heat box" three times. She never validated my feelings on the driver being lost or how rude the first manager was. She also said "she was standing by the shift leader and didn't hear her laugh" when I asked if she felt like I had been talked too wrong she said no in a round about way. My feelings continued being invalidated, I was again just told to give more specific directions and wait on the fifteen minute lost food, that wouldn't be "cold" when I asked for the shift leaders name and the managers name I was told that "we don't give that information out." So hopefully you can check the schedule. It was February 22nd around 7:10PM. I have worked in many different restaurants as well as Chick-fil-A. I understand things can happen. What I do not understand is the lack of customer service from the management team, the BLAMING of the customer, and the lack of desire to make things right. read more

This place has fallen from grace. Despite the remodel, the restaurant simply does not function well. There are plenty of good and well run Chick Fil As out there, this is absolutely not one of them. Stay away! My second visit there tonight was a repeat disaster. The interior one my last visit was dirty with tables being left for customers to clean if they want a place to sit. Avoiding this I chose to drive thru and they got my order wrong after having me wait for 10 minutes to prepare it. If you order a salad be prepared to wait quite some time. 2 salads even longer. Before I was told where to wait several cars were served behind us, people were honking and my 10 minute wait in the parking lot had begun. read more

This is the slowest chick fil a I've ever been to. I've currently been waiting in the restaurant for a take out order for 20 minutes. Our eat in order took almost 15 minutes to get to our table. They forgot all of our beverages, and sauces. When walking up to the counter, several employees walked past without so much as a glance, and it took several minutes for someone to ask what I needed. What has happened to our Longmont location. They added two lanes expanded their kitchen and now their service is terrible! They were much much better when they only had one lane and the smaller kitchen, even during Covid-19!!! There is NO excuse for it!! They must improve!!!!! It has been a while since I had the opportunity to stop in, but today I got the chance and I am still totally in love with the quality of the food and the service that I get from the staff. I went with the usual Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with extra pickles, and got some of their Avocado Lime Ranch to go with it and it was just incredible. Food is always made fresh and warm and never has that "I've been sitting out for 5 hours" taste and texture that i tend to get at some of the other fast food places. I also got their 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies because I have never tried them before, and they are pretty large and flavorful. They are just in that perfect balance of soft, chewy and firm with large chunks of chocolate and a thick form. Another thing I never noticed or paid attention too that I really enjoyed this visit is that I can tell that the waffle fries are made from legitimate potatoes and not some form of recycled mash. The ends of the potatoes that were too small to reach the extruder were present making it feel like I got a whole potato that was just waffled, part of the skin on it and everything. The chicken was juicy and tender as usual sitting nice and plump on a soft and warm bun. Can really feel the made on order aspect of the food here and its always present. The staff is always friendly and has no problems answering questions or making something special if its needed, and always show a smile when handing you your food. Really is a great place for a fast not greasy chicken sandwich. read more

Wow what a horrible experience. Waited forever in line , they were unable to get food cooked

Being from Atlanta, I've been to tons of different locations throughout the southeast. I'm pretty much used to their being a location every few miles, so I love coming here when I want a taste of home since southern cooking isn't a thing here. While the food tastes the same, I always feel like there's a lack of attention to detail at this location that I don't seem to experience back home. A handful of times I don't get the sauces I asked for, silverware, or salad toppings. When getting delivery, I got a milkshake with an open top which I don't find very sanitary (no seal or flat lid). I typically always ask for extra napkins and that never seems to happen either. On the whole, it's good and fast, I just think they need to pay a little extra attention at times to orders. read more

This is one of the worst locations. It's not like the usual chick-fil-a. I have multiple bad experiences at this location. This one will be the last. We got our food and it had been sitting on a warmer. Our fries were soggy. The cheese had been added to a sandwich on the warmer. I went up and politely asked if they could re-make my sandwich because it was cold. They grabbed anther off the warmer and added cheese. At that point I didn't want my food spit in so I just took it. The teens working didn't really care about customer service and no manager was on sight. read more

This Chicky location has exceptional customer service! That's what really stood out during our visit. It's also very consistent in comparison to all the other branches out there as far as taste, quality, and atmosphere goes. The thing that really lead us here was the kids play area. The downer is that it's tiny and geared towards toddlers and not really any other age bracket besides the 12 month to 24 month range. 24 months might even be pushing it since there are a ton of bibbed babies and their over protective mothers during the time I went with the family. No biggie but it would be nice to let the kids blow off some steam while mommy-dear catches a break to finish up some emails on the mobile phone and eat. Oh well! One last gripe would be the beverage station and sauces. I'm use to Chick-fil-a's with the option to fill your own cup & grab sauces until you can't seem to grab no more! Totally a preference thing but they do try to compensate by having their awesome staff members circulate and ask patrons if they need anything which includes sauce, napkins, bags, and refills. I'd rather not bother with having someone take my stuff off my table. There's room for... manipulation... if you will. LOL! This location is nice and I'll be coming back for some more finger lickin' good chicken! Too bad they don't serve bone in treats. Darn ;) read more

Workers forgot about my meal and had to wait inside for 45 min until they finally made my meal after several people that ordered after me and got their meals. My kids love the chain. This location is the worst. One week I get my food and it's cold. The next week I have to wait over ten minutes for food. It's fast food. Happy New year. I waited in line for 10 minutes in hopes to get breakfast. I was worried they were going to cut off breakfast. All the cars were in line. They decided to not serve breakfast with no communication. Leaving many customers unhappy. Many cars included me left in frustration. Simply having a sign saying no breakfast today would have solved the issue. read more

They were fast, friendly and delicious. Chick-fil-A always gets the order right. They have people standing outside walking on the drive thru taking orders if the line gets too long. If you haven't tried the Chick-fil-A sauce try it it's amazing! Will and have gone there again. read more

I don't know what has changed but the quality and timeliness has gone south since reopening after remodeling. I purposely waited a couple of months after they reopened to give them time. I went on a Wednesday at 3pm. The drive though was backed up worse than ever with no organization to merge into one lane. It took 35 minutes to get my order. No napkins. I've been a Chick Fil A red member for almost 4 years in a row. I go when on road trips, for breakfast, for dinner, even just to get some Mac an' Cheese. Yet this is the first Chick Fil A that I can always count on. The team is always working hard and with a smile! Worst. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with ranch. I thought the ranch was in the wrap which was so dry I couldn't eat it. There was no ranch in the bag. I had to run to an appointment so I ate the fries instead. I went back to the restaurant and voice my dissatisfaction to a girl who appeared to be an assistant manager. All she could say is "do you want a ranch packet". When I told her, no thank you she said , my pleasure". They are way too busy and impersonal (even with the repetitive "my please"). read more

My wife and I recently visited this Chick-Fil-A in Longmont, CO (on Ken Pratt Blvd). There were 2 couples sitting at the table next to us saying racist, hateful things. While those comments were not directed towards my wife or I, it made us feel very uncomfortable and we left the establishment. This place is the best God created! Chicken + Jesus is the best combination. The food is good and Way FM in the background makes my soul happy. They also do a lot of local fundraisers and that is what I call WWJD. The only problem is that there is always a line. No matter what time of day (expect Sunday's) there are at least 2 cars in the drive up and a line almost out the door. Suggestion: build a second story. This way, they could feed more people and be closer to heaven. read more

We live in Boulder and as a Chick-fil-A lover we are willing to drive the distance. In every instance we have been here we have always been highly disappointed/disgusted with our food. The majority of the time the chicken sandwich is not even remotely crispy a little soggy and weirdly stringy. It's awful driving 20 minutes only to be completely disgusted with weird chicken meat on your first bite. Kinda ruins everything. On the off chance you get a decent sandwich without fail the fries will be a soggy, floppy mess. I'm not sure where they're ordering their highly suspect chicken but this location obviously doesn't follow any food standard set by their company. read more

Truett Cathy would be proud, Well it's not the Dwarf House or Truett's, but for Longmont it's earth shattering good news as far as a quick and tasty drive thru. Wow, now I don't have to drive to Thornton for a waffle fry fix. This is just like all the other chick-fil-a locations, tasty chicken biscuits, nuggets, strips, and other things chicken. Waffle fries, fresh squeezed Lemonade and a plethora of sauces, I'm quite found of the Polynesian sauce myself. I went opening day, so everything was top notch, with pretty much a party going on inside, and a line of cars circling the restaurant. Newspaper showus that Chick-fil-a will reopen around Christmas. The owner has failed to put up notices. It looks out of business.

Every time my friends and I go to chick-fil-a we always feel sick after we eat. Especially after having the chocolate milkshake. They leave their Hershey's chocolate syrup out all day when it is supposed to be refrigerated. I do not suggest going. The operator doesn't manage this store well, when I have been there dining inside an employee came in saying they were forced to work outside in the freezing cold rain and their "swap" never came out. read more

The stars perfectly highlight my experience, "Meh. I've experienced better." Not so much a grievance toward the quality of the food, but rather the service. Besides the one adult (over 18, at least by the looks of it) member of the staff, the manager, the place seemed to be overflowing with high school students, which is not a problem, but their experience or lack there of was. If I was to calculate the average age of people in the establishment, including guests, I would place it around 9, considering there were little kids running wild. Legit place for a young child - the play place looked fun. The Experience: I received some serious skepticism upon presenting a free chicken sandwich coupon, but was eventually able redeem my free sandwich after a few more hurdles. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries, a drink, and a load of sauces. Upon receiving the bill the fries and drink were not on the order. Round two: reordered the fries and drink. Finally I reached my table, thoroughly stoked for some awesome chicken sandwich, only to find I was given the wrong type (and missing a sauce). Round three: was able to trade the spicy chicken for the grilled chicken and obtained my buffalo sauce. Game time. The food was good, but I would recommend sticking with the friend chicken, it's what they do. The grilled chicken sandwich lured me with it's somewhat healthy attributes: lettuce and tomato, but in the end wasn't worth it, nothing special. Lettuce very ok. On the other hand, the chicken nuggets were great, as were the sauces to accompany. To my surprise, they actually do offer fountain drink refills. Topped the meal off with a reload of soda and a bit of dismay that I couldn't snag the free container of cheerios by the condiments, as they were only for children (I like the idea though). read more
