After living in the south for a couple of years I became addicted to the strangely odd pickle flavored chicken at Chick fil A. I must say, this Longmont location is THE best Chick Fil A, and best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I don't care if they are all religious, they make a damn great chicken sandwich, plus they are so damn nice. It's even a genuine nice, nit that fake smile you get from most all other foodservice places. Maybe everyone here is so happy because they know they get Sundays off, I don't know, but this is the most efficient, polite group of high school workers ever. I want to know their Jedi mind tricks to try it out on my own workers! I drive from Boulder into the country town of Longmont just for this place, oh and if my local bestbuy is out of something. read more

Far from fine dining, but a solid place. If you have kids, it is great. The play area is clean, the kids meals are nice, and the servers are very kind and kid friendly. read more

This is hands down the worst chick-fil-a location in Colorado. For the last 3 times I have visited this location, I have waited 20+ minutes for the curbside location. Every time it is an excuse. Sounds to me like the owner and upper management need to take a hard look at their staff and performance because you fall short. read more

I can't speak to the food...I'm a vegetarian, but I can speak to the awesome customer service. My friend needed food before lunch started, as he was due in for a long event today, and the staff was so understanding and helped prepare his food before we arrived. They understood life happens sometimes and you may need something an off time... the staff was super helpful. My friend is gluten free, and they have gluten free options, which is huge. Keep hoping for improvement but this location just can't get it together. We got somone elses order the last two times and the last time it took 45 mins for them to fix it. Only positive we got a free sandwich and fries the first time and the second time we got 3 free drinks even though we told them our drinks we correct we just need the right food. The teenage break area is still an annoyance by the restrooms so sat in the main area just to have a customer talking in the phone with an f bomb every other word with my 12 year old hearing it all. Avoid this location so it will go out of business and maybe a better one will come. The one in Loveland on hwy 34 is soooooo much better. Worst manage location I have ever experienced. Spicy Chicken Nuggets tastes pretty good. It's not too spicy, but just a little to add some flavor. 8 pieces made me full. Waffle potato fries tastes better when it's not too hot. I agree it's the best fast food I had. read more

Placed a large take out order. They filled promptly and even accurately, down to the extra sauces. Employee Emily handled everything in an excellent way and even helped carry it out to the car. She realized that I did not straws and ran back in and brought me some. All with a smile on her face. It is no wonder that Chic is such a success. This Chick-fil-A has gone down in quality each time I visit. I love Chick-fil-A, it was my first job as a teenager. This location needs a visit from corporate for quality control. Multiple times I've received the wrong order or cold food. Also, not sure when they started using breakfast portion chicken for the Chick-fil-A sandwich but my last sandwich the chicken barely covered half of the bun. I usually utilize the drive through but it seems next time I'll need to go inside to make sure I'm actually getting what I pay for before driving off. Also want to note each time I go I see multiple employees just hanging out in FOH with their arms crossed being unproductive. I remember busting my butt while working for my location. This is an quick and easy place to grab a meal. The service has always been good, and they do a good job of managing rush hours to where there aren't long lines. For example, when the drive-thrus get backed up they'll have people walking down the lines taking orders. The food comes out hot and fresh, and they give you actual chicken breast. Not the creepy processed circles some places will. read more

I was very impressed with the owner today! Last night I was craving a peach shake, so we came and it ended up being cow night so it was very busy. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes and then found out they were out of peach. Today he gave us free shakes! read more

Very disappointed in my experience here last night. We realized after we got home that we did not get our complete order. It wasn't crowded at all as we were there at 4:30. There really is no excuse for this. Plus we asked it to be double bagged to help keep the food warm because we had a bit of a way to go and it was very cold out. They filled the bags to the top leaving absolutely no room to close the bag. This would go a long way to helping the food warm. The training needs to be greatly improved. This motherfucking, piece of shit chik fil a starts you off by a lady cutting you off in line. Then you go to the cash register where a disgruntled hungover 16yo takes your order and gives you a fucking regular soda even though you asked for diet. Then you sit down with your food and find the buffalo sauce has been repackaged. Strange, huh? Then you check the consistency... thin. How odd. Must just be a new recipe. You test the taste... no longer spicy??? Just because you call something "zesty buffalo" instead of "buffalo" doesn't mean you can make it less spicy. Chick-fil-A is a nice alternative to a regular hambuger. Their sandwich is tasty, although I always ask for extra mayonase. This location is about par with all others I have been to, clean restrooms, floors & tables. The service here is great, very friendly young people working here. This place has to be the slowest Chick-fil-a I've ever been too. Everytime you go threw the drive thru it is at least a 20 minute wait. While the food is always good (when they give you the correct food, I've had a wrong order many times) and the staff is always friendly but the wait takes so long that even with the over 10 free chicken sandwich cards I have it, i still have to second guess going their, basicly if you are in any kind of hurry don't come to this chick-fil-a read more

Picked up take-out for lunch on Friday. The drive-thru line was long but being worked by a Team Member with a tablet before getting to the squalk-box; that sped things up considerably. I elected to go inside, and - surprisingly - nobody was in line at 11:50AM. In & out in less than 5 minutes. My cashier was new but did a great job. Ive eaten ordered on drive thru a few times amd tonight again wanted to give benefit of doubt, but been dissapointed each time ive ordered here. First the sandwiches are not as fresh as other locations ive tried the sandwich , I ate immediately and sanwich had moisture on bread something that hasnt happened in other locations even after taking home. Causing it to not ne crispy as the most likely had been sitting for a while and has been the same issue wvwry single time here.The staff are not as friendly except on one occasion when they were very busy in fact. Today wasnt busy at all late at night 8pm. The sandwich I received for some reasom seemed much smaller than usual as well as the bun definately not worth the $4+. Inncomparison various other location and 120th overall experience has always been way better. Other reviewers shet some light on possible reason for this perhaps its just Longmont as whole. Hope that whatever is going on gets remedied perhaps its just the night crew. I wish I would have read the reviews before. However that will be the last time for me. read more

Tonight was our first supper at this Chick-fil-A and I'm already planning my next visit! We enjoyed the chicken nugget kid's meal with fruit cup with our 19-month-old grandson pus our own meals, and he ate every bite as did we. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and decor; the music was just right, instrumental versions of familiar current Christian songs at a non-intrusive yet pleasant volume. We ordered a second entree midway, which took longer to arrive than normal; my husband actually went to check on it, and when it arrived a few minutes later, we were delighted to get a free entree gift card as well. I'm also enchanted with the little board books in the kids meals! The I Spy series for the older kids was also fun. And when I wanted to get more of the kids' meals' toys/books, Elise the shift manager graciously helped me get all the options I wanted. Twice!
