On January 14, 2026, I went to Wendy's at 1091 S. Hover in Longmont, Colorado. The staff was very cordial and kind. Lunch was very tasty, as always. An employee named Gisselle deserves special mention. She is very kind, helpful, expedient, and courteous. She has exceptional customer service skills and makes me feel welcome when I dine there. She goes the 'extra mile' and gives customer appreciation with a smile. Many thanks to all the crew at Wendy's on 1091 S. Hover in Longmont, Colorado. If you order a small combo they'll upcharge you to medium or large and say that's the only sizes they offer. Check your receipts. I told the lady she upcharged me after I asked for a small and asked to look at the receipt which she initially withheld from me. They do offer small combos. Upcharging is a tactic. This is theft. Stopped there (Wend's on Hover in Longmont near the hotel) on Sunday 4/28/24 around noon. Hardly any customers. Staff is very nice and gives good customer service. However, the burger i got and my wife's chicken breast sandwich were the absolute worst ever product either of us had EVER EVER eaten at at Wendy's in a state. My burger was dry, hardly heated at all and absolutely no taste. My speculation is that it had been sitting around in the kitchen for quite some time. Her chicken breast was the same. Used the drive through because of the current COVID-19 situation. A very simple order - a baked potato and chili. When I pulled over in the parking lot to eat, I discovered that they forgot my chili! So, I had to get back in line to get my chili. After I got my chili, the person who originally forgot to give it to me, got an attitude about it. I honestly don't understand why every Wendy's location in this town is beyond terrible. Management needs to seriously get their act together. I've ordered curbside a few times and every SINGLE time the order has been wrong. I never receive ketchup or sauces I order for nuggets. One time I received a sprite instead of a coke. This is a pretty middle of the road Wendy's for me. They tend to get my orders right about 75% of the time which I guess isn't too terrible but still borders on annoying when I usually get home to discover the error. The primary errors I get from here are actually leaving out an item from the bag completely. Special order of the food I can accept sometimes forgetting to remove a tomato or something as I can easily remove it and its not that big a deal for me as i have no allergies. The inside is usually clean and free of any weird odors and the staff is usually friendly when you talk to them but otherwise tend to not make contact with you. With there being another Wendy's in range of me, I usually choose this one to go to as it has fresher food and better service. read more

Witnessed a BAD health code violation while in Drive-through. A worker dropped an ice scoop on the floor [quite loudly], picked it up, and PUT IT BACK... Let that sink in. When brought up with the girl handing me food, she turned to call her manager over in Spanish... I know what 'puta' means, and it should never be said in customer service about a customer. Especially when they are right there, and can HEAR you. Never eating here again. I DID contact corporate, and got the usual "we'll do something/we're doing something about it", but no specifics. VERY long wait in drive thru the two times I've gone here. The last time the car in front of me was waiting 5 minutes before it sounded like he ordered. A car behind me thought the wait was so long, that he honked. They got my order wrong. Glad I looked in the bag before driving off. When I left the line was so long it was out of the parking lot. Be very careful when you're ordering a combo from this location. The prices on the menu board for the combos are with a small drink and a small fry, but when you order through the drive-thru you are NEVER given the option of small, they only ask you if you want medium or large. Then when I get to pay it's always about two three dollars more than what I expected to pay ripping me off. read more

I ordered a bacon cheese burger with onion - forgot the onion - tomato was soggy . Got a four piece chkn nugget they gave me three . Fries were kinda warm. Honestly, the most well run fast food drive thru I've ever been to in the country. Every time I went there, it was crowded, but the line moved superfast. By the time you get to the window, the food is either ready or ready within 15 seconds. And it's always piping hot. I'm being serious when I say that we received the BEST service. Absolutely the WORST fast food experience I have ever had. From the very first when trying to order at the drive-through until actually driving away, I was flabbergasted at the treatment I received. The person taking the order could not answer my questions about what was on a junior cheeseburger deluxe or a junior cheeseburger. After several minutes waiting at the drive up order machine, she finally got it right and I placed my order for a junior cheeseburger deluxe, a vanilla frosty and an order of chicken nuggets. At the window, the girl handed me a bag. I asked for ketchup and she couldn't understand the word and indicated that to me by smiling and saying something in Spanish. She went off for a minute and then I realized my chicken nuggets weren't in the bag. And there was no frosty. So I reminded her of them and then there seemed to be much discussion and confusion among the 3 employees in the room, as though they didn't understand what possibly could have happened. Finally, they delivered the two items, said thanks and seemed to turn away. So I sat there a minute, thinking I haven't even paid and they haven't even asked. After a moment of internal debate, I tapped on the window to tell them I still needed to pay. The girl was confused as I handed her my credit card but she took it, turned away and then handed it back to me. I told her I would like a receipt which really seemed to make her mad, and then she said "we have no paper". And she just looked at me, like that was just too bad. But I insisted on a receipt and after more confusion on her part, she finally produced a paper roll and somehow printed me a receipt. She thrust it at me with a scowl and said "here". With no thanks or smile or anything remotely friendly, she was not a picture of what a good server would feel like. I felt like I should have just driven away earlier. I've never had a fast food experience that took so long in my life and felt so wrong. Needless to say, I will never patronize that store again. read more
