I ordered a bowl from this location on Hover & Clover Basin on the night of November 28th (around 9-10 PM). My order included Cholula chicken, white rice, black beans, queso, lettuce, and guacamole. Within 2 hours of eating, I developed extreme food poisoning -- nonstop vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea, and dehydration so bad I almost went to the hospital. I was sick the entire night and could not keep water down until late the next morning. I'm thankful I recovered, but this was easily one of the worst food-related illnesses I've ever experienced. This isn't a small stomach ache -- this was violent and immediate, which tells me something in my bowl was handled or stored improperly. Was very excited to see new salsas and sauces and the Chile Crema did not disappoint! The cauliflower mash was not overly mashed, but had nice chunky pieces too, I like texture so I enjoy this. Pickled onions! Yum, so tasty and a slight twist to just red onions, BTW pickling, basically putting veggies in a vinegar base takes away the "harshness" of onions and flavors otherwise bland veggies. Dirty, slippery floors, food in the wrong bins, no regard for food allergies here. I ordered a veggie bowl and the woman put steak in it. So she sticks her hands in the bowl and starts taking out the individual pieces of steak out of my bowl as if she's at home making her own lunch. Get your nasty fingers out of my bowl, I don't want meat flavor in it, and I don't eat steak! Head manager that is lazy and talks shit in front of his customers. Ast. manager that gets pissed if you pay with cash because there is no tip jar but you can tip through a card. She says owe your paying with cash in a condescending annoyed voice. You don't take cash B..., I wouldn't have tipped you anyway-bowl stunk. Place needs to be put down. Hopefully, a chipotle comes to town soon. Which is owned by the same corporation which is a bit odd. We have been driving up to this Qdoba in Longmont (from Boulder) for a **very** long time. We consider it our Saturday morning dining adventure...and have loved the food, the staff, the ambiance, etc. Sadly, for the past month something at this Qdoba in Longmont has changed. Besides the place being in disarray (we actually need to clean our table before eating, walk over utensil and straw wrappers on the floor, request tp to be filled in the restrooms, etc. And, if that hasn't been bad enough, the food has slid downhill - charred/braised (vs. "scrambled") eggs, romaine/lettuce remains vs. hearts, slimy (vs. smooth and creamy) guacamole, etc. This place is close to our hearts...so, we write in the hope that "someone" will consider (and work on improving) these issues...so, that we are not forced explore and find another weekly Saturday morning dining adventure. We go into this Qdoba every weekend as they have my favorite breakfast burritos around. The food is always good, the restaurants always clean, and the staff is always very friendly. They have a lot of options for drinks because they have one of those machines with the buttons or you can pick different flavors. Most Qdoba's don't have breakfast, so we drive from Boulder so that we can get breakfast here. It's so good it's worth the drive. Will definitely be back. Be sure to try their breakfast! read more

I tried this place as I was rushing to an appointment in the morning, because I noticed they have breakfast burritos. This is essentially a chipotle type place, and in the mornings they offer eggs, potato & meats with toppings for your hungry belly's! They have a small or large burrito option, and you just customize it down the line. I opted for a small one because I wanted room for lunch later and wasn't sure if I would even like it. I am glad to say it was very satisfying in its simple way. The eggs were moist, the potatoes a good bland filler & the salsa's were on point with their spicy tart tomato vibe. I am not giving it as many stars, because I really was missing some beans and rice in this breakfast burrito too - and though it was good, it still had a heavy commercial chain vibe to it that made it satisfying but not delicious or something I would go crazy never having again. I think if you are looking for something extraordinarily basic that just hits that hungry belly spot in the morning this will do. This restaurant is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! I am a student athlete so I am always on the lookout for healthy places that provide fast service and large amounts of food for good prices- this Qdoba meets all of my requirements! To say that I order from this location frequently would be an understatement, therefore I can attest to the quality of the staff. I have not had a single poor experience, they are always friendly, fast, and keep a clean environment. I also have dietary restrictions (dairy and gluten free), which have never been an issue- even without piles of cheese the food is still flavor-full. Throughout the pandemic, their service has remained top notch. I feel safe when I have to go in to order as the staff is always equipped with masks, worn properly (score!!) and gloves. I usually order from the app to keep both the workers and myself safe, which works very well. If I could offer one piece of feedback that would make my experience even more enjoyable, it would be a request to stop using plastic in the to-go packaging. Although the paper bowls are compostable and the plastic lids are recyclable, it would be great if a more environmentally friendly option was available. I understand that it is challenging during COVID to cut down on waste due to the amount of takeout, but that is the exact reason why I believe Qdoba should try and make the change! The tortilla soup was over-salted so much I couldn't take more than two bites before I through it in the trash. Got charged $3 for a cup of salty bullshit!!! The chips were stale mixed in with fresh chips. Honestly the nacho cheese was the only ok part of my experience. Yeah, I eat Qdoba. Seems as good as any other Qdoba. Located in a newer strip mall full of food chains like Anthony's Pizza, Rumbi Island Grill, Texas Roadhouse, a wing place, etc. Kinda on the SW outskirts of Longmont's sprawl. It's convenient for take-out if I'm heading back to Boulder on the Diagonal. Food seems fine, like any other Qdoba, and they scoop a lot here, creating massive about-to-explode burritos. Just don't feel like you need to finish the whole thing at one sitting! Staff have been nice enough here separate the cool stuff from the hot stuff and the crispy from the soggy, so it'll still taste good once my take-out gets home. YEEESSSSS!! We only have one Qdoba in Dallas it's all FAR AND STUFF. Staying with my wife's folks we hit this place every time we're in town. We love Qdoba just in general, but something about the friendliness of Longmont people makes this location a bit more special.
