I had a great experience today at Q'doba. There were only a few other people in there when I went in for a late lunch (3:45ish) and only waited about a minute before ordering. The guy who waited on me could not have been friendlier and more helpful (I suspect he's the manager, but I could be wrong about that). When I asked him which chicken was better (regular grilled or tequila/lime) he did not hesitate to give me a sample (go with the tequila/lime, people, it is so flavorful!). He also made my burrito bowl with care and gave me a nice scoop of guac on top (it looked nice and green, too; no brown spots in this guac). I also LOVE that guac and queso are not extra at Q'doba! I also got a side of chips and the corn salsa and the chips are nice and crispy (i.e. not stale) and the corn salsa tastes fresh and flavorful (i.e. not frozen!). (Side note: a recent experience gone awry at a competitor chain left me with super stale chips and frozen corn chunks, which makes me now think twice before ordering them anywhere... let's call that place "Shmipotle" [of course I wrote a review]) Anyway, my food was really tasty (still as, as I type this), it was constructed well, the employee who helped me was really friendly and I even got my chips/salsa for free for using the Q'doba rewards for the first time (you should sign up, too). I got my food to-go so I cant comment on the ambiance but things looked clean when I was there (although I wasn't really paying attention to that). I will agree with James W. Food is the same as any other location. I just want to add this one offers ordering online and serves breakfast burritos. I had one with spicy Mexican Sausage but I wasn't a huge fan. I could have eaten one with no meat and been satisfied, but I just wasn't a huge fan of the sausage. read more

Got a Steak Burrito with some Chips and Queso. The chips were definitely stale, not extremely stale, but enough to the point where you notice it. My steak burrito had tortilla strips in it, which I didn't order. They were also stale. Everything else was ok. read more

This is a review more about door dash than Qdoba. Qdoba is 5 min away from our house. The dasher picked up our order then drove 26 min the other direction to pick up another order. He arrived 45 min late. We were able to cancel the DD order and went inside Qdoba and placed our order. Should have done that the first time. Restaurants and customers who support them should have higher standards. If we had accepted the food, it would not have met our expectations and would have reflected poorly on Qdoba. read more

Food all over the floor this was around 4 when I was the only customer in the whole place eating. After a long tough day with work and otherwise, I walked into this qdoba establishment for some dinner last night. I was greeted immediately by a taller Caucasian gentleman with a beard who smiled at me and asked how my day was. I told him not great and thanks for asking and we chatted back and forth while he prepared my food. I was blown away by the level of service he provided and just the overall kindness that was shown my way. It absolutely made my night and day and wanted to share the positive vibes and experience. I am a big fan of Qdoba. Here's why. Qdoba is similar to Chipotle in that its specialty is burritos and it offers a selection of meats, guacamole, cheese, etc. to put on your item. However, Qdoba offers now an unlimited selection of toppings for one price. No charge for add-ons is really nice and allows you to get premium items like guacamole and queso for the same price. Also, Qdoba has a great selection of salsas to spice up your entrée. In addition, you can get Queso or Queso Diablo, with a kick of spice. The service at this particular restaurant is very good. Everyone is friendly. One tip: They are offering smothered burritos, but they are a smaller size, so make sure that is what you want before ordering. You can also get breakfast in the mornings. I like the regular chicken burrito for 4.59, including tax. This compares favorably with other fast food breakfast options. I like to put the jalapeño Tabasco on it, for a tip. It makes for a good way to start the day. Overall, I have been very pleased and encourage anyone who is interested to start crafting their ultimate Qdoba creation with all the options. read more

Whoever was working the counter didn't speak English. That wouldn't have been much of an issue, but he swiped my card twice and threw away the two receipts behind the counter without even asking me if I wanted them. So I asked him if he had charged me twice. He apparently didn't understand and just walked off. Luckily, my bank caught the mistake- but I am still less than thrilled. I don't like having to wonder if my server wanted to rip me off, or just made an honest mistake. Won't be handing these people my credit card ever again. read more

This is my go to Qdoba, they always serve large portions and I have never had an issue with customer service. We have visited late, early, lunch rush and other random times with little to not issues. I especially love that guacamole and queso is free, it makes all the difference. They may lack on keeping the tables clean but the food and service has always been great. read more

I don't think I've ever had such a half a** experience at a Qdoba. I happened to be in Longmont for a couple things with family so we stopped at this Qdoba on the way out of town. I'm still kind of appalled! Lol. So walking into this Qdoba location, we were greeted by a few employees starting to gather around the high top table & it was scattered with pizza boxes. (Had this been some sort of "reward" for the employees, I would have understood somewhat but it was very clear that's not what this was.) We walked up behind 2 men & there wasn't anyone there to greet us. All the employees were in the dining area. One girl & the manager were the only 2 to come up to provide service to customers. The girl, Cara, didn't wash her hands & put gloves on after coming to the area from handling a dirty rag. One of us ordered a salad, which she had no idea how to make, when we got to the register, we just asked the manager if he could put the ingredients that weren't put in there on the side, we really didn't have an issue at that point, & he threw his head back like we were wrong & said when the girl got back to that side where he was, she could do it. He wanted nothing more than 2 rush us thru paying so he could get back to his pizza. We sit down & sit facing the counter & happen to observe the employees during our dinner. Cara never washed her hands, making food for 10 or more people after us. Which in between she would sweep the floors, handle dirty things, then proceed with serving food. The only credit I will give Cara is that she was the ONLY employee to remain behind the counter working, the manager here & there. But the other 4-5 employees remained on their phones & in the dining area eating pizza & made it very obvious none of them were wanting to work, they expressed that a lot & laughed about how they weren't working on the clock. The 45 minutes we were there eating dinner, this continued. I would like to add that the meat & rice tasted like it had been sitting there for 4-5 hours. They all would go behind the counter & stay on their phones, till right before we left & they were ignoring the customers who had just walked in. I just couldn't believe all of them openly admitting they all thought it was hysterical they weren't working while on the clock & not a single one of the employees followed State of Colorado food safety guidelines, I just really couldn't believe what I was seeing. Please visit a different Qdoba until they can all follow proper food safety practices & maybe gain a work ethic. I eat Qdoba a lot, it's truly my favorite & I just couldn't stay silent about what I just witnessed, no one should be served food that's old & that's being contaminated by improper food safety practices. Ive recently come to enjoy qdoba recently due to value compared to other chain. But today was first time at this location and it was dirtier than expected, tables were not wiped and floors really need a cleaning. I probably wont return to this location stopped today due to being in the vecinity. read more

I just love this place. I went in today because I just wasn't feeling 100% so tortilla soup is always my remedy. I am always treated like part of the family and I love that. And then my whole meal was free because of my reward card!! What a great way to make my Monday manageable. Love you guys! Keep up the great work and food :) read more

The service is not particularly good (rushed, not very curteous) and the food somehow is worse than the other Qdobas. The last time around I actually got charged twice for a nachos I got one of. Got a refund, but not even an apology. As far as fast foods go, even McD is likely healthier and better. Quite expensive too. read more

Poor customer service. Line server rude. Ground beef stale (had been sitting). Portion size of meat less than one (1) spoonful. Megan cashier very friendly. Store manager Shane could care less, no apologies for bad service or portion sizes. General appearance very dirty. Megan did clean lobby while we were there.
