Placed my orders online several times over the last few months and the sandwiches are never done when I arrive. I eat at this location twice a week. It apparently takes 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, and the order is not correct part of the time. It's convenient and was good at one time. Apparently planning ahead during a lunch break is not the way to go at this location. Walk in and order off the street and get you sandwiches quicker and probably more accurate. It happened again today. Ordered at 12:11, showed up at 12:31, Received sandwiches at 12:39. Lesson learned. Time to start eating somewhere that appreciates repeat business and my money as well as respects a lunch break time. read more

I recently visited jerseys mikes today in order to get me a Philly and was confused on why I was constantly listening to a baby crying in the back. The baby was constantly roaming around the establishment without any parental supervision. One of the employees eventually confined said child and brought it to the back of the store. Jersey Mike's and this location in general, is one of the best sandwich shops that I know of. To me, the food is fantastic, cut fresh right in front of you with fair portions and pricing. The staff here is also pretty amazing and are happy to accomodate with any special requests that they have available to them. Right as you walk in, everyone greets you happily and is very polite and respectful. You actually feel welcome and valued as a customer. As I mentioned before, for a chain, the food is actually really good. The meat is sliced right in front of you as you order it and the bread is constantly being cooked and rotated around so that its always fresh and soft. They also have a good variety of sandwiches on the menu, but they are more than happy to make a sandwich anyway you want with whatever you want assuming they have it available in the shop. The store is always clean and inviting and very rarely will you be waiting to get your sub made for very long, they are very fast at making them and can get you in and out in just a couple of minutes. If you're in town and need a big sandwich made quickly by a friendly staff, I highly recommend you stop in..and get the Italian...with swiss added (I know its a sin on an italian, but their swiss is good) read more

We have had such hit or miss service at this spot. This time was the straw for my family......:old nasty bacon was used on 2 of our sandwiches. That sucks when you order a BLT in a "Giant" size. couldn't even eat half. My younger daughter ordered a Turkey Provalone with bacon and the old bacon ruined her sandwich too. Good tasty sandwiches and friendly service. I came on a lunch rush and ordered a cold sandwich on the gluten free bread, the regular size. I asked for them to toast the bread and they grilled my entire sandwich?! He offered to make it fresh and was super nice about it, but they were so busy I didn't want to hold up the line. Again, no biggie. However, then came the price tag! Good lord, I guess I missed something. It was nearly 12 bucks for a gf regular size sub?! Always have enjoyed their subs but this location can't get a phone in order correct most of the time. I hate dogging out establishments but this is just getting old. This place is fantastic! There are a few individuals who make the experience great every time. I'll have to catch their names next time I'm in. They always treat me with respect and try to move the line as efficiently as possible. Jersey Mikes is clearly the best of the three. i usually order the jersey shore which is pretty simple. what i think stands out is.. 1. the bread- its excellent 2. they slice to order. retains some of the juices and flavor 3. the veggies are so fresh - shredded head lettuce that is NOT from a bag 4. mikes way- yes. so good. what can i say? i love Jersey Mikes and i'm not a huge sub person. once i started going here i haven't been back to subway OR Jimmy johns. i just wish subs were healthier as i would frequent this place ..more often but trying to keep my fat and cholesterol down i can really only come here once a month. read more

I was on the road and stopped for lunch. They made me a great salad (tub). I asked for a fork, as one would to eat a salad. They didn't have any. They looked all over to find one, but could not. I asked how I was supposed to eat it, and the guy says "sorry bud". All of the utensil holders were filled with plastic knives, so someone knew this and did not act. Walked in the place and was empty. Only person sitting down was a employee counting down a cash register drawer in the customer seating area. I thought that was a bad idea, cash out in public is a good way to get robbed. I noticed the music was really loud and decided I would get take out and go home. The guy took my order, and while it was being prepared, another guy rang me up. I told him I would also like a large Coke. The music was so loud, he didn't even hear me and only charged me for my sandwich. The icing on the cake? When I slide my debit card, the machine asked if I wanted to add a tip to my bill. Really? You want me to add a tip and you can't even take my basic order? When the guy handed my sandwich, he asked me if that was all I needed. I told him he needed to turn down the music, so they could communicate with the customer. So he yelled towards the back to turn down the music. Here is my tip. Get rid of the dance club music and concentrate on the customer. While the sub was good, imcan get a good sub and great customer service at Firehouse, just down the street. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to place an online order for pickup today at around 6:00. We came in around 5:50, and I told the lady at the cashier who was being trained that I placed an order, but that we were a bit early so there was no rush. A man then came up to us and gave us two large drinks, for the wait, which made us feel so welcomed. We then waited for our sandwhiches, and as we were waiting, another customer was yelling at the trainee complaining about the sandwhiches not being fast enough or something of the sort. The shift lead/manager then replied that she was training someone and doing her best to get the sandwhiches out. At about 6:00, our sandwhiches weren't to us, and we were totally fine with it because I used to work in a sandwhich shop, and I know what stress looks like, it was totally fine. They decided to give us two free sub cards for the wait, even though we didn't expect it at all! So sweet! We got our sandwhiches by 6:05, and all was perfectly well! Rude lady needs to get a life, it's very difficult to make a sandwhich fast when you are training. Everyone there was SO sweet, and we never will choose another sandwhich place over Jersey Mikes! read more

We found a BOGO coupon for Jersey Mike's Subs in our mail this past week so with the reduced cost for lunch, we thought we'd give them a try. It's a nice eatery with booths and tables. It's located in the new shopping area of west Longmont. I ordered the chipotle cheese steak sandwich. My wife had another cheese steak with mushrooms. This rating is based primarily on the bread. It's similar to Wonderbread. If you are a young child, you will love it. But it's horrible bread. Its like eating a generic hamburger bun that you would get from Walmart. I suppose it's geared toward the masses who either don't care about bread, or who prefer this stuff. If you're from the area, you've probably been to Snarf's. They have GREAT bread (no, they are not paying me to say this). If you haven't been to Snarf's, give them a chance. Their bread is AWESOME! Also, the chipotle sauce on my sandwich was disgusting. I powered my way through about 3/4 of the sandwich then put it down. Could not finish it. My wife thought that her sandwich was "ok". I wish them well but I will never go back.
