My husband's favorite place to get a sandwich around Loveland. The sandwiches are generous and delicious. The service is excellent, and the place is very nice and clean. I think this is a great choice for a great sandwich.

An amazing place, good food and great value, will be coming, I can't overstate how much of a fan I am of this humble place

I couldn't find a better photo to highlight the madness around Ai and what we geeks think non-geeks think of us like. Is it like this? Sure, sometimes. I'm not gong to lie. I've had many late night coding sessions fueled by faster food ( before my gourmet frozen pizzas now ) and gallons of red bull. I once tried a night of Angel's Envy fueled manhattans but that triggered the Ballmer Peak way too early. If you know what that means, you get it! If you're not making Ai part of your daily life you're failing behind. Don't say I told you. Fuck! This post is already dated. Not only has this increased my productivity by at least 20% but its decision trees can be used for so many aspects of life. When I struggled where to go back or land next year I came up with a detailed tag cloud and chain of questions without bias, just facts, to see what it would do. Oddly enough it correlated with many of the IRL chats I had with my keybase crew, but backed it with data. It ruled out Florida, then it battled Scottsdale, Austin, Dallas, and Vegas. Mind blown. The final series of questions factor in mandates like legal recreational cannabis, gun rights, and the lowest taxes. Pool parties were a must too. Vegas won in every aspect. If you've never tried this, you're behind. Hey ChatGPT what's my food of choice for late night coding? : Sandwiches One of the first cuisines I go for when traveling is a hearty sandwich. Folks would argue that it's impossible to land an A+ pastrami outside of Manhattan and much of the East Coast. I can confirm that West of Chicago finding a family run deli can be harder to find than getting through Mount Doom. When I stumbled on @daddyosgreenonion it blew my mind. This area between CU and CSU has many stoner fueled sandwiches joints I love so adding another was difficult. This spot hit, and I've only posted this after eating there a dozen times so far. Everything here is amazing, service top notch, and I never skip the soup of the day! Hey ChatGPT, find me the closest best pastrami gut bomb you can, stat! : I'll be back!

Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich

I love what they've done with the place - big, easy-to-read menus with lots of tasty-sounding options. Plenty of seating. Our first impression was definitely good! The woman who took our order was very friendly - two other Loveland sandwich shops could learn a lot from her. My wife ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and I got the Cinful Pork Sandwich. A tip was requested with payment; that's putting the cart before the horse. Moving on. We swapped sandwich halves so we got to try both. My wife really liked her Santa Fe Chicken; to me it was okay but I wouldn't order one. And then we both tried the pork sandwich, which I assumed would be the best part of my meal, but neither of us liked it. A swing and a miss! We'll probably give Daddy O's Green Onion another shot; it feels like I just haven't yet figured out what they do really well.

Small BLT was so darn good!!

Well I just had the best, maybe ever, BLT. Somehow this special bread contained the lettuce, tomato and bacon without slip sliding all over. The green of the shredded lettuce looked perfect with the thinly sliced tomato and the generous amount of thick sliced bacon. I love that the sourdough bread is thin with a slightly chewy texture. I would order it again and again. Too bad I don't live in Loveland.

Tomato basil bisque soup. Looks chunky!

I had the Turkey Classic sandwich--delicious! And a bowl of the tomato bisque soup--also delicious! The soup was chunky. Took me two spoonfuls to get used to it. After that, heaven! This is a great sandwich shop. Try it! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Avocado Chicken sandwich. The bread was *chef's kiss*
Gen B.

Yelp really came through for me -- this was a delicious stop after a hike! We got an avocado chicken sandwich and it had a good balance of chicken and fresh veggies. But the bread really made it. It's homemade and definitely has cornmeal somewhere in there -- it was kind of a mix between regular sourdough and an arepa. So yum! Fair prices too. If I lived closer, I would be here all the time.

Been here a lot of times I love it! It's always clean and the breadsticks are my favorite. Minus the fact that I got the sugar cookie one time and there was a hair in it so that's not so great. But I still think it's delicious! Very good soups.

We received attention immediately, and throughout our dinner, even though they were super busy. The food was awesome, and timely. (Meatballs were some of the best we've had, and the square pizza is quite unique and tasty!) We could see the main cook really hustling. But probably the best thing was the Manager. He was doing whatever was necessary to not only keep the place stocked and running, but he checked on every single employee, asking "you doing ok?" or "what can I help you with?" for the entire time we were there. If we asked a question, he took the time to chat with us, too! I thought he was the owner, the way he took pride in the place! Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back!

The kind of find that instantly makes you go, "Okay, noted. We're coming back." Service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming, not that fake-sweet "hi welcome in" on autopilot. Ambiance was extra cute too, decorated for Valentine's Day with that cozy, festive vibe that makes you want to linger. And the timing could not have been more perfect: it was Tuesday, which means $1 wings. Yes please. What we ordered Wings (6 total): half garlic parm, half honey buffalo Crispy, saucy in the right way, and the flavors hit exactly like you want them to. The garlic parm brought that savory, buttery punch, and the honey buffalo had a sweet-heat balance that kept pulling us back in for "just one more." (We all know how that goes.) Pizza (square style): half arrabbiata, half sausage This crust is the star. It's crispy on every edge like a classic Detroit-style, but the dough is what makes it stand out: light and fluffy, not dense or heavy. So you still get those deep, crunchy edges, but you don't feel like you need a nap halfway through the slice. It's basically Detroit's fun, less-committed cousin. Price: super reasonable for the quality, which honestly made it taste even better. Would absolutely recommend. We'll be back, no question.

Majority of Pho in NoCo has been salty & bland. Since then, I've tried at least 5-6 places already that serve Pho...and I'm going to say...this is a Top 3 in CO, #1 in Loveland (per my taste buds). Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. She consistently misses the mark on basic customer service. She rarely acknowledges guests, seems far more focused on making drinks than paying attention to the people sitting in front of her, and creates an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. On my most recent visit, I sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue. I am giving this review one star simply because of the continued experience with her.
