I'm sorry. I hate to leave negative reviews and this review is solely based on their pizza. I have tried it 4 separate times. It's genuinely the worst pizza I've had outside of Golden Corral buffet. I'm not sure how it's this bad. It looks like it should be fine but the flavor is truly bad. Like, I don't want to finish it bad. I love pizza so that's hard to do. Last night, we decided to give Blocky's a go after getting them from a delivery service last year and deciding that the delivery service ruined the experience. I'm really glad we decided to give them another chance! We arrived about 20-30 minutes before they closed and we decided we'd sit at a table outside but that wasn't in their patio enclosure so they wouldn't have to wait for us to eat to start closing. I ordered the eggplant parm and my spouse got a chicken alfredo (without the bacon). The menu says they make their own spaghetti noodles so I was really excited. Ordered and waited at a booth until our food was done. It's really cute inside. Mix of mom's dining room and sports bar vibe. The ceiling lights, which are just plain fluorescent lights, are covered with "stained glass" covers which I thought was great. They brought us our food in a pizza box which is so clever for keeping it warm and making it easy to carry! I was hoping it'd be good but I was blown away! The house made noodles had a great texture and flavour, the sauce tasted like it was house made too. And the bread (which I was not expecting a lot from because it's, you now, BREAD) was amazing! Unfortunately, I ate my bread too fast to get a picture of it once I unwrapped it. The alfedo sauce was super good and tasted house made too. Locally owned and a cozy spot. Be aware, if you use a coupon, the sandwich will have less of the meat and cheese on it, and will take longer to make, and you will have to ask for water glasses three times. Sandwiches were tasty, the restaurant was still busy even after the regular lunch hour today, and the pizza looks really yummy, so next time I will try that. Friendly and cute staff, hailing from New Jersey, but the restroom smelled of dirty diapers this time. Classic Philly Cheesesteak has gotten the biggest kudos, so far although the steak slice was pretty great, too. Home made ranch dressing was better than the generic Italian, which had bonus olive slices floating in it. Sturdier paper plates would be nice, as I was afraid mine would melt after adding the dressing -- which came on the side, just as I had requested. We had a great first experience for takeout. Hesitated due to the few bad reviews in the lack of pictures and quality of them... but I'm thinking about them again tonight for dinner. It was so good!! Lasagna and spicy bambino pizza. We are new to the area, and I'm a pizza and pasta foodie. Definitely our go to place now.. everyone has bad days! Went there yesterday. Food was okay we ordered pasta- pasta vodka, spaghetti, desserts, and 2 pepperoni rolls. Was around 81$, I've had better for the price. Service was poor. Staff was friendly but didn't do a good job. Order was taken wrong so had to go back up to the counter to reorder my spaghetti. They brought my food out already packaged to go and told me sorry he was working on autopilot at that point just wanted to leave the rest of my party already ate. Ordered the penne Alfredo. I didn't realize that they add bacon to the dish, but it was definitely there as advertised. First of all... we need to have a bonus star that we can give establishments that go above and beyond for service in addition to having great food because Blocky's would have gotten it yesterday! What a little gem this place is... we ordered the Large Spicy Bambino Pizza and it was AWESOME! I and my two daughters ate as much as we could and took the leftovers home to the rest of the family and they raved about it too! But here's the real story... you know how when a restaurant makes a mistake on your order and they have a choice of how they're going to fix it? With a cheery disposition and taking it as an opportunity to win a customer for life, or... not? Well, let me tell you, the guys at Blocky's have won a customer for life... As I said, we ordered the Large Spicy Bambino Pizza, but the new guy taking the orders rang up a Family Size Spicy Bambino Calzone (unbeknownst to us). When the server brought out the dipping sauces and said "Enjoy your Calzone!", we thought he brought them to the wrong table. After a few confused looks, we figured out what had happened. He went back in the kitchen and out comes the cook and he's all anxious to make it more than right. We were looking forward to a pizza, but we would have been happy with a Calzone... but he was insistent that we get what we ordered. So, he starts a new pizza and says we can take the Calzone home with us. And then, if that wasn't enough, he gives us a credit towards a future visit so he "can make it right". My daughters and I were stunned... he didn't have to do half of what he did to make us happy... like I said, customers for life... we'll eat up here whenever we're in Loveland. read more

After many staffing difficulties resulting in abysmal customer service, they are back on track. East Coast Italian is what this is, and it is amazing! The lasagna is an experience I haven't had outside of family kitchens (I gratefully accept their application of patience to produce this one dish- as I no longer have it). The pie is straight forward east coast (NOT N.Y.) 'za available with a wide range of toppings. If you are having a bad day, the Meatball Parm sandwich will help you feel better. Even their salads (the Antipasto is my favorite- with the house Italian) are top notch. Food was bland,cold, and not good at all. Been to this place a few times and over the past year the food has gotten worse and the prices have gone up. Not a fan anymore and would highly suggest going elsewhere if you are looking for Italian cuisine. The my moms lasagna with seven layers was in two pieces with cheese that hardly melted on top.
