These absolute morons made me wait 30 minutes for a SOPPING wet quesadilla and soft taco. Ive never had such a horrible experience anywhere before so of course I was weary of even eating my food. It's not like there wasn't even anyone working either there were at least 4 people in the back all laughing and joking while the whole time I was waiting for my 2 items. Been here multiple times and the service is horrible every time. Orders take 15-30 minutes to come out. there is no one to help customers at the front of the restaurant. there were 10 people waiting needing service. it was disgraceful. the drive-through is less slow. read more

Service wasn't great, when I arrived at the speaker the guy who took my order seemed like he wasn't in the mood to take orders at all and once I pulled up the the window he barely told me the total, and didn't give me a receipt and once I got my food on my lunch break my food wasn't even wrapped it was just unfolded and my food was all over the bag I didn't even have time to go back to have it remade. i ordered 4 items- specifically no Guacamole as I'm allergic. I said it twice, yet guacamole still ended up in my nachos. I ordered and paid for a large nacho fry and received a regular order size. this is the nearest Taco Bell to me, and it's worth it to spend more in gas to the further one than the one here. read more

When you walk in. No one tells you there is no one able to take orders at the register. There isn't even a sign. I saw a lady walk by me, she made eye contact nodded her head and didn't do anything passed that. I waited for like 5 mins at the register while the kids were talking in the back . I ended up using the self service kiosk. Someone put an orange juice on the counter which I ordered as a drink for my meal, and I waited like 10 more minutes and waved down someone and was like where is my meal? I wouldn't come here to order an orange juice. Someone made my oder and just sat it hidden between the tortilla baking machines. Idk why fast food workers want all this money hourly when they cannot even provide the most basic customer service. It's atrocious. read more

When we went to Taco Bell at 10:10 PM 8/12/25, the doors were closed, Wich is completely reasonable but as we went threw the drive threw the women helping us proceeded to be very rude and say we could only have two orders at Max per car and when we asked why, she said we weren't allowed because of the restaurants policy, then she switch it up to 3 orders. we decided to go threw 2 times so everyone could order separately , the second time we went through, She was very rude and she proceeded to say nothing but OK, alright. We have this whole situation on video so if you'd like that please reach out. She had a septum piercing and dark hair. at the end we asked her name and she closed the door on us. We said have a good night, thank you and she just replied with literally nothing. This whole thing is definitely didn't sit right to us. And her pitter attatude really changed all of our views on of our go to fast food spots. Very sad. read more

It is EXTREMELY hard to get service here if your not in the drive thru. I have been reluctant to leave a bad review even though I have wanted to after every time I've been here. I get it, I'm at Taco Bell. I'm expecting Taco Bell with minimum wage customer service. I have only had one Taco Bell be worse than this one and it's in Portland Maine. It really bums me out because it is close to work and is a cheap lunch option. Don't know why I keep trying this place. The lobby is rarely open. A lot of the time the drive-thru is shut down. If you order online & customize anything, the workers don't seem to read & just put the ingredients they feel like adding. I heard that Taco Bell was giving away free breakfast taco biscuits in celebration of Cinco De Mayo. So I went to try one. While the store was fairly clean and the service was fast and friendly, the taste of the new taco biscuit was a solid mehh, Nothing special, but then you have to remember that this is a Taco Bell and not a 5 star gourmet restaurant. Terrible service with rude and obnoxiously unprofessional assistant manager. What they did to me was beyond anything I'd ever experienced. I waited in the drive through line for ten minutes before they took my order. I pulled up to the window and paid, and then I sat there for another 10 minutes being completely ignored. Finally, I tapped on the widow. The Taco Bell employee opened the window and literally began yelling at me that she was taking someone else's order and that I was "just going to have to wait." I looked at her and replied, "Are you really yelling at a customer - especially one that you've been ignoring right outside your window for the past 10 minutes?" She replied, "Yes. It was rude for you to knock on the window and startle me." I told her I wanted to speak to the manager, and she replied, "I am the manager on duty." I told her I wanted the name and number of the general manager as well as her own name, and she replied, "He knows who I am" and refused to give me the information. I demanded a refund, and right about that time, someone brought food up to the window to give me. I told him that I no longer wanted to give them my business and that I wanted a refund. (I didn't mention that the food he had offered was not what I had ordered.) He then gave me $10 although I had paid $27. I told him that I wanted a full refund, and he insisted that he had refunded the money I had paid because he insisted that someone else's order was mine. I finally convinced him to give me the rest of my money, and I asked him the name of that rude manager and for the name and number of the store's general manager. He gave me the rude manager's name (Mundy) but refused to give me the general manager's name and number and said that I was holding up the line. I tried to call that store today to speak with the general manager, but after it rang about ten times, someone picked up and then hung up the phone without speaking. I can't find the general manager or regional manager information anywhere on the net, so I will continue to try calling the store until I reach the GM. In any event, I will never give that store my business again. read more

Most dirty dining room ever. They always screw up order at this location. Today I ordered online waited twenty five minutes. They never placed food on the pickup table like they always do. Ignorant manager says they don't use the pickup table and it's my fault shes the only person that doesn't follow common sense procedures. Idk what is going on w this place. They have 6 people working and they say they're closed for short staff two days in a row. I went yesterday and today thinking it was a once time thing an ya girl has been craving that Mexican pizza. However the Employees are outside the store talking and playing around while I sat in the drive thru. The girl with pink hair was there both days and said they were closed yet many of them outside the location. I've eaten at Taco Bell for the past 30+ years...I'm a Mexican Pizza lover. I went to this different location for the first time yesterday, and I ordered one. The first few bites tasted like metal/brassy. I took it back up to the counter and told (who I think was the manager), I didn't know if was the meat or cheese or what, but it tasted not right. So they made me a new one after telling me the sauce went bad. The 2nd one was a little better, but still had that metal taste to it. I ate it anyway because I had wanted it so badly! 15 min later I got SOOOO sick!!! I was sick the rest of the day, into the night! I knew it was Taco Bell because I hadn't eaten anything else yesterday. Today I'm totally fine, so it was definitely the food. I can't believe I got food poisoning from Taco Bell. You hear stories, but it hasn't happened to me in 30+ years...until yesterday!!! Extremely poor customer service when THEY get your order wrong and don't add everything onto your order. And when you ask where your item is, they won't give it to you or even add it to a new check because "I didn't get that" and then they walk away. I will say though, if Taco Bell actually fixed their drive-thru screen so you could see the order they put in for you, issues like this could be avoidable. read more

This Taco Bell tends to have weird times when they are just randomly closed during the day, I'm assuming due to the employees deciding they want to do it, since I know you can't as a company policy. At this specific location I would say the order accuracy is about 1 in 8 are incorrect which is pretty decent for any fast food place, and with the new ordering app, it seems to solve a lot of the inaccuracies oddly enough. Inside the store is usually pretty clean and the staff is generally pleasant and friendly. read more

This Taco Bell used to be good, but over the last couple of months almost every time I've driven here they have either A) closed several hours before they are scheduled to close or B) have run out of basic Taco Bell items like Baja blast, beef, rice...
