Can Culver's employees EVER get the order correct? They have a recap at the bottom of the receipt, obviously they don't bother to look at it! Pisses me off when I get home to find no butter or ketchup in the bag but, the recap certainly list both items! We normally love this location but tonight was an absolutely terrible experience. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken tenders but was given regular chicken tenders with a side of buffalo sauce (we were charged extra for the side of buffalo sauce). It took us going to the counter twice to finally get them remade. Our fries were so old they were totally inedible. Again another thing we needed remade. Then we ordered pretzels and for whatever reason were charged for an extra side of cheese sauce when we told them we didn't need cheese sauce. No real apology from the manager. We had to return to the counter a third time and wait for the chicken because they said they couldn't bring it to us. Very very disappointed. To top it off when we came in there were plenty of empty booths but not a single one was actually wiped down. read more

Culver's burgers and chicken strips are the tops! I love this place, it's just so well done. I actually survived for 4 years on buy one get one coupons in Lawrence at a Culver's. That place is amazing, kept me alive. Kept me a healthy young boy. A young bugle boy. Anyway, the buffalo chicken strips with a basket of fries is probably one of my favorites. You pair that with honey mustard or their Frank's Red Hot sauce which is probably the best sauce they have - though I'm sure people think the house sauce or the ranch is the better option. The fries are perfect, the burgers are absolutely delicious, especially the pub Burger they began selling. That thing, I've had about 10 of those the last few months, and let me tell you what... Pretzel buns are what's most important in this life. Not your kids, your jobs for the birds, you got to get your hands on a pretzel bun from Culver's. They're sweet tea is hit and miss, though when it's done right it's pretty tasty. Their ice cream is really good, I would say cleaner than Freddy's and smoother as well. They always have their daily special ice cream that's really well made. Whoever's making up these flavors does a good job. And if you sign up for their email alerts, they'll give you a free birthday Sunday which you can actually get whatever the daily ice cream is a scoop of that for free. I've had their chicken sandwich before, my wife loves them, I'm not a fan though. Reminded me too much of a high school experience if you get my drift. But definitely a go-to restaurant for me and my family every month or so when things aren't working out too well in the kitchen or if there's a Chiefs game! Custard lacked toppings! We specifically can for their flavor or the day which was crazy for cookie dough, which didn't have much cookie dough or caramel in it. We got two scoops of that and it was sloppy and looked like the same amount as our one scoop Cinnamon Toast Crunch custard. That also lacked toppings and mix in. It was pretty much vanilla custard with a few pieces of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top, none mixed in. read more

Oh -M- GEE I must say it's a Friday about 4:30 p.m. and it wasn't packed but had a busy flow and the parking was easy and light. First off the staff rock peanuts you hear me..attentive but not over bearing. Dallie helped me figure out what I wanted in a cost effective manner. The restaurant was clean and the air was fresh smelling with a hint of bangin food in the mist. I chose the northern cod fish but got them as sandwiches and cheese curds of course, no brainier on those, and a turtle concrete and it took all of idk 5 minutes and it was smoking hot. I think I may have a new relationship with this place. I do recommend you come and give it a try. Now when it comes to the fish sandwich I recommend no cheese and but on your tartar sauce and rock it that way but it's your taste buds. How do you explain fried cheese but it has a savory breading that costs these little guys that taste like no other..so there. I waited a half hour in the Drive-Thru with no sorry no let me take care of you. Don't know what happened. Ridiculous

times in last 2 months. Do not ask me why but 3 out 4 times they failed to give us Cole Slaw with our 3 pc Fish Dinners. I have complained at all levels of management all the way to Corporate. They do not give a shit. No response and no resolution. I have made the decision not to go to ANY Culvers again. I expect some sort of value when I go out to eat. If a restaurant makes 3 mistakes and especially the same mistakes over and over again, then they do not deserve my patronage or hard earned dollars. My recommendation is to stay away from Culvers altogether. My experience as a restaurant manager that if a company ignores customer complaints then there is a much deep seeded problem starting with Corporate and ownership of the franchise. read more

Food is always good, Service is very polite, discount for older adults, comfortable to sit & visit! Ice Cream is very good, a dish with 3-6 dips would really be good, hard to decide one flavor!? First timer... I have heard about Culver's for years and have never tried. I took my kids here today and this place is NICE. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The place is extremely clean (obviously it's brand new). I had the Sourdough deluxe and it was an AMAZING burger and stood up to the hype and beyond more flavorful than any other fast food burger. My kids had the chicken tenders and the snack bacon burger. Huge portions for "snack" size This might be my new favorite fast food burger joint. We will Be Back!!! read more

The food was mediocre. It's definitely not worth the money or the hype. The burger was bland, the fries were tasteless and dry, the cheese curds weren't anything special, and the coleslaw was just ok. My sprite tasted like dirty, barely carbonated, water. 2 weeks ago, my husband demanded a refund and walked out. the staff was standing/playing around. they had his order, but they made orders for people that came in after him. tonight, in drive thru, I ordered med concrete, pecan Carmel. was given med turtle sundae. Ordered a small concrete, given med concrete. Ordered med hot fudge sundae given small sundae. Ordered taker has serious listening problems!! We've eaten ameal inside, and the staff was extremely loud making conversation at our table difficult. I have to admit, I didn't love the idea of 87th and Maurer being overwhelmed with new chain restaurants, but Culver's really hits the spot. The menu is diverse enough to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters, including vegetarians like myself, but traditional enough to please the burger and fry crowd. My favorite Culver's menu items include the new pretzel bites with Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese sauce, The Atlantic Cod, and the Veggie Burger. All food is fresh, made to order, and served by friendly, well trained employees. This restaurant is almost always busy, but the drive-thru moves very quickly, and I have never had an incorrect order delivered to my car. Kudos to you Culver's-Welcome to Lenexa. read more

I really love Culver's, their curds tickle my taste buds in such a way that I cannot even describe. However, each time I have visited this particular location they have forgotten one of my items. On April 15th 2024 they forgot my Mushroom Swiss burger which was one of only 3 things ordered (the others being my inCredible curds and some cheese fries). Just tonight, I visited this location and of all things...THEY FORGOT MY CURDS. I'm considering going the extra 6 minute drive to the next closest Culver's location due to these instances. If you decide to stop by the Culver's on 87th Street, you may want to reconsider. Three starts because those curds are so dang good I can't go any lower. read more

Have ordered countless times from here; 40/60 chance your order will be correct. Employees are more focused on asking if you'd like to order anything else/"will that be a large", than getting your order correct. If they DO give you the incorrect item (more often than not); there's a 100% chance you will also lack a standard sauce/utencil for said item. To make matters worse; customer service has heavily declined in the past few years. The location on 151st is well worth the extra few minutes. read more

Had a craving for ice cream so I pulled into the drive thru, which moved faster than expected. Not having been here before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Servers were very polite and friendly. Ice cream was smooth and delicious, and the cone was crisp and tasty. Will be back to try other menu items. read more

Food's great as always but I want to tell you about the staff: Me, my grandma, and one of her old lady friends all went to Culver's. We parked in a handicap spot. Immediately a girl came out and held the door. It was super cold out and it took forever for my grandma to get her placard out of her giant grandma bag. I told the girl thank you but it would be a while and to go back in but she smiled and just waited anyway. I think someone inside saw we'd have to take the door two wide so another woman came and opened the other door. All throughout the ordering/serving process there was someone to help me. This place has better customer service than many high-end restaurants! They have a large menu with reasonable prices and get the food out fast. Employees are friendly, quick to help, and unfailingly polite. They employ many teens, giving them a chance to learn life skills and gain work experience. My favorite Culver's location. Ever. I love this place so much. Everyone is super friendly, our food always comes out hot and exactly how we want it, and the music is great! They offered us a free sundae coupon for forgetting about something making our order take a few minutes longer to get. The last time we were there, Steve took our order and made sure we were taken care of. He brought us silverware and napkins to our table and kept thanking us for visiting. My go to is the raspberry vanilla sundae and my husband loves bananas with Reese peanut butter sauce on his vanilla sundae. The onion rings are always a win since they are super CRISPY. read more

This was the only place my husband and I would eat at when the quarantine first lifted and we've always been impressed by the atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, cleanliness and great food. That was the case until yesterday. I am wondering in the restaurant has changed hands recently -- we went during dinner hour and the manager was openly reprimanding a worker, there was a table full of workers on break who were rowdy, and the food was substandard.
