I really like Culver's burgers. The meat is high quality and the buns are thin so you don't have a bunch of bread to deal with. Their onion rings are adequate, but nothing like BurgerFi's. Their custard ice cream treats are pretty good but not cheap! However, don't go there during a busy time like Sundays for lunch because they don't have enough people to wipe down and clean the tables. When I politely asked a young female employee to wipe down the table I had just procured, she, in effect, rolled her eyes and kept walking. She had long black hair extensions, and a headset on her head, which apparently should have identified her as much too important to grab a rag with some disinfectant on it and clean a table off for a customer. Of course, I never saw her again. So I went to my truck, and brought in some Clorox wipes and cleaned the table off properly. (Call me crazy, but I'm not fond of dining in other peoples' filth.) Later on, I did see an older gentleman wiping tables down, but he was hard-pressed to keep up with the demand I'll tell you that. so, I would advise everyone going there to bring your own Clorox disinfectant wipes, just in case you can't get a clean table in time. read more

I've visited 3x in the last week. My 1st visit, I was missing my chz sauce (drive-thru) 2nd visit was inside, again missing chz sauce, tonight was my 3rd visit and I was missing my coleslaw, which I was looking forward to. On my 2nd visit I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and they were awful, literally worse than the worst. I really like this place and I am so happy it is new and near BUT, I would like to suggest the employees check every single order to ensure it is accurate. Staff is amazing but, it was so disappointing to see an elderly employee with back issues deliver food to cars. I will be back, but hope to see improvements. read more

So I have been back twice more since the last time to be fair. Here's my take. The fries have improved to a good solid crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle, good taste. Burger is just still ok. Puts most other fast food restaurants to shame. The customer service is on par with Chick-fil-a. The drive thru has a system where you pull forward after paying at the window and wait in a short-term parking area with a sticker on your window, where they bring your order out to you when it's ready. The wait isn't any longer than your typical fast food place, but this helps keep the line from backing up. Food was HOT and fresh. I normally don't care for crinkle cut fries, but these are good - crispy and salty, not mushy and bland like I expect when I hear crinkle cut. Also some of the best onion rings I've had in a long time. The burgers are a cut above most other fast food burgers. For anyone who's familiar with In-N-Out out west, I'd say Culver's is comparable. Everything from going through the drive thru, to getting your order and eating it is so pleasant in a way other fast food places typically aren't. I am a fan of Culvers and so happy they have opened locations locally. Although, it can be overly indulgent eating here because it is hard to resist the crispy burgers, the creamy cheese curds, and of course the delicious custard. Recently I visited this location by going through the busy drive through at lunch time. I do like the efficient drive through system of ordering, paying then parking for delivery to your car window. The employees are also very friendly so good customer service must be highly emphasized. My burger was excellent as usual. I skip the soft drinks at Culvers since they have Pepsi products and I am a CocaCola fan. However, I cannot visit without getting a sweet frozen treat. I usually enjoy a scoop of the flavor of the day and the sign said the flavor was turtle so I asked for that. I think I got the wrong thing, a turtle sundae which was a cup of mostly fudge and caramel sauce and a few nuts. There was a tiny bit of custard so a disappointing dessert. I would just stick to regular vanilla custard next time and I would be happier. Cannot visit here often because even though I am sure they have healthier options, I'm drawn to the fried and fattening menu items here. read more

This was the worst service I have ever had. Took over 30 minutes for 2 concretes. That is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable at all. We received no apology what so ever. No acknowledgment that it took as long as it did. I went into the store to request what is happening with my order and was not greeted in a friendly manner. Didn't really care for the overcooked zero juice chicken "chip" sandwich one bit. Food was fresh and pretty good overall. The burgers while fresh and made with crisp veggies is missing some flavor. I added a little salt to the burger patties and some ketchup to the burger and that helped overall. The fries and cheese curds were pretty good, hot and fresh. They do NOT have marinara like most locations for the cheese curds and that's crazy! The staff were all pleasant and very nice. I did have to wait maybe 3-4 minutes for my order but that is NO PROBLEM. I prefer it actually so that I know my food is fresh and hasn't been sitting forever. The prices are a little high for what you get; if the prices were 15%-20% less, it would be ideal and a stop that I would make numerous times. I went through the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece chicken tender and 2 large fries. Simple order. Nothing complicated. We received our order and headed home. When we got home, we realized we were missing our 8 piece chicken tenders. All that was in the bag was 2 large fries. When we called the store, they said "What was the name on the order?" We answered "Miranda." The man said "Are you missing an 8 piece chicken tender? I'm looking at it right now" We said we are on our way back to pick it up, and the man said to come through the drive-thru. We didn't receive an apology or anything. We thought "Okay, fine. Maybe they're just busy and forgot to apologize." We pulled up to the store and the drive thru was packed so we parked instead and headed inside. When we approached the counter, we told the cashier that we came through the drive thru and when we got home we noticed our tenders weren't in there. An employee named Corey (not sure if that's how it's spelled but he was in the expo window) then said "oh here's your tenders right here." Again, no apology. My friend asked if there was anything they could compensate for us for the inconvenience like a few extra tenders. The cashier turned to Corey and said "Hey, Corey. They're wondering if they can get extra tenders for the inconvenience" Corey then turned and said "naw, I can't do that. I can replace the 8 piece chicken tenders you ordered though." I said "yes please because they've just been sitting there." And Corey shook his head and told the cashier "Take those back" and pointed to the 8 piece tenders from the original order. The cashier then disappeared with the tenders. When the cashier returned, I asked her "Is he your manager?" The girl politely said no, and I asked her for her manger's name and she responded "Kathryn" or something like that. Then I thanked her and she whispered to the woman standing next to Corey. The woman then turned to us and asked us what the issue was, she restated the issue, apologized, and gave us 2 vouchers. That was the first apology we'd received the entire time. Then as we were waiting for our tenders to be remade, the expo employee Corey began arguing with a cook in the back. He was speaking in a nasty tone and said "Don't talk to me that way." And proceeded to argue with the cook. This Corey employee was the rudest person I have ever encountered working in customer service, and he has no place to be. He was rude to not just me, the customer, but to his coworkers as well. He acted like he was in charge, but the manager was standing next to him the entire time. I'm not sure how the staffing works but there were a plethora of employees that could've apologized, but we didn't receive an apology until I started getting visibly upset. read more

I'm always up for a new burger place to try! Culver's did NOT disappoint. We tried a single and a double the other night, shared half of each, and for some reason the double burger tasted lots better than the single. The double burger had the most flavor. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and ripe, their cheese had the best flavor as well...you could tell it wasn't from 'around here'. Fries were good, not remarkable. But that Dark Chocolate Decadence custard, though - - it was everything we had hoped it would be. We went in to order "To Go", and had to wait so long an employee nearby on his break actually got up from his own dinner to go check on ours.
